Day Five

Jake didn't really understand what Trinity meant with the peach thing, but he assumed that she probably had some ability as well and it had to do with that. Then she started blushing wildly and Jake really had no clue why. Was she still sick or was it something else? He really couldn't tell.

When Trinity started speaking again he certainly could understand the desire to punch something. With the rest of that comment and her mentioning of squishing the peach Jake was putting two and two together and assuming she may be stronger than would appear. When she decided to change the topic Jake went along so as to not seem rude, "Well, everyone seems to be gaining new abilities so Kai wanted to start pulling pranks on the others. I honestly have no idea how we would do that because my 'ability' seems to just be able to go through things."

After he finished speaking Jake looked back to Trinity and realized she was probably really frustrated. So, he decided to make her an offer, "Come on. Let's go outside and blow off some steam. With how everything's been it probably is a good idea to let some emotion out. What do ya say?" he then motioned towards the exit.

Day Five

"Ha ha. Yeah falling through things is so funny." Jake said as he took Jae's hand. He could admit he saw the humor in what was happening to him, but if it stayed a constant thing that he would fall through everything then it would get old fast. It was interesting the wide range of abilities though that he could tell from this group of three. With the monikers that Jae gave everyone Jake could assume one used fire and the other one could possibly float. Maybe? He'd have to ask about that later.

"No offense Kai but I've seen Spiderman so many times that I can hear Uncle Ben in my head right now. No sneaking into the girls showers for us. Especially if it turns out others have special abilities as well. We got no clue what someone may be able to do." That did get him thinking though. If everyone here had received some 'gift' then they could be like a post-apocalyptic X-Man team. Who would be their Professor Xavier though. There weren't any old bald guys. Well, not since five days ago regretfully.

Thinking to the proposition of Kai's to mess with people could be interesting though. Just how the heck would they do that. Fire was to dangerous, Jake couldn't get a grip on his ability, and what could a floating man do to prank someone. Even if they made fools of themselves it would be a hilarious time, "Interesting Idea, Kai. How to you propose we go about messing with the others? Any plans?"

Jake was fully prepared to hear Kai out until he saw someone walk past the entrance to the cafeteria. He quickly realized it was Trinity, Jack's niece. Jake hadn't spoken to her much but he knew Jack as one of the main optimist's out of everyone in the bunker. Jake had began to look up to the man for being an inspiration to the rest of the people over the past year. Out of all the losses five days ago Jack's was the only one that really hit Jake deeper then just the fact of someone dying since the man reminded him of his father. Jake couldn't even imagine how Trinity must be feeling.

Jake looked to his super powered comrades and said, "Actually, I gotta split. There's something I need to do. Also, Jae I'm just gonna grab a second peach for someone else okay?" He wasn't really asking as evidenced by the fact that he rushed over to the box and grabbed a second peach before waiting for Jae to respond. He quickly rushed out of the cafeteria in the direction he saw Trinity going.

When he caught up with her he asked, "Hey, Trinity, want a peach?" holding up the peach for her to see.

Sadie Vs Gulpin

The Pokeball hit the Gulpin on the head, sacking it in and falling on the ground as it began to shake. It rocked back and forth, once, twice, thrice, until it burst open revealing an angry Gulpin as it tried to figure out what had just happened.

It saw Roggenrola and Sadie, and it immediately assumed they had something to do with its disorientation, choosing to spit a cloud of Poison Gas at Roggenrola.

Sadie had really hoped that the first attempt would work. She had to quickly think though about what to do since the Gulpin was now attacking. "Gigaton, quickly use a Rock Blast to dispearse the Poison Gas. Then get ready to use a Sand Attack." The small rock Pokemon quickly kicked up some rocks and sent them hurtling at the oncoming cloud then jumped to the side waiting for an opening.

The Gulpin was hit by a few of the rocks that were sent flying through the Poison Gas, bruising it and sending it tumbling backwards. It got up and Leered at Gigaton in response before preparing to use more Poison Gas.

Sadie didn't have time to warn Gigaton about the incoming Leer and the Rock Pokemon's defense was lowered in result. The Roggenrola went through with Sadie's earlier command and hurled sand in the direction of the oppossing Gulpin.

The Gulpin began rapidly blinking as it got sand in its eyes, it spit out a cloud of Poison Gas but in the completely wrong direction.

"Gigaton hurry! Use headbutt before it recovers." Gigaton quickly rushed over towards the Gulpin and jumped up then aimed its descending body towards her green opponent.

The Headbutt directly connected with Gulpin, knocking it out and sending it flying backwards into a nearby tree. This was Sadie's moment to capture it.

Sadie pulled out another Pokeball and threw it directly at the Gulpin hitting it square in the forehead. Now she just had to hope it worked. The Gulpin was sucked into the Pokeball and it began to rock back and forth. Once, twice, thrice...

Click!

"YESSSS!" Both Sadie and Gigaton jumped for joy that they already had a new friend. Sadie rushed over to pick the Pokeball up. She released her new teammate and used a revive to wake the new addition up. The green Pokemon blinked its eyes awake looking at the ones who had just caught it. "Welcome to the team. I'm gonna call you Goopy." The Gulpin sat still for a bit then she went Gulpin! which Sadie assumed meant Goopy is fine by me.

Sadie said, "The three of us are gonna have an awesome adventure together."

Only a few minutes of walking later and Sadie could see two figures with Pokemon at there side getting ready to cook up some food for the night. "LUSI! CHANCE!" she screamed as her an Gigaton picked up speed. When she finally got to them she had to take a moment to catch her breath, "Y'all left us behind."
