Personality】
Sweet and kind are just two words of many that describe Natsumi. She is by far one of the kindest people that one could even possibly hope to meet. Just her very presence induces a warm feeling among those in her company. She has a deep love for her comrades as well as her people. She protects them like they were her own family and they feel the same way for her due to the pure fact that her rule is the kindest that has ever been in the history of Suna.
Natsumi is a hopeless romantic and is often aloof in her duties. When she should be doing paperwork, Natsumi is seen staring at the clouds and reading her romance novels. To her, she’d rather see the adventures of some poor sap or damsel-in-distress rather than read about who might or might not attack Suna or whatever her assistant would have her take care of. She also has a habit of sneaking out to play with the children. It’s actually a regular occurrence and often causes stress to her assistant.
Her love for her people is shown when she is defending them. If she senses that anybody is to harm them or that her village might get attacked, her persona takes a 180. Just like the wind of which she controls, the rate at which her gust will blow takes upon a form that of a furious hurricane. She becomes what the shinobi has dubbed her: The Devil of the Sand. She will not rest until the threat to her people and her village is vanquished.【

Description:
Atton is an advanced chakra nature that combined wind and yin-based natures to control and manipulate any kind of pressure. Thus, it is possible to create equal or opposite forces that attract the pressure bodies to the center of the earth and changing their values and making dense bodies have more or less pressure, thus varying their weight. Users are also able to attract or repel bodies, increasing the pressure around their body.

Description: Air Domination is a technique that is essential for any Futon user to learn as it grants its user control over wind in many ways and gives endless possibilities to the way of usage of the technique. The first layer of this technique is current manipulation. Users of this technique have the ability to control air currents in the surrounding area. They move the currents with the speed and strength that they so desire and with the amounts that they want. They can also manipulate it very accurately in order ot hit their opponent while completely avoiding them. The user can create tornados with this if used correctly and used by someone adept at using this technique. This grants the user of absolute free manipulation of air currents. The speed of currents can reach a scary level where it can send the opponent flying a great distance away.
Another effect of this technique is air resistance. This is where the user can control air resistance in a surrounding area, increasing it in some areas and decreasing in others. This can be very useful as the user can lower the air resistance in their pathway, which will lead to them moving faster. This can work as a counter to Raiton techniques as well. Lightning seems to take the path to the least resistant of the atmosphere. If the user could increase the air resistance in front of him and decrease it somewhere else in the surrounding area, the lightning will take the path of the less resistant air even if it was essentially directed at the user. This is a way to deflect lightning using air resistance.

Description: This jutsu allows the pressure around the hands of the user constantly changing, alternating between high pressure and low pressure. After releasing part of the pressure chakra, a part of the Dark Matter will be formed in the palm of the user, the gravitational force and atmospheric pressure around the user changing in a matter of seconds, which generates a large gravitational ball that will attract everything in a radius of forty miles. The closer the gravitational ball, the greater the pressure will be exerted on the target. The ground around the user is also destroyed during the performance of this technique.
Weakness: One false step or wrong calculation of the chakra needed and it can backfire on the user bigtime. There’s also a very high concentration level required as well as a high chakra cost for this technique, making it a last resort type of jutsu.

The more time this technique is in play, the bigger the enabled pressure is on the target. If the user loses control of the jutsu or the resistance against the pressure of the target does not support the amount of weight upon itself, the target will be broken or crushed completely.
Weakness: Due to the intense focus this jutsu requires, one slip up could reverse the effects on the user and could backfire in a big way.

It covers the wide-range of 100 meters(328 feet).

Consequently, the said technique emulates the presence of the air barrier to replicate an area of very low air pressure such as the top of a very high mountain. Extended exposure can quickly cause exhaustion among the individuals who are within the barrier and are unable to endure such conditions normally.
Weakness: There is an obvious downside to this jutsu. One of the main ones is that the user must remain entirely focused on the person(s) trapped inside the sphere. If the user were to lose focus for even a moment, the sphere would disperse and the captive(s) would be able to get free from it. There is also the fact that keeping up

Skilled users will be able to increase or decrease the gravitational force and pressure around their opponent by simply touching them in order to gain an advantage against them.
Weakness: Quick opponents will be able to outlast the duration of this jutsu, which is only six minutes(5-6 posts).

Still, the White Matter can cause a bit more damage if the user wants, but never something as powerful as the Dark Matter technique.
Weakness: Due to the strength of the jutsu being less than its parent, it’s easily dispersed. Or the opponent can just wait until it times out, whichever comes first.
