Day II - A Song that Helps you Clear your Head




Today's choice was a bit difficult because I ahve a lot of songs that I have that help me clear my head. This one by 30STM came to me just out of nowhere. I just love how Jared Leto's vocals are so natural and raw in this acoustic version of it. Plus, the violin and guitar work so well together. I prefer this 3-something-minute version as compared to the unnecessarily-long , 13-minute version on the album.

Everyone knows the 30-day song challenge by now, right? Well, in case you don't, allow me to explain.

The 30-Day Song Challenge has been done all over social media. Anywhere you can think of, it has been done at: Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Reddit - pretty much all social media. The entire challenge revolves around posting one song per-day for thirty days straight. It has to fit with the day specific's type of song. For example, the first day of the list below lists "A Song that Makes you Happy". So, of course, you will choose a song that makes you happy. Easy, right?

Okay, now for the list:



When going about posting your videos, please use the hiders for those who do not have fast internet connections and/or fast computers.

Also, when using hiders, put not only the day, its theme, but he name/artist of said song.

One more thing: Give a reason why you chose the song. It doesn't have to be ultra long, but a sentence or two just explaining why the song fits the day's specific theme. You can be detailed if you want; that is solely your choice.

Admittingly, this is a song that doesn't have a very happy feeling, lyrically; however, I just can't help but smile, and nod my head to the catchy beat it has. I think there is something very wrong with me because I do that. Help?

No worries mate. I think I actually have a good alternative concept idea in place of Alex. My only regret is not claiming Seb. Stan beforehand, so that's on me. Errol is a great character, so I'm sure he'll be great ICly. :D
