Quarantine 17 arrived at Gibraltar, all his trusty gear with him. After he heard the news of recall, it took him only a day to make his choice. The appearance of the base did not change much, except for the rust. He smirked as he walked across the buildings. The sight of them brought back his memories when he was in Overwatch. He would take part in missions, assisting his allies, some friends, some strangers. Then he got into this warehouse and.... He shook his head to finish his thoughts. He also realized that he got lost at least five times just to find a single door. He spotted the door, and grunted. All the time he spent, and it was right next to the area he searched ten minutes ago. Swearing under his breath, Quarantine 17 headed to the door.
"Old memories."
He grumbled as he stood in front of a door that would probably lead him to where the others were. Would they notice him? Or would they not? Maybe his 'faking one's death' strategy did not work well, and they would call him by his old name. But nothing mattered, for now he'll have to see familiar faces, whether he's happy with it or not.
He knocked the door three times, waited for a second, and knocked three times again. Then he stood there, tapping his feet. Now to wait for someone. He thought. According to some sound coming out from the door, he could speculate that the mood inside was rather bright. He checked his appearance, looking at his yellow hazard protection suit, and made sure that he was wearing his gas mask well.

Personality:
Quarantine 17 does not take battles seriously unless he finds his opponent even to, or better than him. If the opponent is weaker than him, he enjoys terrifying them by striking when their guard is low, or from an unexpected direction. During battle, his actions are swift and accurate. He seems to be interested in chemical weapons, and tries to gather any information about whoever is researching them. While out of combat, he acts like a normal person, talking with people and acting casually, especially aftet he's done scaring his enemies.

Physical appearance: Quarantine 17 stands at 5.8 feet and weighs 190 lbs. He is muscular and is bald with dark brown eyes.

Brief History:
It was a normal life for Sang ho, with his mother and father both working as a teacher. He was hoping for a normal life and a normal death, until the Omnics struck his country. Though he was not a part of the MEKA force, hs helped defend and restore the damage as a part of the military. However, when a group of civilians were held hostage, he rescued them bravely with his friendlies, also some help from the MEKA, and was recruited to Overwatch after few more heroic performances, along with some of his friends he met in the military. During his Overwatch duty, him and a small squad was searching a warehouse, which turned out to be an illegal laboratory researching a chemical weapon. The weapon was released, and the area was put under quarantine. Him and a few others survived, though they were injured badly. Sangho stayed resting until Overwatch was disbanded. When it happened, him, and a few Overwatch agents gathered up, faked their deaths with each others' help, and started a mercenary team called 'Hog Squad' with their fake identities. They secretly tried to find more details about the downfall of Overwatch, but half the members were assassinated by Talon during a hostage rescue. During his days in Hog Squad, Sangho utilized special kind of gas in combat, giving him the nickname 'Quarantine 17'. When he heard the news of Overwatch rebuilding from a friend, he set off to see who gathered for it, and wether he should join it.

Quarantine 17 throws a bomb that lets out a special gas. Enemies that are in the gas will be highlighted for him and his allies. Those who are in range when it detonates will be stunned for 0.5 seconds.
Skill 2: 2-way filter

Gas trail duration: 7 seconds
Skill duration: 5 seconds
Heal: 50(10 per second)
Cooldown: 12 seconds(starts after skill effect is gone)
enemy heal disruption: 5 seconds(if enemies re-enter a gas trail, effect timer is reset to 5 seconds)
Quarantine 17 changes one of his gas mask filter into a special one, which releases a healing gas for him and nerve/corrosive gas for enemies. It stops them from healing for 5 seconds. He leaves a gas trail with a radius of 3m which has a green color, visible enough to notice it in close range(Which is too late when you realize).
Ultimate: Pandemic Zone
Range:20 meters
Additional damage: 50%
Movement decrease: 20%
Duration: 10 seconds
Quarantine 17 deploys an energy barrier and releases a gas that effects his enemies.

Strengths:
Q17(Quarantine 17 for short) is a dangerous opponent when meeting in close quarters due to his weapon. He can fight effectively against multiple enemies.

Weaknesses:
Farther his enemy is, the more useless his weapon becomes. This forces him to stay close to enemies, increasing the risk of sustaining damage.
