as much as I'd love to pre-plan RPs, I've also noticed that's the fast track to killing them. A little planning and a rough gist is fine, but anything beyond that and people don't wanna write no more.

Balanced? They're not.
I really don't know what you'd add if you would do it, honestly. It's probably one of the most complete archetypes out there.

2. Oh shit, what the fuck? Yeah, basically what Silver said. That's... That's a really powerful effect.
3. Erm. There's literally not a single use in the entire game for a level 9 tuner. No 10 or above synchro monster would require just 1 material, and those that would I'd dare say would be pretty OP. I mean, I guess you could get out star eater with it +2 level 1's. That's about it. The effect itself... Erm. Same dealio with Scar, I've got a gut feeling this one's a little bonkers yet my brain says "nah dawg, iz good."

5. Make the ATK equal to the battle damage you took.
6. Yeah, that's a fine card.
7. NO.
8. Das a contact fusion. You know how contact fusions go here. Can't allow it as a contact fusion for now, and in that case, the card actually becomes stronger. Perfect 6 card opener? The above happens. nope.avi.
9. Ooooh. This is what the tuner's used for. Level 9's still too high, tho. The card itself seems actually fine to me tho.
