Current you know, my SO never forces me to say a thing that's on my mind and doesn't mind if I don't always explain myself which makes it way easier to actually tell them stuff. boundaries good.

as much as I'd love to pre-plan RPs, I've also noticed that's the fast track to killing them. A little planning and a rough gist is fine, but anything beyond that and people don't wanna write no more.

Maybe because just about everyone else seems to have a direct searcher, if not several..

Angelo, Haas, Nathan (iirc)EDIT: Recalled wrong, Maisy and several others don't.

Jester, meanwhile, can only pull out ONE specific card, and even if I wanted to make a Synchro play, I'd still need Sanctuary, Even when I do gain access to more Level 8 Fairy Synchro monsters (or even R4NK Xyz Fairy monsters), I am still limited to certain plays myself, so I can't entirely just do whatever I like with the combo.

Another thing: once cards like Nova Summoner and such go to the graveyard, they're basically GONE. I have few options to interact with them, even fewer of which, if any, are actually related to the Parshath and Nova archetypes. Others have synergy with having their cards in the Graveyard, and I don't. Sure I can use cards like Beckoning Light or Monster Reincarnation, but they don't synergize very well. I'd like cards that grant more power to their specific archetype, and in the Parshath's case, that's gaining an early board presence while trying to prevent them from touching the Graveyard.

Okay, but Jester isn't a floater. So the not hitting graveyard point is moot. Also, your decks already thrives on consitency with 9x Sanctuary (in the form of terraforming and the one monster) and a bunch of cards that get better with it.
Why those two, out of curiosity?
Ahem, @Ammokkx

I admit I might have forgotten about that question with the 12+ posts I was reading, but the basic gist is:

Construct needs to be ran in Shaddolls and I can always veto anyone getting it until the lategame where everyone has enough tools to out it, but I don't feel comfortable letting anyone run more than one. Super poly because there's so few decks that can actually use it and it's just a really cool narrative card.
@Ammokkx

Ah but that doesn't work during a turbo duel

Getting a Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon might help, but that's just a one-off. I admit I'm no expert on the deck, but anything that easily lets you equip and summon seems like the way to go.
A call too everyone then. Any suggestions for cards or tips to win? Clearly my deck needs an overhaul if I'm going to start helping in this and future story arcs to come.

3x Dragon Ravine ASAP. That card helps a lot with the deck's consistency and will allow you to get more plays off.
Honestly.... I don't like custom card system that you guys have been working on. I am starting to think that my cards won't add up to some of their abilities, my most recent loss was to a parasite custom deck. Love the creativity but it seemed to op.

Call me whatever you like but I'm just telling you my feelings on creating these op custom decks

having actually looked at all the cards after the duel. It's not actually op just moderately strong.

@1Charak2

I'm not sure if I should consider that a good thing or bad

The Pahrasy deck was made to take advantage and play with counters, with the smaller cards spreading them for the big monsters. Lynde can't get off it's second effect without their archetypal trap, Slavante is the hardest level to tune for in the deck and Amearphy's best attribute is its 2700 body, not its effect.

Yes, I know the duel was a bit lopsided. I'd chalk this more up to your deck needing some upgrades as opposed to the deck's power, though.

Name: Nova Jester
Level: 4
Attribute: LIGHT
Monster Type(s): Fairy / Tuner
Effect: When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can add one "Airknight Parshath" from your Deck to your hand. If "The Sanctuary in the Sky" is on the field, you can Special Summon it instead, then reduce its Level by 1. If this effect is activated, you cannot Special Summon any monsters this turn, except Fairy-type monsters. You can only activate the effect of "Nova Jester" once per turn, and only once that turn.
ATK/DEF: 800/1400

Okay, so this is why I don't like the card:

It's a generic searcher and a free synchro play. I have to mimic what others asked here: Why do they need that? Parshath already has Nova Summoner and Cards from the Sky for consistency.
Pointing out your own flaws does not make them go away.

There's a time and place to act aloof, and being a jerk does not equal aloof.

If you say you don't like what you had to do despite saying right before you didn't care for the result, don't freakin' do it in the first place.

Show. Don't tell. When you do tell, don't make a wall of text.
I don't know, I'd certainly have an easier time participating after getting Megan somewhere and doing a thing. Just not feeling a whole lot of direction I guess.

Yeah, I figured. Which is why I tagged you originally. Talking to the GM usually helps in getting you to do stuff. Tell you what, either tell me what current event you'd like to be worked into or one location Megan would go and I can make something up.

EDIT: After some convincing from Charak: Construct to one. Superpoly too, but that's on me.
Cream & Joshua

"D as in option D. Seems you have dueling on the front of your mind now." Joshua said with an amused expression on his face. When she brought up doing a sweet duel with him, he simply shrugged and got up, heading down towards the action field, letting her go off and do whatever it was she planned on doing. Half an hour of waiting later rewarded him with the sight of Cream returning in what looked suspiciously like a Light Dorm uniform. He cursed under his breath and readied his duel disk. When he looked up and spotted hers, he raised an eyebrow. If that was what he thought it was, he was going to be very jealous.

When she offered him the ability to choose the action field in order to give him a bit more of an advantage, he shrugged and began going through them, trying to find one suitable for their duel.
"I've never been in an Action Duel before. I've watched plenty and know the basic concepts and rules but otherwise I'm a complete movice. So, no matter which field I choose, you're likely to have a signifigant advantage. Still, I hope I can prove to be someone entertaining. Hopefully all the training I did to get in shape will prove useful." He said before finding and selecting their action field. The machine whirred to life and the field around them glowed before their surroundings became incredibly sweet looking, as everything was made of candy and pastry. He activated his Duel Disk and waited for Cream to do the same.

"Eeeh? Sweets Island? You're giving me homefield advantage? You could have picked, I dunno, something a bit easier to get Action cards in? Like Plain Plain? Everything here's sticky. Sticky yucky."

Despite the sillyness of her tone, Cream lifted up her left arm. The Duel Disk on her arm came to life by spinning in place. Soon after, the top half jut out forwards and unfolded into five zones, the disk now taking the shape of a scythe.

"You know, speaking of training... you did win the Athletics competition. So like, that's a special disk. But it's not like how I remember it being, y'know? Was a bit more... brown. Less Black-y."

"Let me respond to those in order please, one thing at a time. First off, you said you wanted a 'Sweet Duel' so I gave you a sweet field. Sides, every field would be home field advantage for you since I have no experience on ANY of them. Secondly, yes it was. But, I hated the color so I gave it a paint job.." Joshua said, clearly amused by the girl infront of him. Her duel disk wasn't what he was expecting though, and he was a bit interested in it, but not by much.

"Coulda just interrupted me, y'know. Anyway, spraypaint huh? Poor disk. It probably didn't want to change colour. A-N-Y-W-A-Y, let's get this show on the road! You know the chant?" Cream asked, lazily waving their hand.

"Hey, it aint the only one hiding it's true colors." Joshua said. "And yes i know the chant. But seniors firsts."

"You calling me old? Boo... but fine! Ahem..."

Cream braced herself and turned on her heel, taking a few steps back to the middle of the island. She smiled at the crowd and threw open her arms, voice carrying far in the arena. She began the chant, with Joshua chiming in about halfway.

"Duelists locked in battle! Rage across the earth and soar across the skies with your monsters!"

"Actiooon... DUEL!"

With a snap of Cream's fingers the floating ball of glowing cards in the sky popped and the cards themselves scattered all across Sweets Island. On the gignerbread roof, in the chocolate lake, on the giant lollipops... but all of them needing some effort to get to.

Actually, would he hear Serah's scream over the comms?

Probably.
lso, speaking of doing things, I noticed @Eklispe not being very active. You alright? If you really don't know anything to do, shoot me a PM and I'll be able to maybe work you in somehow still.

@Eklispe. I know you've been able to see this, so I'd like an answer :U
