Feeling her left arm getting flung upwards, Vivienne could only see that the blacksmith thought outside the box, and put her into a predicament. One hand down, she thought. Or rather, up? it was the irony. That's what frustrated her. At least she knocked him down to give herself some time. She pulled and tugged, but the weapon didn't budge from the beam above her.
Grunting in frustration, the brunette lifted her body up, so she would be upside down right below the beam, using her feet to try and pull the blade free. She didn't realize there wasn't any weight below her, and as she fell, she didn't realize that she was the counterweight. Falling onto the teeter, she rolled off of it, shaking her head to gather her senses. Free and concious, she looked around for the young male, but having to glance up, she knew he wouldn't be too far away.
The shadow didn't come through the front door, but phased through the floor of his room, jumping and then landing with feet onto the bare floor. However, it sounded loud, but can anybody really hear her? Her shadowy form began to grow color, and her real appearance became apparent.
Her eyes were closed for a moment, and her arms were crossed, almost in a meditative state. "Let's begin with a proper welcome", she finally said in a bold, warp-toned voice. Her eyes finally opened, gazing down at Yugi with soft glare. She was at least a foot taller than the boy (and if Yugi can imagine, she would be as taller as Yami!) "Greetings, Puzzle-Solver", she spoke. "I am Djinn, and I am here to serve the possessor", she introduced herself before giving a small bow with her head tilted forward, eyes closed.
The ultra card sitting upon the counter just glared at Yugi as soon as he picked it up, and it seems to blankly stare at the ceiling, while the arrogant, power-hungry Seto Kaiba first walked through the door of the store. Djinn didn't move from her spot, and the card just inanimatedly watched the scene before it. Before she knew it, the young man just up and left in a fit of anger with a frustrated huff.
Peeking out from behind Yugi's figure, a shadow-like figure appeared on the flat of the wall, being just around the height of the young boy, but a little taller. The fully-black, smokey entity was obviously in the color of full smoke in what seemed to be an outline of an outfit and a high ponytail.
"He just can't stand it", the female shadow pointed out aloud, with nobody seeming to hear or see her. "Seto Kaiba; jealous of your grandfather's collection", she whispered, unknowingly prompting the young boy to say it aloud. She didn't mean to use her whispering powers against him, and she didn't want to, but they tend to just come out on its own. When Yugi was about to speak, she shushed him. "No, no! Don't say that", she told him. Looking around at the people surrounding them. "Follow me. I'll explain", she whispered before beginning to lurk on the flat of the wall behind him.
Fili looked between his brother and the female elf before him, and his facials weren't at all negative. He was instead...grateful? "I know her, Kili", he said his youngest brother, showing no ill will at all in his gaze. "I've seen her many times in the forest, and I didn't want your imagination to fade. So we kept it a secret", the blonde looked at 'Delva' fondly. "I didn't want you to see her yet, until the time was right", he explained before looking back Kili, giving him an approving smile. "She was reserved as a surprise for you".
Saeril watched as her eldest godson explained to the youngest what was going on. She smiled with a slight blush appearing as she looked at the ground, then back to Kili again. The next thing she did was unexpected, she held her arms out towards him, offering the youngest her affection.
Maggie couldn't help but watch the young man before her. The Fred Jones, it would seem. No wonder he had that leadership thing to him already. Rogers wasn't in the mood for jokes, so she just bite her bottom lip before walking passed him, and through the door, keeping everything that she had meant to say to herself. Finding Shaggy was her top priority now.
"Alright, tough guy. Where do we start, mister leader?", she was now playing with him, joking around, as she crossed her arms. Like how Shaggy used to do to her back at home. The only way to keep herself on her brother's trail is to try and think like him. It wasn't easy, but it was worth a shot if she ever wanted to find and see him again, alive. It felt like a maze now. Where do they start?
Following Kili's gaze to her cloak, Saeril couldn't help but give a small smile at it. "Yes it is. But not by me", she softly answered him, just before she heard Dwalin yell for him from the dining hall. Giving an heartfull chuckle, the she-elf stood up from her sitting spot easily, and slowly beginning to go to the dining room. "Coming?", she asked simply, stopping for a moment. She chuckled again at his questions. He could do this all night. It was all he was good at: his innocent curiousity.
Fili was already looking around for Kili, trying to figure out where his little brother might have gone. Where was he? Walking cautiously to the room of the hearth, he could already hear voices half of the way there. The blonde walked around the corner, and caught sight of his brother with what seems to be a very bizarre female elf. "Kili?"
Within seconds of opening the envelope, the object within accidentally fell out, and onto the floor at Yugi's feet, facing up. The front shining a glare of light over the top as it stared back up at the boy. It was a playing card; no just any playing card, it was a Duel Monsters card! This one had the appearance like any other card from District Illusions, but had a very interesting color surrounding the image of the monster, labeled "DJINN" at the top of its image.
"Yugi...Yugi...", the faint sound of a whisper came to Yugi's ears. "...Yugi...", it did it again, only louder, but still in a whisper. It sounded female too...
