Oo-oo, they both sound so cool! I can't decide.
In the enchanting world of...
POKeMON: Harvest

Set in a picturesque village known as ???, a story unfolds where players step into the shoes of hopeful Gijinka farmhands tasked with reviving a dilapidated farm left in disrepair by a mysterious man named, Grandpa. As the players arrive in ???, they find the once-prosperous farm now teetering on the brink of ruin. Grandpa's legacy and the untold secrets of the land become integral components of the players' journey.

The roleplay begins with players selecting their Pokémon partner from a diverse array of starters, each with unique abilities that will aid in the farm's restoration. As the farmhands delve into the daily rhythm of planting crops, tending to livestock and nurturing their chosen Pokémon, they gradually unlock the farm's latent potential. The players' Pokémon partners, beyond their role in farm work, prove invaluable in exploring the surrounding wild areas, where rare Pokémon await discovery.

Players will use a pixel map to strategically choose where to plant berry bushes and place farm buildings on the rundown ??? farm. The decision-making process involves factors like soil quality, sunlight exposure, and proximity to water sources. Every choice influences not only the aesthetics of the farm but also its efficiency in berry harvesting and daily tasks associated with essential farm buildings.
The village serves as a lively hub where players interact with other farmhands, as well as the quirky townsfolk who reside there. Players can forge bonds, trade resources, and embark on cooperative tasks, turning the once-silent town into a vibrant community. As the narrative unfolds, players uncover the mysteries surrounding Grandpa's disappearance, encountering both friendly and elusive Pokémon that hold the key to the farm's mysteries.

Harmony between farming life and Pokémon training is at the core of this roleplay, through festivals, cooperative ventures, and the shared goal of restoring ??? to its former glory, players weave a narrative that resonates with the themes of perseverance, community, and the spirit of rejuvenation.
Most of the cast is literally attending class right now, how can we do anything except listen to Professor Birch? Haha.
I’d assume a practical exam would at least cover all the physical bases.
Perhaps a sparring match against either other students are simply preset instructors that grade the performance of each student in turn.
Weapon handling tests on accuracy and damage with thrown weapons.
Physicality testing on stamina and agility with an obstacle course?
Testing ability to recognize and break out of basic Genjutsu.
Testing all three E-Rank jutsu, as the inability to cast even one of them competently was grounds for total failure in canon.

Just as some starter options.

Maybe it should be something fun like a twisted game of tag or capture the flag.
You've still got a few days, up to you guys!

With Virgil, I think we'll just make Shana a chunin if he doesn't come back before the exam. Maybe Vertigo will take his place.
So - I'm thinking - we'll finish off this introduction with the "intruders" then do a time skip to the Genin practical exam.

I can decide what the practical exam is or do you guys wanna think it up together? @Letter Bee@Randomguy
That sounds very useful to me, haha

What information does Satoshi get from his Mirror of Possibilities technique, btw?

Oh, umm, lemme think...

Maybe he could find an alternate who grew up as a Suna ninja. In that universe, they're currently experiencing the exact same scenario but vice versa, replace Suna intruders with Konoha intruders.
