Extensive Cybernetic Augmentation - Lilith’s cybernetic augmentation, while not as pervasive as some of the Mechanicus is far more than most anybody else in the Imperium will be able to afford or want to go through regardless. All four limbs and much of her skeletal system have been replaced as well as her heart, lungs, liver, adrenal glands, spleen, pancreas, kidneys; her skull is completely replaced and the material is visible in some places around her eye sockets and temples; her eyes too have been replaced but still resemble normal eyes; her spine, while still mostly organic, is heavily reinforced to cope with the large increase in weight as well as to resist damage far better than an unaltered spine; most of her torso is, in terms of exterior appearance, unaltered.
