Hey guys, just wondering how everyone is doing?

Jack had been the first one in the room, his sister had something she'd had to be here early for on the first day so he got stuck sitting in English class bored all morning. His seat was towards the, middle of the room, decent place not to stand out and for him to work from. He'd gotten out his laptop and booted up a game, it didn't last long the other students arrived and soon so did the new teacher. He seemed tough enough to survive the place but time would tell as always with teachers, some broke others got mean and other stopped caring. He hoped the guy wouldn't be in the last column, teachers like that ruined schools.

He got to the save point and quit the game putting the laptop aside as the teacher explained he wanted to an icebreaker, great like they wouldn't be doing this eight times today already. Still it was an assignment so he got out a piece of paper and started on the assignment. 'Purple' he wrote down for his favorite color, he wrote down 'Announcer' as his career path after school deciding not to say anything more, the teacher shouldn't know he already had a career or that he was already set for life on the money front. For the last he decided it pretty easily 'Make some friends.' He added and with that he folded it and set it aside.

Jack never really cared about school, granted he did make C's and B's in the classes but that was thanks to good grades and the internet. Still he could improve if he cared, but his absences and traveling made it difficult but he did his best to maintain a decent grade point average. Still he had no friends at the school and he really had no way to changed that at the moment. So with a shrug he got his laptop back out and went back to his game.

So I was wondering if after we escape castle you guys think we should recruit some new blood. Half our group is gone.

Well Andres is back and serious form. Worry not he'll go back to comedy soon, just keep in mind he could probably kill us all.

For those of you wondering more about the strange Grand Master, he's a pretty decent guy and friendly. I use him as or powered unit, like Fredric or Seth from the other games. However he's also a plot point and only acts as an Ally, he may appear in battles but as commander rather than a unit.

Andres and the Knight Commander slowly walked down, they had been discussing the prisoners. They looked like mercenaries and Andres was interested in them. They could be canon fodder at minimum and loyal soldiers at best, letting the Knight Commander return to his duties he stepped into the halls with their cells, each had been throw in there own small cube, barely ten feet of in each cell with a cot and bucket in the corner. He looked over them carefully, the three cells in a row as leaned against the wall opposite them the old man surveyed them. He nodded, the reports sounded about right, they looked tough enough for the work.

He looked between them all, he'd decided with the report and their appearances he knew the course of action he'd take. So he spoke, in tone that let them know he could kill them dead in a moment should they attempt anything. Mercenaries fear few things but an ungodly amount of lightning from Grand Master trained by the greatest known Grand Master, that was something they could fear. His tapped along the tome in his hand as spoke. "You are prisoners of Ylisse for crimes against the city. The Knight Captain says I should leave you to rot, I believe you could be useful. Ylisse is at war. The Church is marching against us and we've begun preparations for an invasion. Yet feeding you all and keeping alive drains resources, many prisoners have had their executions moved up or are being sent into exile, exile is a choice you will not get." His looked at them reading their faces.

"Your choices are different, you die here or live. You'll fight alongside the Shepherds and swear the oath of Fealty to Naga's Champion, you will kill for him and you will win for him. You may die but I can promise it will not be alone in a cell. You will join the Shepherds, Ylisse's fighting force of misfits and heroes. You will end this war and you will be set free and you will be paid a fair wage for the work." He finished his finger stopped tapping as he opened the book. "Your answers, now please." He said demanding the answers quickly.
