Current A quiet day is a good day, especially when it doesn't have to be productive.

Fallout Tactics has death claws that can talk, scary killer robots, and the ability to have a tank. It just doesn't... Sit well with the rest of lore.

@Vocab feel free to respond to others as needed, just let one or two posts happen before you do. So we don't fill it up with just two people having a conversation.
Alright first IC post is up and the ball can start rolling. I have not posted my character doing anything but rather things you would all know and a description of the school. Feel free to bring yourselves in however you like and figure who you'll be rooming with. Once everyone has that down your all meet your teacher and get your mission, I promise I will not try to kill you... To much.

The Academy of Solomon from the outside appeared just a lonely mansion on empty stretch of road. The building was large, massive in fact, Gothic in design. These floors house the students along with the staff who would care for them, however below the house lay the school itself. The halls were coated in hard word, the walls decorated like that of a grand cathedral. Reaching the bottom floor you find stairs descending and halls way with windows either side. Below that floor were monsters captured and trapped down their for Hunter to train against and for testing students. Releasing creatures for the novice hunters to face.

Outside of the building, just behind the tower is a Leyline gate. These lines run across the planet and where they cross magical pools openly. The Academy was built in such a spot. The old gate is activated letting those traveling by Leyline reach the school. As the students enter, papers with their names on them lay along the brick crumbling brick wall by the gate. The older students head to their rooms, their only eighty students taken in a year. The current fourth year class has only forty students in it. Students are divided in to teams are sent on missions together, the school also makes students on them same team share the same dorm hall. The rooms each have two beds, meaning two students to a room.

You have all arrived, the first order of business is to get settled and meet those assigned to your team. By the end of the first month you will chose a team lead. They will act as your representative among the other students and be considered the leader of the group. If you cannot come to an agreement your leader will be picked at random. First years all begin with basic combat, magic, and Hunting courses. Should you die the school will let your family know and add your name and picture to the to the book of the fallen. Graduates receive an amulet with a splinter of the staff of Solomon, allowing them a one time chance to heal their bodies and prevent death of any nature. Normally only about twenty students survive. So settle in and prepare, your first mission comes some time first day. Those who fail or die are sent home a failure.

@Nanashi Approved.
Alright I will probably put the first post up in the next 24 hours.
@VocabTheir have been cases... Like the time the time three Pendragons gave up their souls to kill an Archdemon who in turn consumed their souls leaving only Excalibur and the demons corpse. The demon had actually put mind controlling runes in a lot of demon hunting books and the generation of demon hunter would have actually been slaves to demons.
@fantasyfan28 More than likely not, they expect students to die and it's a way to get the best of the bunch. If things get in to deep students can contact the Academy and Hunter better suited can finish the task. Generally the mission students undertake are not world ending... Most of the time.
Spectre had been leading the Titan threw snow storm, his cloak blowing around behind him wildly. He heard the Titan say they might need to locate a beacon. "My ghost has one we can set up if we get desperate. It can also serve as an emergency transmat zone. Vanguard has a few up this way but normally it's a Hunters up here drawing maps or looking for lost caches of tech. So Hunter even hide their stashes out this way." He told the Titan, as he finished two sniper rounds rang out. Spectre turned invisible by thumping his own chest.

Spectre moved to top of the large sheer snow drift getting out his patience and time. He heard the Titan say something but he was already moving to a better over watch location. He didn't say a word but as the Titan moved he watched the grounds near him then slide down to the others as he reached the bottom. "Someone call for the cavalry?" He asked drawing the Hawkmoon and the Last Word. "Anyone know if the pilot made it out?" He asked knowing most pilots didn't have the luxury of a ghost transmat before hitting the ground.

He followed the others taking up the rear of the group. "So whats our plan? I vote we locate the pilot and contact the Tower. Were blind and that storm makes this their game not ours, Fallen have more experience with these weather conditions and I don't have Omolon target identifiers." Spectre told as holstered the Hawkmoon using the Last Word to cover there path. "What ever we do we do it fast, I don't want to be the Fireteam Tuyet."
@NubianLegend Fair warning you will not be liked for that and the Van Helsing descendant may not trust you. I mean the first Helsing is responsible for the death of the king of all Vampires. Kinda drives home the hatred.
