Fallout Tactics has death claws that can talk, scary killer robots, and the ability to have a tank. It just doesn't... Sit well with the rest of lore.

Matthew first spoke to the Pegasus knight who had just given her name. "I'm Matthew, Tactician and leader of the Shepherds." He told doing his best to give a bow without standing up. The Tactician decided rest would simply come to him, so he rubbbed his eyes and sat up more so, shifting himself a little.

He spoke next to Heather next, giving a yawn as he streched. "No need to call me, Lord. I'm an orphan, even if I did claim my families last name it wouldn't mean much. My cousin recieved all the lands and titles they held, Saya is about closet thing I have to family. Even still, I'm a ward of Ylisse meaning that the Exalt cared for me and paid my way. In exhchange wards generally become a high end very well trainservant or soldier. I become a tactician, Saya was actually the one who got my the chance to take the exams." He explained as he was about to ask her if she still wanted to ask questions the cart stopped.

Genna nodded as out near the road the soldiers moved a broken cart, carefully arranging a wreckage to look convincing they added cuts and burn where needed to make it look savage. After that they retreated back in to the forests along the sides of the road, they were concealed expertly, they were trained. Better than the wild zealous peasents Bern stirred up to die for the cause, they must have mercenaries or proper soldiers from one of the Churches supporting nation. Genna worked up some fake tears and got some dye on her hands before going to lay by the wreckage making groaning noises. Wagon's bearing Ylissian seal's were approaching the trap would soon be sprung.

As the wagon's stopped, the Tactian tried to stand up and pear of the top of the wagon to get a view. Sadly his height, or lack there of stopped him from seeing clearing. So hoping out of the wagon, he looked to the others. "Alright everyone off for moment, keep close to the wagons and keep them safe." The drivers hopped down and began to pet and feed the horse's pulling them. Matthew meanwhile was walking towards the wreckage. "Jerod, Heather, come with me. Let's go see what happened over by the wagons, the rest of you eyes open this is could be a trap." With that the Champion of Naga walked right towards the light prodigy and one of her soldiers.
I will work up sheet a when my internet is working.
@BlazeGamma I'll be posting soon.
Arinn had been doing very well with Star fist, his past martial arts training and work ethic had him practicing constantly. His strength had come long way since when he first began military training, his speed was still very good. He would have preferred something more acrobatic, while he was good Sigma and Iota seemed to be above and beyond the rest of the class. Still he seemed to very capable, being young and having a lot of previous training probably helped of course.

In class he didn't work very hard, in truth a lot of it seemed to cover stuff the colonel had beat in to his head a dozen times over. While his note taking was slow he did write down things he thought were important or necessary to learn. His grades would slightly above average, as he often daydreamed or had his mind wander while in class. Still any test of proof of concept, he understood everything Lorenzo taught them. He might not have been a squad leader but he would damn sure he was good enough that if they ever transferred him he might get the job.

Currently he was watching Iota throw paper balls at Sigma, he was hoping to see Iota win this little paper ball war. The alarm blared he jumped and jogged for the door before Lorenzo had even finished his insult. Arriving the briefing room he silently wondered if this was Cruxi attack or a drill, both were possible however he leaned more towards real attack.
I finished my post, then my laptop crashed... So I'll work it again later. I'll have one up sooner or later.
Bran Brass

Bran noticed the girl arriving just behind, she appeared to be drunk. Well he wasn't one to judge, after all half the Huntsmen that had passed through his mothers tavern were drunkards. He noticed her looking him over, then she winked, she must have wanted them to be partners. That was fine by him, he returned the wink and got ready to launch. "Hey try to stay close, I can get us down quick and easy. My name's Bran by the way, Bran Brass." He told her just before he was thrown skyward by his pad.

As Bran enjoyed the flight he could have sworn the ground was moving below, then he noticed the massive worm in the distance. Which had just been just been brutal killed, he decided to ignore it drawing his sword the blade folded back, he began to work the tension based triggers and lever the based inside the hilt. Firing the first two threads down into the trees they wrapped around branches he tightened the line. He then turned and fired a line at Yu and him, letting the line wrap around him, he pulled himself downward.

Once they had stopped among the tree's he cut the lines and let them drop about ten feet down, he looked over at Yu. "So partner, which way do you think we should go?" He asked, giving her a friend smile as he swapped his weapon back it's sword form sliding it into the scabbard. "I say we just follow the sound of fighting and destruction, the others have to be near the objective, right?"

@Rekaigan
Daeron nodded and then sighed. "No offense but I think it would be better to take a smaller more focus group deep in after the first assault marching an army is just going to get the attention of more Darkspawn. We both know the last thing we need is all the Darkspawn descending upon a large force in those tight quarters." He answered the commander. "You can stay with the main force and protect the dwarves. We can't let this sight get taken, however we need more evidence of what's going on before I can start enforcing our treaties. This might not be a Blight however if Ferelden were lost to Darkspawn soon the dwarves and Orlais would follow.

He sighed. "More importantly we need to think about this like two armies fighting. If they are at civil war and it's lower Darkspawn fighting the upper. The upper need more room... Where is the most room? Up here under the sky." He said looking the commander in the eyes. "We need to think about this like an invasion, keep most of our forces here and skirmish and scout until we know what they want and how to stop them." He said, rational and collected, very much opposed to how he acted earlier chanting cutting down the horde as he stood outside the line alone. "Commander need to conserve and reinforce. I know that might sound rather boring but well... You can't always play the hero."

He sat down in a chair. "Anyway I wanted to also gift this to you and Alistair... It seems right you two should have it, I have read it and the First Warden doesn't know I took it. It's Duncan's journal, you'll it's rather an interesting read. More importantly it also contains information for Alistair. Namely more on his mother... It might not be something he wants to here but it is the truth." He answered flatly steeping the old leather book down in front of the woman.

Just as he was preparing to leave a young man burst in to the tent. He seemed to be asking for the commander. "Sorry boy, but as of my arrival I am in charge. High Constable Daeron, you want to talk to the person in charge its me let the commander rest." He said as he stepped outside Beaky eagerly followed along at his side, the elf didn't shrink back. He walked out his rank could seen open his gleaming armor, between scratches and dents it was clear this Elf was the Warden in charge.

Turning he began to look for Mila, he needed to find the woman and check in with her. Getting her back to the other would give them a little war council of sorts. "Beaky go stay by the tent... Keep away any unwanted visitors." The creature gave something between a purr and caw. Taking position outside the tent it shut it's eyes however it kept its nose alert able to pick out scents easily. Daeron continued to search the camp for Mila, she would have been the Warden Constable to the Commander no doubt.
