Speaking of which, I am wondering if it would be interesting that Alecto/Ally had been on the verge of forgiving her mother before, and even became a mystery knight of hers, mostly because Andromalius kind of managed to pacify her.

Of course Lucrecia's refusal to revive him and her subsequent actions made her a sour person again.

Edit: I know it is contrived but...
So I had an endoscopy yesterday that included an IV, but they failed putting the needle in a few times so I had a hurt right hand. I'll be putting a post up soon, but it is still bothering me a little.

I hate needles Q~Q

Well to be fair it only hurts until you get high as a kite with the sedative. And when it wears off.

Get well soon.
For what seemed an eternity, Shiki's stare drilled into Makiko. He had been lucky, and he couldn't help but smile at the fact that his captain had managed to quell the girl where he failed. At least internally. Externally, the same neutral visage of uncertainty permeated his entire self. His gaze was only broken for a moment when the Tennin dropped from the skies, right next to him.

Giving her the same amount of attention as a passing cloud in the sky, Shiki briefly adjusted his cap, trying to shuffle his own awkwardness at the situation. "Please be mindful of your entries, Tennin-sama." He managed to utter in a raspy whisper, addressing Suzuka. It was then when his penetrating stare met with Makiko and the little girl.

An eternity seemed to pass before he opened his mouth again, as he listened. "Understood. I shall be on the lookout for someone who looks a parent in distress." He decided to concede that perhaps, finding her parents would be easing that trying to keep company to the girl. And so he stood there, walking with measured steps, eyes peeled.

And probably unnerving some more citizens with that peculiar gaze of his. Not that he realized it or could help it.
So one of my characters chivalricly sexually harasses the only girl who could probably give him a decent fight and the other is a well-intentioned airhead.

>Tempted to chuck the sword in a well/dung/someone and make it look like an accident.
Nero and Sult looked at eachother, upon seeing the reaction. Veileena Cal might be trying to put a strong, noble pokerface, as if this is was a politics game, but the reaction she offered to their comments left little question as to what it was really. A girl this easily flustered lacked the emotional detachment and commitment to craft a ruinous plan. Nero looked at Sult, who was in turn eyeing the ring proof of her childbirth, after producing it from her hand. The elder sister smirked thoughtfully, as she knew what to say.

Yes, it has been a while since we did noble politics, no dear sister of Mine? Nero added as she cleared her throat. "Forgive me, but I must speak out of place captain."

"Well, this is not the best of situations isn't it, Veileena Cal? You've gotten yourself caught in the shady reputation of your name. And this is a dangerous game to be played." Nero said, as she hefted the ring. "But two can play the nobility game. I suppose that someone with a noble name should know mine aswell. My name is Nero Sunfield, daughter of the August Duke of Sunfield. Knight of Highest Honors. Slayer of the Barrow Men. Former Captain Founder of the Ravens, and now an Iron Rose under the command of lady Danbalion." She said with conviction in her voice, as she gestured to her own sister, who then presented the Sunfield Crest ring for the noble girl to see. "And this is my twin sister, Sult Sunfield." She continued.

"This has been a tiring day for everyone, and thus, I would like to set the matter of the shard aside. There's little to gain with shady accusations. But... there's much more to gain for cooperation as sir Indrau has pointed out." Nero waggled her finger. "The Cal family has been not in the best lights as of recent, but if they were to accept an invitation from a lady Sunfield to have tea and cakes with them, maybe their position will strenghten. A private meeting, with delicious elven pastries and tea, and our company. No scary Gillians with us." Nero added, a smirk of amusement.

"We can also arrange for you to pet our own bunny girl knight!" Sult cheered as she inched closer to Nori, a mischievous smile in her face.

"Sult, we oughta ask our fellow knight about that before suggesting that. Not that I disapprove, mind you." Nero added.

"So what about it? Why don't you have some tea and cakes with me, my sister, the captain, and we talk about this strange event?" Nero finished, smiling in a reassuring way.

It was then when Umbra, the veteran knight who had been bested by a horse, seemed to approach the collective. A word had unsettled her enough to shake off her particular struggle with her equine admirer. "Elven cakes?! Surely you jest..." She grumped as she inched towards the large knight and the girl, a frown forming. "You intend to loosen her lips with elven cakes? This is unbelievable. I refuse to take part in this nonsense." She added while huffing and puffing away, deciding that she had enough for the day.
I like the first one

That much was granted (due to the title) I was just tossing ideas on what kind of misfit would serve one of the most hated queens of Hiertania. I am hesitant to do it as i have two Hiertania characters.
I'm bored, and with the flop of the first princess I am hesitant to make more characters, but I got a couple of bit characters when thinking on how Lucrecia might've lived. Might appear as offhand comments.

Midday. When the sun shone brighter, festivals were more lively, and young men made children cry.

Wait, let's try again.

Shinosaki Shiki, one of the young promises of the Miura Youth Organization was quite in a bind. It was not like he disliked festivals per se, but all sorts of events usually happened. Besides, the chief had said that they were on patrol, so he had donned his garb, sword and charms and had set for adventure. Hopefully there would be no more troublemakers.

Oh, and a little human girl was lost. And apparently crying. It was supposed to be his good deed of the day. But as soon as he approached the cute little lady in the kimono, she had slumped in the ground, crying. All he had done was to ask if she was okay. He even did one of his reassuring smiles! But that had apparently fell flat. The girl was positively terrified and crying rivers, as Shiki held out his hands, trying to shield himself from the tragedy.

"Calm down. Everything is fine..." He tried mumbling, adjusting his cap for the ninth time. The girl just stopped for a second, before crying with renewed fear.

"...too strong. This opponent." Shishi muttered, his eyes darting in every direction. Luckily, a godsend image appeared before his eyes. His hand waved energetically. "Captain! ...I am in trouble. I think." He croaked in an unusual loud (for him, anyway) voice, as he gestured to Makiko.
@VitaVitaAR
  • Name: Shinosaki Shiki AKA Shishi
  • Age:17
  • Gender:Male
  • Race:Human(Onmyoji)
  • Appearance:Not the most handsome lad. His voice matches his appearance, being soft and raspy.
  • Personality: Shiki is a rather soft-spoken, introverted lad. He is not the most emotive nor socially skilled kind of guy, and more than often fails to notice his gaze is perhaps a little too penetrating. Intellectual and mature, Shiki rarely speaks without thinking things three times in his head, and he tends to enjoy investigation and discovery, even though he can be unaware of bounds sometimes. For those who get past his usual unsettling demeanor, Shishi lives up to his namesake, being fiercely protective of his friends and acquaintances, and he doesn't make a distinction between humans and youkai.
  • Abilities: Shiki comes from a family of onmyouji, and as such he's versed in the art of using Ofuda for various purposes, such as exorcising, healing, summoning and barriers. He also uses the Ofuda to augment his physique when fighting. Shiki's affinity is Yin, which theoretically makes him more effective at causing negative effects than positive ones, but he loathes to admit it. This is what makes him to be able to use Youkai as Shikigami summons aswell. Currently, he has managed to successfully contract a couple of youkai under his orders. These are Yamabaka, a dimwitted but eager oni and Aohime, a very haughty Yuki-onna who styles herself as a princess (and she has the power to match) that nevertheless has a soft spot for Shiki (not that she'll ever admit it!).
  • Skills: Shiki is a dilligent student and he excells in most academic subjects. He's also rather fit and athletic, practicing swordplay regularly. While not a sword-freak, he can actually hold his own in a fight. He is also a great listener, and he can do his house chores acceptably (he excels at sewing and cleaning)...except cooking. His cooking is his strongest debuff.
  • Equipment: Shiki carries a set of tags to make his ofuda, and his clothes are also lined in several of them aswell as well as special tags for summoning on his person. The katana he carries is actually imbued in one of his strongest curses, which he calls Stigma. This curse essentially creates a spiritual, as well as a physical wound on a target. It affects incorporeal beings, and one must lift the curse before allowing the wound to heal. Fortunately, the curse can only be effective within a limited timeframe, namely minutes, because it has an absurd mana consumption, although wounds caused by the curse will persist afterwards, until each wound is purified individually.
He also carries a pink cellphone (it was a gift from the Yukionna). Really.
  • Brief Backstory:Shiki was born as the middle child on a semi successful family of Onmyoji. Ever since he was a kid, the lad had an air of creepiness around him. Nevertheless given that his family found out his affinity early enough, this wasn't much of a difficulty during his upbringing. Except the fact he could never get to befriend anyone. Guys either tried to bully him or shied away from him. Girls just found him gross. So he found solace in the family job of punishing evil spirits. And he was a good shot at it.

But he still had no friends. Shiki just resigned to his fate, and spent his last summer vacation travelling alone, roaming. Turns out that humans did rebuke him, but youkai did not. He was not creepy for them. And so that's how he managed to create lasting bonds, which culminated in recruiting a couple of them as shikigami after several misadventures. It was then when he heard about the Miura district, and how the Miura Youth Organization was recruiting. Perhaps there was a place in the world for the likes of him after all. And he could probably make more friends.
Ohyeah should move shiki to the char tab
