Current Euh. It's been a hot minute. Things are rather different for me now, and I don't know how that translates to my presence here.

I don't *think* I'm a bad person. I might be wrong there. I try not to be, even when I screw it up for want of social awareness.

Bio

Hello, I am me from the internet. I migrated here from Kongregate's Forum Games Forum, so feel free to look for me there if you wish to follow a career in internet stalking people. (ಠ_ಠ) ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

A link to some of my past characters, which I need because static tabs do not take up internet.

Infamous Quotes From People Who Exist

“I really don’t follow how your faith believes its perfectly acceptable to doom 4,000 years plus of sentient beings, on a pre-set path of no escape from sin, just so their descendants can be offered the ‘chance of salvation’ when the god murders its own son.”
~vikaTae

“Don’t be an ass or a pussy, ’lest you get screwed by life. Being a mouth or a hand is somewhat safer, and an eye socket is pretty much sacred in this regard, so always keep a look out.”

Ah. Well, that was problematic. The demonic knight was substantially bulkier than Nuva Doer himself, and that was clearly muscle from the lack of hunch in its movement... but then again, who knew what supernatural strength it held, and moreover what other powers it had? If it could deflect his attacks as readily as it had upon its manifestation, he didn't have any reasonable hope of damaging it. Then again, who else here would under those circumstances?

'I'll try and hold that monster off, captain,' the Skayleigh offered, moving into a more defensive stance than he was used to, maul in front of him and arm spike shifted back, ready to be pushed forward if needed. 'If it makes any difference, somebody ought to get rid of the sorcerer. Do you have any tips on dealing with... that?' He'd wait for the knight to try and strike first, then deflect its blade with his maul, and send a khala-boosted thrust from his arm spike toward... its chest, he supposed, though if it left its head wide open, that might be the more reasonable option, given that it was surely a weak point- less heavily armoured, more liable to lethal damage- even in a creature like that. Dodging the arm might also, he hoped, be unreasonable in a creature bigger than himself, even if it ultimately proved able to move faster than most mortals. Khala was fun like that: for a melee stab, more strength on the thrust inevitably translated to the thrust itself moving faster too. And if it was able to move faster than he could stab, chances are it'd also be able to hit him in the first place, before he could deflect its blows... but he'd cross that bridge when he came to it.

@POOHEAD189@frapet@Austronaut
@Jbcool Well, aside from anything else, the giant arm is clearly artificial in nature, so I'd imagine nobody's likely to mistake that for a mutation. And who said he has a hunch back? I mean... he probably has a bit of one, since the robotic arm's so heavy, but amongst other things, that's kind of what the support implants are intended to alleviate. It's not like he's got, y'know, a huge tumour sprouting from his shoulders or anything. I'm just saying.
@Jbcool Naw, we good, son. Only question is, why the heck does everybody keep calling my character a mutant? He's a cyborg ya nancies. Technically a psyker, yes, but it's not like he's going to tell people that.
@Oraculum Deprave has enhanced stamina and way more mass than any normal human. He'll probably power through it, if it's not like absurdly strong or whatever.
@ProPro I've completed the edits needed for Messiah, and as far as I'm aware, @Lugubrious has also finished his edits (though I don't want to speak for him in absolute terms, so he can confirm himself whether or not that's the case). In that case, we just need @yoshua171 to finish off whatever edits he's going to make before the edited collab can be put up.
@Turbowraith
Same man.

Edit: If you want to weaponize your arms as projectiles, join the church of The Light!

No, @Turbowraith, your character should become one of Deprave's generals instead! He can give him robotic arm projectiles instead, which are better than whatever crap the Light might give him. Also, he won't horribly torture Grog if he's one of his generals, so that's a plus.
@Jbcool Yeah boys, we workin'. Glad to have you back and ready, man.
Raymond Haywood: Streets of Denver

Raymond was well-versed in how to approach a target subtly. Love Craft was clearly not. Rolling his eyes, he waited a few moments after "Fran" had crossed the road in front of their goal, then looked both ways and began to cross the street himself, timing his speed to reach the two just as Fran turned to address Arsenal. In his case, he took up a standing position just to the side of the poncho-wearing man, his arms loosely placed at his sides, yet more than capable of flying upward to deal with any sudden assaults in a fraction of a second, as well as giving himself more time to act if Arsenal decided to try and target him first, as he'd have to turn to reliably attack him from a side-on position. He was sure "James" could convince the man to listen rather than targeting them, however, so he'd wait for that to come about before acting to subdue him.
Also, do I detect a hint of POONTAH in this thread?

To wit, your character reads like a deranged, drunken version of Joseph Joestar. I love it.

(Oh also @Kafka Komedy I added a relevant skill to Deprave and will ideally be finishing up his sheet by the end of today. Just so you know.)
