Current Euh. It's been a hot minute. Things are rather different for me now, and I don't know how that translates to my presence here.

I don't *think* I'm a bad person. I might be wrong there. I try not to be, even when I screw it up for want of social awareness.

Hello, I am me from the internet. I migrated here from Kongregate's Forum Games Forum, so feel free to look for me there if you wish to follow a career in internet stalking people. (ಠ_ಠ) ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

A link to some of my past characters, which I need because static tabs do not take up internet.

Infamous Quotes From People Who Exist

“I really don’t follow how your faith believes its perfectly acceptable to doom 4,000 years plus of sentient beings, on a pre-set path of no escape from sin, just so their descendants can be offered the ‘chance of salvation’ when the god murders its own son.”
~vikaTae

“Don’t be an ass or a pussy, ’lest you get screwed by life. Being a mouth or a hand is somewhat safer, and an eye socket is pretty much sacred in this regard, so always keep a look out.”

Well, that made this ordeal a lot easier. Trudging over to where the rest of the group was, he approached the lizardman as it announced its status as "a sssslayer of great beastssss", lamenting the lack of flesh on the creature.

'And yet nonetheless, it is dead,' he announced with great aplomb and a raised finger. 'I applaud your effort, good sir- am I correct in pronouncing you a sir? I apologise if I am incorrect, I rarely have the opportunity to meet individuals of your evident esteem.' That is, probably a local legend at most. And since he'd never really met any such individuals personally, he wasn't technically lying. 'Regardless,' he continued jovially, 'you have performed a deed which, doubtless, few could live up to, and one you succeed in regularly from the sounds of it! If it were in any way achievable, I am sure your assistance would be of great help to our small-yet-tight-knit band of adventurers; but alas, I am also quite sure you shall in the future be occupied with more pressing concerns than our own...' This was, in theory, the bait: tempt the Lizardman into curiosity, then through persuasiveness and charisma acquire its trust, and from there an in to the maps held by the Lizardmen of the local area. Whether it would work on a beast of this sort was debatable, but nonetheless, there was no harm in trying, surely?

@DrunkasaurusRex That could be something that happens. Step one (two counting asking OOC) is mentioning it IC, of course, before anyone can consider the plan, but after that? Well, Harvin might get involved, or he might not. Whatever works for the story.
Donald Trump's Stand, 「The Wall」, has now reached its final form. Good luck, whichever Joestar is living in America right now.
...I once again don't really have an excuse for not posting other than procrastinating like a mo'fo'. Saptheth even followed Branack and Eolan into a tavern, so... yeah, I'm being slow because I'm bad at responding quickly. I need to resolve that issue at some point. :\
@POOHEAD189 If you like. I don't have any specific opinion on the topic, but it would give a good reason for more guild members to appear, at least.
'Well, whadda you think we're DOIN' right now, dipshit?!' Deprave half-yelled into his dataslab, not so loud as to be overheard by the prison, but enough to get his point across at least. 'We aren't AT the damn place yet!' With that said, he stowed his dataslab in its usual spot, then addressed the three person smugglers with an immense grin: 'And if you lot are going to start sneaking in, now's the time to split off and find your own way in.' That said, he promptly increased his movement speed, and jogged the rest of the way to the prison- more of a half-run, for anybody who was less than three meters tall- barging through the main doors and into the entry room of the place.

And then he started yelling at the top of his rather-large lungs.

'HEEEEEEEY!' he shouted, clearly enjoying producing so much drama if anyone cared to examine his expression, 'This prison is SHIT, and everyone in it except for me is a LOSER! What ASSHOLE gets themselves locked up in a crappy pit like THIS worthless pile of bricks?! And the prisoners are nearly that bad as well!' Loud belly-laughter joined the overall ruckus, sure to draw the attention of whoever was listening - maybe Nefas himself, or maybe just a large number of guards. Either way, he planned to enjoy starting this little fight. Maybe the other three could join in at some point, too.
As Deprave approached the penitentiary, he began chuckling to himself in a low tone. If that was what this Nefas individual called a prison, then he had poor standards; a building like that was tiny compared to his own palaces in life. How pitiful. More pitiful still, as time passed: the idea that so many of these individuals thought they could order him to do anything. At least the poison spirit had the right sort of attitude, though it was surely no more real than those of many of his peons in life and death alike. He knew their type. Hell, he damn near was their type, if he had any say on the subject!

Still, their transgressions could be punished later. Right now, the prison break was the main thing, and whilst he didn't appreciate being told what to do, he could agree that the plan itself was pretty smart. 'Sounds like my kind of plan!' he exclaimed with a smirk, his voice deep and notably uncultured for a royal- by modern standards, at least. 'The kind where I get to mutilate people. Haven't gotten to do something like that in a while... huhuhuhuh. Now, 'ere's a thought: if Kritch 'n' Toby go in with Vile, that's four of us left to wreak havoc outside, whilst you lot sneakin' round are relatively safe. Vile's got his pollution to fight with, an' all, just in case.' He imagined most of the others that'd remain outside would probably be pretty useless in a fight, the paladin for his lack of physique and the crab thing for its obvious laziness. So much the better for him, then; in the Depraved One's mind, all that meant was more violence to inflict personally. The thought was very endearing.
Fortuna City, Eastern Gate - Sounds Like Traffic Problems

As it happened, that group of minions was just as simple to remove as the last. The Affinities did their job, taking on the small horde of wood and straw demons as intended, backed up by Iscah's attacks and some minimal input from the half-demon, and two of the E-types even survived the fight for their burning aura, then promptly allowed to return to Paradiso with the pride of a job well done - that is, if they felt such an emotion. Ultimately, once all was said and done, the trash had been cleared up, and both the Grace and the Glory felt they could now swiftly move onward with their quest, that of slaying every demonic foe in the city.

A task which, to some extent, was interrupted by the sound of a car crash. Something to head towards? Iacobos asked silently, which Iscah responded to with a nod. If I recall, humans tend to lack judgement when moving at tens of miles per hour. Not so much that they'd remain during a demon invasion of this scale, however. In other words, they both surmised, perhaps something of interest, something supernatural in nature; as the smoke rose from the somewhat-nearby wreckage, they both began to head toward it, Iacobos turning back to the present-unnamed half-demon only to suggest that 'If you intend to follow us, halfling, now would be the time,' before moving onward toward the crash site.

The bog monster was... angered, to say the least. And the same with the lizardman, who seemed to want to keep its stake on the creature's flesh or what have you, though at least felt the need to head toward that rather than the party proper. There, Settionne supposed, went any possibility of letting them fight one another without interfering. In which case, he supposed he ought to get involved somehow.

Since he'd already taken a step back from the others, he took the opportunity to begin circling round the fight in the bog to the opposite side of the bog creature as the lizardman, thereby needing to find a route through the marshes himself... ugh, how awful. How could a substance be both unpleasantly warm and cool in the same instant? Or maybe he just felt like that was the case. In any case, he could at least take his route to some area the creature was not paying attention to before approaching it. That might take a couple of moments to actualise, especially when moving even somewhat cautiously in that environment involved tapping with a foot the area where he next planned to step before putting his full weight on that foot. Fineki was gracious when it came to his priests' good fortune, at least most of the time, but it was still better not to tempt him to the point of upset when that wasn't necessary.

So I've not been paying attention, and now need to post in this... literally today. So, uh, give me a few minutes to get started on that.
