RIP Stan Lee... You will forever be missed. As someone whose grown up reading Marvel comics, you've always have kind of been a part of my life. Thank you for making most of the Marvel heroes we know.

WIP I'm coming back after forever so clearing all of this seems like a good choice.
Just few basic things.
1. Left for my own sort of health reasons. 2. I ran a game for almost a decade when I stepped away from everything. 3. Currently working on getting an interest check up for the game I am going to hopefully be able to run.
"Yeah, we likely should see about talking to Rowland, about everything really. Not just about maybe helping out Amarantha, but letting him know what has happened here in general, since a lot has occurred tonight," Valda said, looking over at her siblings, not too sure what else to really say about the matter. To her, helping out Amarantha wasn't really a priority, and she was only saying that they'd talk to Rowland about it because it was obvious how much her brother cared about the issue.
When they mentioned needing to choose someone who would take Amarantha's place, she let out a bit of a sigh. She didn't really care too much for making any sort of appointments for anyone, it wasn't any fun at all, and all that mattered to her right now was figuring out what was going on, though sleep would be a good idea eventually. "Look, I don't want to even think about that sort of thing right now alright? I'll make a choice or whatever about it in the morning..."
Sylvi the Bard and Bruce Banner

"Nova?" Bruce said instantly, more or less catching his sister as she collapsed entirely. He was trying not to panic somewhat, as he picked up Nova and held her rather easily in his arms. Even though in reality, she wasn't actually a child and such, he still felt responsible for his youngest sister. The other thought that crossed his mind was that odds were Astrid (and maybe Halley) would get mad at him if something horrible happened to Nova, they all more or less had a soft spot for their little sister.
Sylvi did not feel the best at all, aside from the obvious thing being that she was puking up blood that wasn't exactly her own. She felt strange, and horrible, not too sure what to really do as she more or less knelt down on the ground, coughing a bit. Her body just felt weird, and she wasn't even too sure about how to even respond to what Tate had asked her. Was she okay? Maybe, the jury was still out on that.
"...If Nova managed to make it so that she was alive fully again, then you might want to see about heading back to Myth's and my house, see about having her lay down... I need to take Nova back to her room here, and hopefully she'll wake up in the morning," he said to the two of them, before he picked up Nova's stuffed bunny and put it in her arms as he gave Tate a bit of a smile, glad that Nova had been able to help them out it seemed.
"I-I-I think I'm alright Tate" she managed to say to him, looking over and giving him a bit of a weak smile. What she really needed right now was sleep, and lots of it probably. What had happened that night still burned in her mind, and she really wanted to see about going to bed and trying to forget that everything like that ever happened. "...Sleep sounds like a nice thing to me," she said softly, not sure what else to say.
"It's been a long day, so go back there and rest, you probably need it a lot, considering what has happened," Bruce said, before he walked away, carrying Nova along with him.
A Few Hours Ago The machine was all but completed aside from a few finishing touches, but that wasn't exactly what he was working on at the moment. He really didn't want to finish the machine considering. He wasn't even actually in the room where the contraption was at the moment, so he was using what he had with him to see if he could get out. The building itself was probably what was preventing him from getting any sort of signal out, that being the first thing he tried. He was fairly certain at this point that no one had gotten the signal that he had managed to send out.
He had dismantled one of the gauntlets from his suit, keeping the other one on, and was using it for scrap metal and spare parts at this point. The other thing he had started dismantling was the lamps and lights in the room, as well as any outlets he could find in order to get scrap wire to use to splice things together. He wasn't sure how well things were going to work out for him, since this was a bit of a make shift item, but he had managed to get it so that the object was able to shrink down. If only he had been able to repair his suit, but it was mostly scrap metal, everything else in it was completely fried. He was lucky that a few things worked in the gauntlets to help him out.
It didn't matter too much though, as now he had managed to create a flamethrower of sorts, so he at least had a weapon of some kind. It was a bit surprising that he had managed to effectively build it in a room that definitely didn't have the tools that he needed for it, but it worked! After all, he had tested it out somewhat on the door, so he was ready to try and get out of this place.
Now if only he was lucky and didn't get caught.
Arthur Arthur would be able to essentially bash the filing cabinet open, it would make a slight bang sound as it was able to be popped. Inside, he'd find that for the most part the filing cabinet was kind of empty. Except that is for one file, that had a picture of the man who was now a corpse lying on the bed in the same room as him. There was a note of sorts pinned to the file as well, Test Completed.
It was a bit strange, but the info inside the file was something that would make many who knew the name and identity of the man run cold. It was a file on the man in question obviously, but the name that was at the top said Jason Wyngarde. Anyone who knew anything about the Brotherhood would recognize that name. It was the name of Mastermind, the original one. Magneto's right hand man when it came to manipulating others in order to get more mutants to their cause.
The file mentioned Polaris, who attacked him and essentially made it so that he had to live on life support due to all of the damage she had caused to his body. Now all that seemed to be left of him was a dead body.
Elara "I'll be honest Vertigo, I have no idea. From what I know, they left on a whim and didn't think to ask Gardner to access the building. I will say this, that group is more like a ticking time bomb... You call them loyal employees? I wouldn't exactly call the group that... A few members of the group are more then willing to bend a few rules here and there, and some of them were only really loyal to Harrison Snow, before he was murdered a few months back... They never figured out what happened there though... Maybe they went AWOL because of that? Trying to figure out things like that? Nah, Watts definitely I don't think would do something like that, maybe it has to do with the incident involving the Brotherhood last month. Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver tried to steal a genetic splicer from Serval, the team went out and stopped it, but it resulted in the device exploding and killing one of the members. Figured you ought to know that considering pretty sure most of Serval tried to erase the whole incident from the records."
Casey and Jolene "There are a few associates of mine, a woman by the name of Yuriko and another by the name of Martinique, do not harm them. They are down there I believe trying to deal with the situation to the best of their abilities. They are likely going to help you somewhat," Madelyn said, leading Casey to the elevator where Jolene already was. "They as I said before, are on the bottom most floor, good luck."
When they got into the elevator, and hit the button for the bottom floor, the elevator just bumped along somewhat, as if there was something causing a slight problem. However they needn't worry, as they soon reached the bottom floor. They wouldn't hear anyone, or see anyone, however what they did see was what appeared to be a massive cave in from an explosion that showed parts of the floor above them.

"So, he's really still alive and kicking, no offense but that is a little bit surprising," Sapphire said, looking at Andrew and a bit surprised when the archer appeared out of nowhere and jumped over the group and took off somewhere else. Who the hell was that guy? Not to mention why the hell was he here? As he didn't even seem to care that they were there, only that apparently they interrupted something that was going on. The guy definitely was a weirdo in her mind, maybe they could figure out something about him later, just not now.
"Damn it what the hell Watts?" Andrew snapped, stumbling backwards slightly from the pain in his shoulder from Watts effectively ripping the arrow from his shoulder. "Look, we don't have time for this, okay? We've got to, you know, dismantle this thing that I helped make because I was an idiot," he said, motioning towards the machine. "We can't let them continue using this thing, since otherwise things could end really badly, so mind helping me out a bit with that?
"...What exactly is that thing supposed to do anyway?" Sapphire asked, walking over to look at the machine that Andrew had mentioned.
"...What it's supposed to do isn't really important... What matters is the fact that if they use it, they can potentially control the world, if they use it correctly of course. But odds are they do know how to use it, meaning that if it is still around, they could easily repair any potential damage done to it and use it still. So would you just help me with this already?"
"You act like I know anything about machinery. I know medicines and medical stuff, nothing about engineering. So either you explain yourself or what we should do more, or we should just start smashing the damn thing."
"Smashing the thing would probably work just fine. As for who the archer was, I have no idea, all I know is that he showed up here asking about Pryor. And my suit was fried in the explosion, I had a bit of a flamethrower I had managed to splice together for a little while, but that archer hit me, and everything in the room really, with an EMP pulse arrow, shutting it down entirely," he said, shaking his head at Belladonna.
"Eh, I haven't been up to too much... My sister and I are just more or less interested in the orphanage all things considering that's how we ended up as a family more or less," he said with a shrug to Isabella as they rode along in the car ride. That was just about all that he wanted to really talk about the whole thing, and the reason that Megan actually was tagging along with them to the orphanage. Figured it was best to leave that talk to later when they figured out what the hell even was going on really.
Then he noticed the piece of paper sticking out of the glove compartment, and didn't even really think to try to look at it without Isabella noticing. It was as if for a moment, he didn't even remember she was there as he pulled out the paper, and saw a very familiar letter on it, the same one that he and Megan had gotten. Jack was silent for a moment, before he turned to look at Isabella, "...You got one of these letters too..." he said, before turning to look back at the note. None of this was really making any sense.

"Okay, telling someone that you've been watching them for a while just sounds creepy, especially considering I'm not exactly that old. It just sounds weird," she said to him with a bit of an eye roll. It did sound creepy to her, why would someone be watching her, or keeping an eye on her? It just sounded ridiculous. "Not to mention not really too keen on meeting any friends of my parents considering the fact that you know, kind of got left in an orphanage and unlike others who were there I never actually got adopted, so kind of used to being alone, and not having to deal with any of this crap. Not to mention what kind of name is Merlin? That's the name of the old wizard guy in the stories of King Arthur and Camelot right? Honestly, how dumb of a name is that?"
Rosalia was about ready to just walk away from this guy, when she saw him essentially create a ball of fire in his hands. Her eyes grew wide as she took a step back and away from him. "Ok, how the hell did you do that? That's not possible... So what, are you saying that you actually are the great wizard Merlin or whatever? Since that is impossible, and there is literally no way in hell that the fairy tales in books to little kids and that constantly get made into Disney movies are real, like at all."
Location: Global Time Frame: March 3, 2021 RP Tags: Casual, Large Group, Fantasy, Fandom, Supernatural, Slice of Life Type: An action role-play that is character driven and takes place in the universe of the role-play Abandoned Hope. Goal: Stop the planet eater Galactus before he destroys the Earth. Age: Characters have to at least be 15 years old.
Premise
The world is just as dangerous as ever, with the threat of Wanda Maximoff and the reality that she had created still looming over everyone, a new threat has come to light. This time they will need the help of those that they had met in the reality of House of M, or at least those who are close enough to come to their aid. Especially when a giant purple figure appears in the sky above New York City. A figure who could spell out the doom for everyone on Earth if they are not careful.
Who is this figure? Galactus, Devourer of Worlds, and he has come to consume the Earth.
With time running out, a plan needs to be formed in order to deal with a being who cannot die, someone who cannot easily be destroyed. Luckily for the X-Men, the friends that they have met in the Fantastic Four have a plan, but it is not something so simple, and it will rely heavily on the X-Men, who are the ones risking their lives in this instance, despite being the youngest group in the room.
This plan of theirs requires a group to retrieve a device with immense power known as the Ultimate Nullifier, a device that Galactus fears as it is one of the only ways he could potentially be destroyed. There is however, a few problems revolving around where the Nullifier is located, and why no one has really been able to grab it very easily.
Where is the device? It is located on Taa II, also known as the Worldship, Galactus’ own vessel that is the size of an entire galaxy where he keeps a menagerie of alien creatures on board. The Nullifier is also protected by his herald, the Silver Surfer, who will stop at nothing to prevent anyone from obtaining it.
And if they don't hurry, Galactus will destroy the Earth.
Our World
In this RP, we consider the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies up to and including the first Avengers film to be cannon. There are roleplays that have happened in this timeline as well, forming our own Roleplay Universe (please click here to see the full in depth lore guide for our multiverse). We primarily cross over with the RPs hosted by @Morose, The Gifted and Agents of SHIELD, both hosted by Morose... although you do not need to be a member of either to enjoy this RP!!! Think of it like watching Ant-Man. Sure, there are nods and small cameos from the other Marvel movies, but you can enjoy it perfectly fine as a standalone film. In our universe, we have known that we were not alone in the world since 2012, due to the Incident. Aliens are real, powered individuals are possible, and almost anything seems to be possible.
O.M.E.N. was disbanded in June of 2020 by Presidential Candidate and leader Alexander Jakobsen. The organization was intended to protect US citizens from supernatural threats, but ultimately imprisoned, tortured, and killed innocents - especially mutants above all else. Yet while the institution has been disbanded and its resources were given over to S.H.I.E.L.D., its agents still hold grudges against mutants - the stain on humankind. The Purifiers largely draw membership from those angry individuals and while they are regarded as a hate group, local police often either turns a blind eye to their actions or is simply ill equipped to handle them.
Now, onto what you're all waiting for....Powers!
Mutants, also called homo superior, are powered individuals who gain their abilities due to an X-gene. This gene is something that is simply part of their genetic makeup from birth. It can be activated when the individual is subjected to great stress, often during puberty or traumatic moments. It's important to understand that while a mutant's powers can be called a mutation, they were born mutants. They did not mutate throughout the course of their lifetime.
Mutates are those who, as the name implied, mutated to gain powers. This is often due to the presence of electromagnetic radiation outside of the visible spectrum. Encounters with radioactive waste would certainly qualify. It is possible for those with an X-gene to mutate when exposed to radiation or other materials, but it is uncommon and also effectively 'neutralizes' the X-gene.
Inhumans, also called inhomo supremis, are individuals who are descended by unfortunate souls who were experimented on and had their genetic code modified. This unorthodoxy in genetics can be activated through a process called terringenesis, in which the inhuman emerges from something akin to a cocoon with newfound abilities and powers.
Deviances, as they are now understood, refer to (often) extraordinary abilities that distinguish someone from the average human. However, these are not differences on a biological or genetic level. While these can be small things, such as a sixth sense when it comes to healing and knowing what is wrong with the patient, it can be as dramatic as pyrokinesis. Deviances are a result of the shattering of the Cursed Flask in 1719, the shards which were recovered in 2018 by MI13. The flask's contents were said to grant immeasurable power, and with the contents mixing into the air in trace amounts, individuals can sometimes acquire slight abilities from exposure. There is currently no method of explaining why some people gain a deviance and others do not, however. This area of research is still relatively new.

October 31, 2016 - the first leaders of O.M.E.N. are murdered by the demon Mephistopheles in a plan to raise the Norse goddess Hel, daughter of Loki.
January, 2017 - O.M.E.N. agents, with the assistance of Thalia Maehers, kill Hel.
January 8, 2019 - the X-Men and S.H.I.E.L.D. agents combat the Brotherhood of Mutants at the Hanson Power Plant in Washington D.C., only for the plant to explode and forcing thousands in the city to lose power. Magneto steals the Gifted Index from S.H.I.E.L.D. in the process and raids the Triskelion, S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters
February 13, 2019 - the X-Men prevent the Brotherhood of Mutants from releasing a deadly virus in New York City that would kill the human population.
June 6, 2020 - Xavier's Institute for the Gifted is destroyed by Sentinels sent by O.M.E.N. to subdue the team.
June 6, 2020 - the X-Men destroy an O.M.E.N. facility illegally holding innocent mutants.
June 2020 - O.M.E.N. is disbanded by Alexander Jakobsen.
July 15, 2020 - a tragic accident destroys St. Cecila's Preparatory School as a young mutant's powers went haywire. There is renewed interest in the MRA and hate crimes rise. Purifier leadership pledges to eliminate the mutant threat that O.M.E.N. could not.
September 17-18, 2020 - The mutant Mesmero infiltrates X-Mansion, turning the team against one another and stealing the plans for Cerebro. The next day the X-Men, both old and new, track him down and destroy his base, taking him down in the process.
December 10-18, 2020 - Wanda Maximoff rewrote reality, shifting everything so that humans weren't the majority, but mutants were. This reality is known as House of M, and it took the combined efforts of several members of multiple different groups to set things right once more.

Applications:
Post the CS in the OOC for review.
Change the color code to a unique one (i.e. not in use by a current character). Please try to avoid colors that are very similar to the eye as well.
Choose a faceclaim for your character that is not currently in use - if you're not sure if someone is using that FC, ask the GM. Faceclaims must be real life images - not drawings.
The GM can refuse a concept for any reason, yet will generally work with you to fix up the character until they can be accepted.
Talk to the GM if you want your character to have established connections (i.e. if this were a Harry Potter RP and you wanted to be Fudge's goddaughter, talk to the GM in advance for approval).

No use of racial slurs in posts. Sure, you may be playing a racist white guy from the 1950s, so just use asterisks - you'll convey the same idea.
Nudity needs to be run by the GM before posting. In general, this is PG-13 when it comes to romance, sexual interactions, exposure, and so forth... Violence wise, anything goes. This can get gross.
Fade to black for things that verge into the area of smut/other taboo subjects. Seriously. Your post will be deleted otherwise.
The world and NPCs and events are controlled by the GM. If the GM says it's raining, then it's raining. Results will be randomized per dice mechanics.
Posting & General Behavior
Follow all of the rules of the forum - they're the law of the land.
If you need an extension or you're struggling - or even if you just aren't certain what to do - please reach out to the GM! Communication is key.
All posts are backed up on the back up forum after they have been posted - the GM will provide the link for this forum. It only takes a few seconds and it ensures all your hard work is preserved!
You must post once every 7 days - once your last post on RPG reads as 8 days ago you will be removed from the RP.
If you need an extension, ask!! Extensions should be requested no matter than when your last post reads as 6 days ago. If an emergency comes up on day 7, of course come and talk to us - we'll be more than happy to work something out. It's very rare that an extension request is denied.

Character deaths will happen, no one is safe - it will be randomized and you will be notified when your death approaches. (This does not mean you are out of the RP, it will mean however you need to make a new character should you wish to continue - I recommend having Back Up Characters Ready)
The GM reserves the right to make decisions as to how much additional time, if any, will be granted to post if the forum is glitching. A week to post is plenty of time even if the forum glitches a day or two. But usually, I do tend to be pretty generous about it...

Location: Global Time Frame: March 3, 2021 RP Tags: Casual, Large Group, Fantasy, Fandom, Supernatural, Slice of Life Type: An action role-play that is character driven and takes place in the universe of the role-play Abandoned Hope. Goal: Stop the planet eater Galactus before he destroys the Earth. Age: Characters have to at least be 15 years old.
Premise
The world is just as dangerous as ever, with the threat of Wanda Maximoff and the reality that she had created still looming over everyone, a new threat has come to light. This time they will need the help of those that they had met in the reality of House of M, or at least those who are close enough to come to their aid. Especially when a giant purple figure appears in the sky above New York City. A figure who could spell out the doom for everyone on Earth if they are not careful.
Who is this figure? Galactus, Devourer of Worlds, and he has come to consume the Earth.
With time running out, a plan needs to be formed in order to deal with a being who cannot die, someone who cannot easily be destroyed. Luckily for the X-Men, the friends that they have met in the Fantastic Four have a plan, but it is not something so simple, and it will rely heavily on the X-Men, who are the ones risking their lives in this instance, despite being the youngest group in the room.
This plan of theirs requires a group to retrieve a device with immense power known as the Ultimate Nullifier, a device that Galactus fears as it is one of the only ways he could potentially be destroyed. There is however, a few problems revolving around where the Nullifier is located, and why no one has really been able to grab it very easily.
Where is the device? It is located on Taa II, also known as the Worldship, Galactus’ own vessel that is the size of an entire galaxy where he keeps a menagerie of alien creatures on board. The Nullifier is also protected by his herald, the Silver Surfer, who will stop at nothing to prevent anyone from obtaining it.
And if they don't hurry, Galactus will destroy the Earth.
Our World
In this RP, we consider the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies up to and including the first Avengers film to be cannon. There are roleplays that have happened in this timeline as well, forming our own Roleplay Universe (please click here to see the full in depth lore guide for our multiverse). We primarily cross over with the RPs hosted by @Morose, The Gifted and Agents of SHIELD, both hosted by Morose... although you do not need to be a member of either to enjoy this RP!!! Think of it like watching Ant-Man. Sure, there are nods and small cameos from the other Marvel movies, but you can enjoy it perfectly fine as a standalone film. In our universe, we have known that we were not alone in the world since 2012, due to the Incident. Aliens are real, powered individuals are possible, and almost anything seems to be possible.
O.M.E.N. was disbanded in June of 2020 by Presidential Candidate and leader Alexander Jakobsen. The organization was intended to protect US citizens from supernatural threats, but ultimately imprisoned, tortured, and killed innocents - especially mutants above all else. Yet while the institution has been disbanded and its resources were given over to S.H.I.E.L.D., its agents still hold grudges against mutants - the stain on humankind. The Purifiers largely draw membership from those angry individuals and while they are regarded as a hate group, local police often either turns a blind eye to their actions or is simply ill equipped to handle them.
Now, onto what you're all waiting for....Powers!
Mutants, also called homo superior, are powered individuals who gain their abilities due to an X-gene. This gene is something that is simply part of their genetic makeup from birth. It can be activated when the individual is subjected to great stress, often during puberty or traumatic moments. It's important to understand that while a mutant's powers can be called a mutation, they were born mutants. They did not mutate throughout the course of their lifetime.
Mutates are those who, as the name implied, mutated to gain powers. This is often due to the presence of electromagnetic radiation outside of the visible spectrum. Encounters with radioactive waste would certainly qualify. It is possible for those with an X-gene to mutate when exposed to radiation or other materials, but it is uncommon and also effectively 'neutralizes' the X-gene.
Inhumans, also called inhomo supremis, are individuals who are descended by unfortunate souls who were experimented on and had their genetic code modified. This unorthodoxy in genetics can be activated through a process called terringenesis, in which the inhuman emerges from something akin to a cocoon with newfound abilities and powers.
Deviances, as they are now understood, refer to (often) extraordinary abilities that distinguish someone from the average human. However, these are not differences on a biological or genetic level. While these can be small things, such as a sixth sense when it comes to healing and knowing what is wrong with the patient, it can be as dramatic as pyrokinesis. Deviances are a result of the shattering of the Cursed Flask in 1719, the shards which were recovered in 2018 by MI13. The flask's contents were said to grant immeasurable power, and with the contents mixing into the air in trace amounts, individuals can sometimes acquire slight abilities from exposure. There is currently no method of explaining why some people gain a deviance and others do not, however. This area of research is still relatively new.

October 31, 2016 - the first leaders of O.M.E.N. are murdered by the demon Mephistopheles in a plan to raise the Norse goddess Hel, daughter of Loki.
January, 2017 - O.M.E.N. agents, with the assistance of Thalia Maehers, kill Hel.
January 8, 2019 - the X-Men and S.H.I.E.L.D. agents combat the Brotherhood of Mutants at the Hanson Power Plant in Washington D.C., only for the plant to explode and forcing thousands in the city to lose power. Magneto steals the Gifted Index from S.H.I.E.L.D. in the process and raids the Triskelion, S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters
February 13, 2019 - the X-Men prevent the Brotherhood of Mutants from releasing a deadly virus in New York City that would kill the human population.
June 6, 2020 - Xavier's Institute for the Gifted is destroyed by Sentinels sent by O.M.E.N. to subdue the team.
June 6, 2020 - the X-Men destroy an O.M.E.N. facility illegally holding innocent mutants.
June 2020 - O.M.E.N. is disbanded by Alexander Jakobsen.
July 15, 2020 - a tragic accident destroys St. Cecila's Preparatory School as a young mutant's powers went haywire. There is renewed interest in the MRA and hate crimes rise. Purifier leadership pledges to eliminate the mutant threat that O.M.E.N. could not.
September 17-18, 2020 - The mutant Mesmero infiltrates X-Mansion, turning the team against one another and stealing the plans for Cerebro. The next day the X-Men, both old and new, track him down and destroy his base, taking him down in the process.
December 10-18, 2020 - Wanda Maximoff rewrote reality, shifting everything so that humans weren't the majority, but mutants were. This reality is known as House of M, and it took the combined efforts of several members of multiple different groups to set things right once more.

Applications:

No use of racial slurs in posts. Sure, you may be playing a racist white guy from the 1950s, so just use asterisks - you'll convey the same idea.
Nudity needs to be run by the GM before posting. In general, this is PG-13 when it comes to romance, sexual interactions, exposure, and so forth... Violence wise, anything goes. This can get gross.
Fade to black for things that verge into the area of smut/other taboo subjects. Seriously. Your post will be deleted otherwise.
The world and NPCs and events are controlled by the GM. If the GM says it's raining, then it's raining. Results will be randomized per dice mechanics.

Sparky let out a little bit of a sigh, looking at Raynor and the comments he was making. He really needed to not be rude to people at the moment, it honestly got a little bit tiring for her to have to constantly try and stop him from picking fights with people. There wasn't much she could do about it though, at least at the moment he seemed to be calming down and wasn't picking any more fights with people. "Really Ray?" she asked, raising an eyebrow at him slightly, but saying nothing else about it.
She sat back down on the couch next to Raynor, when Tempest suggested playing a game, and other people seemed to like the idea of playing Never Have I Ever. Sparky had never really been interested in playing any sort of game like that, one of the main reasons being she never really had anyone to play it with growing up. Raynor seemed interested in playing a game though, and she couldn't help but be slightly glad about that. At least it would stop him from hopefully causing too much trouble.

"Hey! I know better then to actually pick fights at any sort of party! Unless drinking is involved and usually I would have had way too much to get to that point," Flynn said with an eye roll towards Bonnie. He did know better then to pick fights with people randomly at any sort of party. Unless of course they started the fight or something, then he'd probably jump into the fight and defend people, but that was about all he would do. In his opinion Raynor needed to calm down a little bit.
Hearing the idea of playing Never Have I Ever being proposed, he looked around at the group, as a few people seemed to jump in at the chance to play it. He'd played it a few times with friends back in high school, usually at some party that tended to involve alcohol one way or another. "Sure, I'll play, sounds like fun, it's been a while since I've played that game," he said, giving Bonnie a bit of a smile before he looked back at the rest of the group.
"Calm down Sunshine, you don't exactly have to be rude or anything, okay?" Jack said to her, shaking his head slightly. Though he couldn't help but actually agree with her on that one. Most normal people would have done something like conjure up flashlights if able to. However there wasn't really anyone who even thought remotely like Max did, which could either be taken as a compliment, or as an insult. It depends entirely on how you viewed the sentence. He personally would take it as an insult if someone told him that.
He glanced around the area, using his phone to see the basement a bit better over all. They definitely could use some more light at the moment, "Uh, Max? I do hate to say this, but we could use some more light in here," he said to him, before he followed after Sunshine who was messing with a bookcase. Hearing the click and seeing the bookshelves part, he couldn't help but chuckle slightly. "Yup, this definitely has to lead to the evil villain's lair."

Sapphire nodded her head, racing down the staircase after Casper, figuring that the sooner they got downstairs, the sooner they could get out of there and deal with Vulcan hopefully. Racing into the area, she hid off to the side, seeing that Colossus was getting beaten quite thoroughly by Vulcan, and she started trying to think about what they could do to help him, when James had suggested sneaking up and getting the jump on Vulcan. Nodding her head, she managed to edge her way behind Vulcan, as the man was clearly paying more attention to Colossus at the moment.
Her hair instantly turned to it's typical ice white, her skin turning pale as well and her eyes flashing to the ice cold blue. Sapphire threw a dagger at Vulcan that was completely made of ice, and it slammed into Vulcan's side, stuck there. "Oooh, looks like that hurt a little bit... Would be ashamed though if that dagger just so happened to pull off the mysterious myth of a possible ice bullet, by just, disappearing," she said coldly, before the area around Vulcan started heating up, and she was glaring at him still, when there was a puddle of water that splashed to the ground, the dagger having melted completely. Somehow, Vulcan was still standing, despite the fact that he obviously was losing a whole lot of blood from where his injury was (as she probably hit something important) he was still standing. That didn't matter to her though, as she was mainly trying to get his attention away from Colossus.
"Nightcrawler, damn, that's a bit weird," Jack said, not sure what else to say about it. Nightcrawler, as Veil had mentioned, typically was a known associate of the X-Men, considering the fact that they were definitely a bit higher profile then just mutant runaways, it did not bode well at all. Glancing around the room, he shook his head slightly when he saw the poncho. Okay, sure, it was kind of a fun idea, but a glowing poncho wasn't exactly the best thing to have around at the moment.
He heard what it was that Callie was saying and frowned slightly, okay, so he was really glad he wasn't an empath who could get high off of another person's high, it was really weird to think about. Though he figured that his brother probably wouldn't have minded having that ability as opposed to being able to talk to ghosts. "So, before you all got attacked or whatever, did you find anything useful down here?" he asked, before he pulled out his phone, figuring that at the very least they could end up with a little more light because of it.

"Yeah, he's right, we only really need the one, they both will have some sort of similar effect, and either one would help out Magik," Sapphire said, not too sure about the fact that she seemed to be agreeing with the drug addict. That was the other thing she was concerned about, the fact that they had walked into a room full of medicine with a druggie. She had said before what he did in his own free time was up to him, but hopefully he'd wait to get high until after they were back at the HQ.
Hearing his words about what was going on downstairs, her eyes grew wide, and she slipped the bottle of meds into her pocket and headed out the door. "Come on, we need to get down there and help them out," she said instantly, heading towards the elevator. "...You know what, stairs actually probably would be a bit faster and we don't want the commotions of fighting to potentially break the elevator causing us to get stuck..." she said, changing her mind and she glanced around for a staircase.

Janelle nodded her head slightly, hearing Kristin's words. There wasn't much else that she could really do at the moment, figuring that it would be better for her to just get around without her brother constantly being there. Or more of half-brother really, it was a bit odd when she thought about it. Apparently neither one of them actually had the father that they had thought that they had, it was strange to think about, knowing that they weren't fully related.
"Alright, that sounds like a good idea to me... I don't want to have to rely on Jason constantly for help moving about places, or relying on anyone else for that matter... It is preferable for me to be able to move on my own, relying on people just is weird for me... It also makes me feel like I'll end up too dependent on the help of others..." she said softly, as they walked along by the other cabins, and she heard the conversation that took place with the head of the Hephaestus cabin.
"Oh, uh, nice to meet you Lauryn," Jason said with a slight wave at her, still holding on somewhat to his sister's arm to ensure that she didn't fall over. Hearing her words about why she really wanted the cane as soon as possible, he understood that. She had always been like that, wanting to be independent, and to prove that just because she had a disability didn't mean that she needed anyone's help. He didn't mind having to help her move about though.
When Kristin mentioned getting food, Jason realized that it had been a while since he had eaten anything, it had been a while since his sister had eaten too. They had been a bit more concerned with the whole, running away from the monsters that were trying to kill them. "...I don't know about my sister, but I'm hungry... It's kind of been a while since we've eaten anything considering what kind of happened earlier and the kind of insanity that happened..."

But usually what she sees doesn't seem to be too good, despite a lot of people hoping otherwise... if this really is as bad of a vision as you seem to be hinting at, then I agree, Chiron and Mr. D need to know... This is too important to leave for later, they should know about it now..." Mary said, nodding her head, looking over at Kiera for a moment, before looking at Zeke and Rebecca.
"...So, you said that this vision involved a child of which gods again? Athena, Apollo and Hypnos right? It's a bit strange, don't you think, that she got this vision now, even though it clearly is something that for all we know could be happening soon... Wasn't one of the new kids claimed as a child of Hypnos? I mean, bit of a coincidence don't you think, her having this vision not too long after a new child of Hypnos was claimed? I don't know who the other two could be referring to, could be just about anyone..."
Valda more or less somewhat glared after Apollodora. She did not trust the woman at all, and wondered what it was that she had hoped to accomplish by coming to the Castle. Her entire story just sounded insane, sure, they have had their fair share of run ins with things that likely shouldn't be possible. After all, they literally held a wedding that involved gods not too long ago, but someone who had clearly died not being dead? That sounded a little far fetched, no matter what other stuff might have happened, how could Arya not be dead.
Her attention was drawn away by Myrus walking up to them, telling them about the situation with Amarantha. Valda still was not too thrilled about the way Amarantha had treated them before, but leave it to her brother to still be a kind hearted person anyway. "...Alright, we'll see what we can do to help her Myrus, don't worry... There might be something that we can do, we'll try, but there is no guarantee on it..."
Sylvi the Bard and Bruce Banner

Sylvi wasn't too sure about this, not really anyway. Sure, she knew the legends, knew the stories about Nova, and how despite how young she looked, she actually had a lot of power. But reversing something like this? She was almost sure that she likely wouldn't be able to do it. There wasn't much that she could really do though, not at the moment anyway, she wasn't too sure what was going to happen to her now, when the sun rose up in the morning, or if she ended up getting hungry for blood again.
Odds were they wouldn't exactly let her drink any blood around here. "So... Are you going to try? Or are we going to just stand here talking about you attempting it? I know that you aren't too sure about attempting this... But anything you can do would probably be better then my current situation..." she said softly, looking at Tate. She felt comforted in the fact that he was holding onto her, it made her feel like she wasn't really alone.
"...So Novie... How about it? Want to try and see if you can help a member of the undead? I know it isn't what you are used to, but at this point we aren't really in a position to do anything else to help her..." he said, kneeling down somewhat so that he was eye level with his little sister, giving her a smile. He knew that Nova would probably help, it just was the type of person that she was, the whole reason a pair of their father's friends had been brought back was because Nova hadn't wanted to see their father sad because of anything.
"Alright Brucey... I'll try..." she said, holding her hand out towards Sylvi, it had a slight bluish glow to it.
"...Just don't over exert yourself Nova... You know what can happen if you use too much of the energy that you have... I don't want to see you end up in a coma again, okay?" with those last words, he stood up fully, looking over at Sylvi and Tate now. The fact that Nova had seemed a little hesitant to try it worried him, but she seemed willing to attempt it now, and that was all that mattered. He just hoped that he didn't come to regret bringing them to Nova.
"You worry too much Brucey," Nova said, Sylvi took her hand, and Nova started using her powers in an attempt to help Sylvi.
WIP I'm coming back after forever so clearing all of this seems like a good choice.
Just few basic things.
1. Left for my own sort of health reasons.
2. I ran a game for almost a decade when I stepped away from everything.
3. Currently working on getting an interest check up for the game I am going to hopefully be able to run.
All set, that's all for now.
