@The Roman07 Soldier is around to keep the peace between humans and vampires and uphold the Blood Compact, so I believe since you're affiliated with them, your goal would be to stop any humans or vampires that step out of line. Different characters would have different goals though. Bedivere certainly doesn't want to go around making sure vampires behave.

Cupid

"My my, aren't you a pretty one?"
Name: Cupid Abatangelo
Age: Turned at age 23 during the height of Rome’s power.
Gender: Male
Race/Affiliation: Vampire, Unaffiliated.
Bio: Cupid was born and raised in the city of Rome during the Pax Romana. Working as a street vendor, he’d always use his outstandingly attractive looks and silver tongue to convince people to purchase from him. Both men and women alike seeked his affections, but Cupid turned each and every one down. One day however he came to spy the most beautiful man he had ever seen. Cupid became obsessed with this mysterious and wonderful man, and pined over him constantly. At long last his desires were granted and the man took him into his home. It was there that Cupid experienced intercourse for the first time, and was turned. Master took Cupid as his lover, and together they prowled the streets at night for blood and rape.
After a time they moved out of the city and into the countryside, preying on travelling passerby. It was during this time that Master taught Cupid the code that he must swear to live by. The first rule was that in the event of Master’s death, Cupid was to abstain from all sexual and romantic relations until he found the most beautiful person that was worthy of being turned and taken on as Cupid’s lover. Such was the way of Master’s creator, and the way of their creator too. The second rule was that while he was free to take the body, blood, and love, of a human being, he was never to give them love in return. Only his chosen consort was deserving of such affections, Master had said. The third and final rule was that when the time comes, Cupid must prepare his consort in the same way that he was being prepared now. Things drifted into a lull after that day, and the routine of lovemaking and lifetaking in their new home finally settled in. Then the Hun arrived.
Atilla and his followers swept across the countryside like a scourge, laying waste to all in their path. When he reached the home of Cupid and his Master, they were merciless. The last time Cupid ever saw his Master alive was when the latter ordered the former to hide down in the cellar. Cupid saw the fear in his eyes then, and still remembers it now. When the scourge had ended, Rome was in shambles. It was only a matter of time before the country fell to the infighting and strife that was now poisoning it like a virus. Cupid took his leave that day, and never has he returned.
The lone vampire travelled all over the world, all over history, searching for the next consort. It was in France during the 1500s that he found her. Cupid wasted no time in claiming Venus as his own when he spotted her undeniable body. She was taken right then and there, before being turned. Witnesses were slaughtered, and then Cupid spirited his new lover away.
Centuries passed, and Venus and Cupid remained together, marred deep in love and lust. This is how Cupid and Venus came to become the proprietors of one of New York’s most successful strip clubs, the Cupid’s Kiss.
Personality: Cupid is incredibly vain and believes that everyone other than his “sweet Venus” are below him. That aside, he is actually very charismatic and often uses his good looks and charm to to bring his victims to the bedchamber and drain them dry with his partner. He’s always looking to lend a hand towards the Capers and even the Banes. Cupid believes it smart to stay in the good graces of those who would pose a threat to you. The only exception to that rule is the Blackwoods. He remains civil with those “dirty half breeds” only to avoid provoking them.
Appearance: Description for now, picture on the way: Cupid is tall and slim, but toned. With his tan skin and short black hair, he looks the part of a true Roman. His eyes are a vibrant gold color. Cupid typically dresses in a deep red suit.
Other: Cupid can seduce people with his charm and turn them into thralls.

Mongrel

"I am dirty. I am a loyal servant. I am Mongrel."
Name: Mongrel
Age: Looks to be in his early teens, is in his 20s
Gender: Male
Race/Affiliation: Hybrid, Cupid’s son.
Bio: Mongrel is the bastard son of Cupid and an unknown werewolf, and the former’s greatest shame. He was given the cruel moniker of Mongrel due to Cupid’s disgust of hybrids and their “dirty” blood. At the age of 14 Mongrel was personally castrated by his father to prevent him from continuing his “tainted” bloodline. Years of psychological and physical abuse have turned Mongrel into nothing more than a simple minded pet that is blindingly loyal to Cupid, overlooking all of the abuse as if it meant nothing.
Personality: Mongrel is a shy and seemingly good hearted child, but will carry out any of his father’s orders without questions. That is his greatest strength and downfall. While he will follow any instructions given to him to the letter, he cannot form complex thoughts on his own.
Appearance: Picture on the way: While his human form is a diminutive and pale human boy with dull grey eyes and a shaggy mass of white hair, his form while transformed is another thing entirely. He is a massive bipedal wolf at least seven feet in height and three or four feet in width, with massive rippling muscles and claws that can tear through flesh like butter. While he is coated in white fur all around, much of his back and chest is covered in painful bright pink scars.

Mattias

Name: Mattias Cullens
Age: 97
Species: Werewolf
Goals/Faction: Mattias is a loner travelling the world to eliminate all hostile vampires from existence.
Backstory: In his life before leaving Alaska, Mattias found that he greatly disagreed with his pack’s principles. That all vampires were the scum of the Earth, and that all humans were ruining the planet. He knew that vampires and humans were both capable of great evil, but he was also aware that where there was the capability to do wrong, was also the capability to do right. Mattias wanted to protect the innocent people still out there from harm, so he left his pack and began his travels.
Before all of this and during the Nightwars, Mattias was one of the few that refused to take up arms with Magnus against the humans, believing the former to be crazy and his plan absurd. He was ridiculed at the war’s start for not conforming, and then resented at the war’s end for being right. This only contributed to his self imposed exile from the pack.
Mattias often considered attempting to join Soldier, but deigned that tying himself to a set of rules might impede him somewhere along the line. He’s still not certain if that is the right choice.
Personality: While Mattias has faith in human and vampire-kind, he is far from an idealist. He knows that people are inherently selfish, and that most vampires would sooner suck a human dry than attempt to coexist with them. He does however know that GOOD people are being made victims of violence every day.
Powers/Skills: Aside from the typical strengths and weaknesses of a werewolf, Mattias also possess greatly improved senses, being able to pick up the scent of a vampire and track it to the source from a significant distance away. He also boasts night vision and impressive hearing.
Equipment/Weapons: He’s strong enough even in human form that he doesn’t require much in the way of weaponry.
Themesong: Uhh… Eye of the Tiger? I actually think that might be somewhat accurate.
