Oh, and I forgot to ask - I had mentioned our characters were all at the end of their Summer vacation before senior year, but noticed some of them are only 16, and I was wondering if you'd rather say they are a year behind the others or that they skipped ahead a year at some point? And I noticed Ryan McPhee will be the oldest of our group if he turns 18 on September 5th XD.

I do have ideas for Dark Rangers and other villains, but figured we can just go with the flow and then I'll introduce more baddies as necessary. And yeah, if you'd like to be the Black Ranger, go right ahead! Any ideas for powerset?

So catching up on the posts as working all day today.

I think different colours suits with the gold trim going on is cool, I do like that pic with the dragons on the background. kinda like a dragon/samurai look. giving them a bit of an armoured feel would be cool as it would make it look like we can take hits and probs look awesome! haha.

As for zords, i do see the pros for both ideas. but I do worry on the roleplaying the fighting scenes when all connected like a megazord could make it difficult to do? not sure my fighting experience in RP's is not overly massive. magically turning into a dragon does sound pretty epic and even if they are mechanised i think it could work either way. maybe the zords can make use of our powers? so like even if they dont go all megazord, they could still effectively fight as a team attacking on multiple fronts? or even maybe sentiant and able to fight independantly from us if we are fighting on the ground ourselves? or am I over complicating all that, if so my bad.

Realize I forgot to answer this post LOL. Yeah, I really like that armored samurai one too, so I think we should use that as the default look unless we find something better in the next few days. And Crimson said he loves the skirt look on them all too XD. As for the Zords, yeah, I think the biggest issue with the idea of a Megazord would be effectively controlling it, unless we just save it for like a finisher move and then I can just write a scene of our Zords coming together and finishing off the baddie.

One idea is for us to summon the Dragon Zords, ride them, and then maybe fuse with them similar to the Red Ranger Battlizer from Mystic Force.

I'll create some more tomorrow once my credits refresh LOL. And if anyone else has any AI credits they want to use, I was using stuff like "dragon samurai power rangers" and "dragon ninja power rangers" for prompts. Feel free to throw up any images you think would look good for team ranger suits and zord ideas.

I think it's a Loki Spider-Man lol. And yeah, Olivia looks good, feel free to put her up in the CS thread. So, for the suits, should we go with the traditional tights, or go for an armored look? Either way, I'm thinking the suits could be made from Grid Energy that wraps around our bodies and then shifts into the suits.

I don’t like the Tokusatsu Suit because I prefer the suits being fully color, not black with colored lines. I do like the picture though because all of them have a skirt. Take that gender norms!

Part of me likes transforming into actual dragons, because that’s more magical, but that’s gonna be real awkward for the kids. And are we going to fuse together to become the equivalent of a Megazord? Or would the Megazord not be a thing in that case?

I think we can probably skip having a Megazord because that would be hard to write for combat scenes if there is one body being controlled by multiple players. But what do you all think? Oh and some more images for ideas:

Here's an idea for a unified look:

And for Zords we could either transform into actual flying dragons or we could have dragon robots we pilot traditionally.
Or we could just say the suits look like different colored version of the Tokusatsu Suit from Spider-Man 2. Like, in our imaginations, each Ranger would have the stripes be their color instead of red.


Or we could just each create our own suits however we want. I'm cool with whatever you guys want.

They look good! Also, for the Ranger Suits, I think it would be best for us to each have more control over how our characters look instead of having to make them all be simple recolor carbon copies of each other, but what do you all think?
