From a quick google search there are oil wells and refineries in Illinois but you do have a point, Chicago would be another likely center of a nuke attack and I don't think anyone currently has the technology to completely rebuild one from scratch that would be able to rival current ones in terms of efficiency or volume.

You could have them be Federation Guards and do a simple name change from Confederation to just Federation.

I cannot accept your NS. Some issues with it:

First off you should have posted the NS into the OOC first, but I'll take the blame for it since I didn't lay it out in the rules.

Second, I said to put your claims via tinypic, that site you linked it through isn't working for me.

Third, how many militia to you exactly have? Saying you have "countless at your disposal" isn't exactly telling me much and I prefer to keep vagueness to a minimum.

Fourth, you sheet is really bland and barebones, you honestly aren't putting a lot into it compared to everyone else and to be quite honest, it kinda looked like you half assed it. While I'm not saying you need to write me an wikipedia article's worth of knowledge for each section, but just beef it up some how like everyone else's.
