Government

The Empire is officially ruled by the Silent Princess, the a young human girl and the last human in the plane who has been put into magical stasis to prevent the disease that she is infected with from killing her. In practice, the Empire is more of a psuedo-hivemind with all of the Terracotta being linked via magic with a the Imperial Regent acting as a focusing Nexus.

Below the Regent is a network of Civil Servants who act as control nodes and subunit nexuses that help divide work load of the Regent. The entire government is set up to mimic a vast Imperial bureaucracy with individual departments, ministers and commanderies.

All of the Terracotta are linked via a magical, gestalt network. The Regent goes through all of the information put into the network and decides upon a final course of action, dispersing the order through the network of Civil Servants and Commanders, down to the rest of the population.

Through the Rift there was a bountiful and comfortable land, filled with rivers and mountains. An azure sky with a golden sun and a silver moon sat in the sky over a picturesque landscape of beautiful rolling hills and grassy fields. However it also seems inimical to organic life as there are no native animals and the original human inhabitants have all died off.

History

The Terracotta Attendants can trace their history back before the Rits, when they were used in before the Calamity mostly as warriors and sentinels (not that any of the currently alive ones can actually remember what it was like pre-Rift). It was only after they and their creators had come through the Rifts that they began to expand into other roles. While originally created for war, their creators had no issue redesigning them to fit more civilian roles to augment a limited organic population. The Attendants are loyal to a fault and served their creators in their new plane of plenty for generations until a mysterious sickness spread across the land.

Their creators began to drop dead of some plague, weakening them and causing their bodies to rot away into sludge. As inorganic beings, the Attendants were immune to the mysterious sickness but where still helpless as they watched their masters painfully die. They took over more and more of society in the hopes of letting their creators get enough rest to heal, but they never got better. But, they were told of the Calamity and how beyond the Rift there were other people, other people who might be able to heal them.

The Rifts reopened too late. By the time it reopened, only one Creator remained: a young child kept in magical stasis to stop the spread of the disease that claimed all others. Now they search for a new master to serve, in the hopes of finding a cure for the last of their Creators.

Culture

Good at scavenging and crafting but not as good at actually smithing or tailoring new stuff from raw materials.
Norse aesthetic, look almost post apoc due to their scrappy, scavenged gear.
Have really cute slime blobs they take care of. Also muffalo and muffalumps? Slimes give plorts/resources and can also et the staff bodies since they're mostly made of flesh.

Welcome to Wal-World!

SCP 3008 otherwise known as the "Infinite IKEA" is probably one of the more well known SCPs and has a fanbase all of its own. I'm planning the RP to have the same general feel as the Infinite IKEA but set in an Infinite Walmart instead. Why a Walmart? Because it has a much larger variety of departments and sections to play around with and twist into some a bit more unsettling. IKEA is mostly just furniture where as Walmart has things like food, toys, outdoor equipment, stationary, gardening and even guns/hunting equipment. Also because the intrinsic meme potential of Walmart is greater than that of IKEA.

The Staff in this RP will be like the IKEA ones except in blue uniforms and aprons filled with a variety of unsettling junk or body parts, docile at day and very hostile at night. However there will also be "Greeters" or "Smilers", other human survivors who weren't killed by the Staff but instead dragged off to some backroom and turned into a Smiler, having a big yellow smiley face attached to their face and basically another Staff member.

Another addition will be "Sales Days" where the Staff and Smilers are extra aggressive and a lot more nightmarish. I'm talking about looking like Dead Space Necromorphs with twisted limbs and terrifying inhuman biology that don't match their original human bodies at all. Worse is that there are even larger eldritch monsters that come out during Sales Day that are creatures made of multiple Staff and Smilers all conjoined and fused together like a Bloodborn boss.

Characters will all be isekai'd in from their normal lives and the aesthetic that they'll end up taking on is sort of post apocalyptic in a scrapper/scavenger sense since they're just using what they can find in the Wal World. The RP itself can either be about the PCs trying to find a way out and wandering through the mall or trying to help or build a settlement.

I'm hoping for a quicker, more condensed character sheet guide. The following is the requirements your sheet must have. You can write more if you want. Remember this should all be pre-Walmart isekai. They either have no idea how they ended up in the Wal World, just sort of waking up, or last remember being in a Walmart and wandering into a more deserted section before getting hopelessly loss.

That's fair, yeah, and probably accurate. There's also the issue of Ronto explicitly welcoming ghouls and other mutants, so maybe incorporating some of your ghouls or eventual Rontonian support of them could be a thing?

Again, the Ghouls were banished because some of them had lived long enough to remember pre-war America and spread ideas that challenged the Americanist orthodoxy, not because of any sentiment or hatred of Ghouls. They weren't even a lower class of citizen since a good number of them were pretty talented craftsmen on the part of having literal centuries to perfect your skills or overseers. There are still a handful of Ghouls in the HFU who converted (if they hadn't already) but are on the younger side.

Its definitely possible a Ghoul or two might make their way to Ronto or you otherwise heard about it through the caravan grape vine although what do you mean by support? Like support a Ghoul uprising in the HFU?

@Andreyich The HFU would probably be bog standard in terms of how they view super mutants, not quite trusting but they don't have a desire to genocide them. For your guys specifically, they'd probably have heard of the shady stuff they've done but there'd also be some interest if the "rumors" of you guys being from Old America.
