The Gladiators of Arlen

Well, I'll start working on the next post soon, so everyone who wants to get something in ought to. We've got some stuff to get sorted pretty soon. First of all, when we do get to the Arena, people will be facing their first battles, which I've decided will be paired, though Endar will be fighting in a solo battle. If anyone has a preference for their character, let me know.

How these smaller battles will work is I'll create a PM with myself, the players of the pair, and Ammokkx who can take my place if I'm unavailable (apart from his battle - can't exactly have him fighting himself). Once the battle is finished, I'll compile it and post it in the IC. This is to avoid confusion about which battle to react to.

Feeling almost a guilty pride at Megelis' words, Markus nodded to each of the two men. He didn't really interact that much with this part of the Tower, given that his job was to help Sentinel defend their network, and to crack into systems and retrieve info. Most of the time he'd just send messages to the people he'd been working with.

"I'm guessing that order of yours is coming from Dino?" he asked. Then, with an idea and a grin forming simultaneously, he made an offer. "If it is, I can spam his inbox with a few special gifts. Just to dissuade him, of course."

But he was also wary of how Megelis might react to his plan, and so swiftly changed the subject. "But, I think we ought to get going, don't you? We need to rendezvous with whoever else is on the team, right? That creep from the basement's one of 'em, isn't he?"

OOC: Well, my character is currently unconscious, in the intersection where the last Lord of Lies vanished, and where General Stryker joined the crew. The Harbinger, Bendy, Stryker and all that are also there. Jane's the only one I remember being somewhere else. We're in the ruined city.

@JaceBeleren Hey, I enjoy worlds with a lot of lore. I'm going to employ as much of it as I can. But now with my extra info from the Character Creation section, I don't know if I want to be an Elk instead.

(Also, I might advise you to change the join status from 'Jump-In' to 'Apply'. From my understanding, a jump-in RP means anybody can join without need for GM approval or a character sheet.)

Problem has been resolved, for now. I'm back, and using Explorer. Takes time to load sometimes, but it should do the job.
