Back when dinosaurs ruled the Earth, I got started with writing online on the Spore forums. Man, those were the days. We're talking like 12 years ago 2010-ish!

I've been here on and off for almost as long, and have GM'd a bunch of different things to varying success.

We'll probably end up being friends then despite the fact that you're a monarchy, cause that's also the PRK'S thing.

If you round up, this is two-thirds of a thousand posts.

Out of curiosity why do they even care about imperialists? I never did get that.
Well, it looks like Eisenkreis could flip to either side. I suppose we'll see how that goes once Tin starts talking to them IC.

I was originally thinking to have Tin get in good with the elves, but with the island conflict between us that's probably never happening. So at this point Tin has good reason to hold a grudge against every single nation in that triple alliance.
<Snipped quote by Cyclone>That's not how it works, I suppose.
The only reason his nation has better relations with Yllendthyr because I don't burn rifle-armed rebels with flamethrower tanks.

Oh it's perfectly understandable that any reasonable nation that doesn't trade with Tin would hate them. They're kind of a menace...

But he did say that his nation didn't like nations that go around colonizing (Tin) and being even slightly friendly with the Yllendthyr-PRK-Avalia circle will make Tin dislike them back.
@Mihndar

Well, Tin gets pissed off if you deny missionaries but that doesn't instantly make them hate you. Look at Ventium.

And I think the Kallabs are much less aggressive about spreading theirs, and Kals probably wouldn't turn into terrorists/spies like Ajdars do.
@Alfhedil

Seeing as Eisenkreis is far away and probably has yet to interact with Tin, I think it's fitting that we start with no agreement. As this goes on and Tin looks for a foothold in that continent (and more allies) perhaps they will try to establish trade.

Granted our best buddies KalMea hate you, but if they managed to put up with a nation like Tin that invaded them in the past and is insane, they could probably warm up to you.
@Mihndar

To female leaders, I have this to say:

@Murtox

Well you already hate Tin because they're imperialist, plus you are with Yllendthyr. So Tin would love to steal your business, though whether Eisenkreis would even want to jump into this bucket of worms is another question.
@Alfhedil

You mention that for all their hatred of outsiders, they are looking for someone to import oil from. Guess who already is in the business by selling oil to KalMea and Ventium, and who would probably really want a friend over on that continent?
@Willy Vereb

The most recent armed conflict involving tanks and such absolutely decimating traditional armies would probably be Tin's occupation of the Zanjir. As will be elaborated in the IC, the natives resisted the (supposedly) friendly missionaries and colonists, and stole some civilian-class firearms. The Sultan then proceeded to send in tanks and soldiers equipped with flamethrowers and military-grade weaponry, so it was an absolute massacre. That would have been a few years ago, currently Tin has only fully gained control of a few large islands and there are several more that they claim but have yet to actually subjugate and colonize.

Keep in mind that Tin is trying to keep as much information about this as possible from reaching the ears of foreign countries, both because they don't want others to realize how many resources the islands have and rush to colonize, and because Tin has been doing some pretty egregious violations of human rights. Of course, since Yllendthyr seems to be interested in the islands as well, it's reasonable to say that they somehow found out about these events.
@Hael

Your history is great, but unfortunately Tin has a copyright on burning people. Expect a lawsuit. :P

What's your idea that the Temple Guard gave you?
Rather than finish my important people section and write about Babur and Tolon Bey, I chose to began the military section since I figured it's just a wee bit, y'know, important.

I wrote about the Temple Guard, which are Tin's holy warriors and elite soldiers.
