Bio

Back when dinosaurs ruled the Earth, I got started with writing online on the Spore forums. Man, those were the days. We're talking like 12 years ago 2010-ish!

I've been here on and off for almost as long, and have GM'd a bunch of different things to varying success.

Word of my splendor:

Most Recent Posts

<Snipped quote by hivekiller>My browser warns me if I want to close a window with more than one tab opened.
And since I have at least 10 tabs active in general it means such mistakes never happened to me.
On the other hand I did lose my post on RPGuilds due to connection issues before so nowadays I copy my whole writing on clipboard via CTRL+c before clicking on the damn post button.
Also sometimes I accidentally close tabs and lose my post that way.

You...monster. Having more than about four or five tabs open at once drives me insane; it's one of the biggest and most irrational pet peeves that I have. A close second to that pet peeve is open doors. Doors exist to separate rooms and to do that they must be closed. When I see an open door, I want to close it.
In near-equally bad news, I've hit writers block hard. Like at 50 mph. I spent like ten minutes beginning a post then just realized that it was crap and deleted it all.

I'll try to push through and post something today, though.
*cringes*

I don't like writing any of my posts on RPGuild. I write them in a separate program and then just copy and paste them over because I've lost like 5 posts to stupid stuff like my internet connection deciding to fail at the last moment

It would be acceptable to have an embassy for both Kzechverin and Eisenkreis itself in your nation if you felt it necessary. Vice-versa as well.

Okay, sounds good!

To everybody that's making ambassadors for Tin, you could write descriptions of them in your important characters section of the sheets now if you like. Or just introduce them IC.

I personally will be doing the latter and introducing them later as needed, because I currently have a lot going on with finishing the sheet and all the stuff that needs responding right now.
Halfway done with the dialogue.
I have fun with the imagery that how many hours it takes the Prime Minister and the Emperor to converse what equals only several or so sentences in our language.

I reserve imagery almost exclusively to describing mundane things, like how warm the air feels or how exotic the strange Tinite man looks. Just to paint a pretty picture, force the readers to tread through tons of flowery descriptions, and make me feel like I'm somehow compensating for my poor skill at writing dialogue.
I'm thinking of having the PRK propose a United Nations sort of organization after this great war we're about to have to facilitate diplomacy.

I'd rather have a more neutral nation do this, because the fact that the PRK proposes/hosts it would probably make Tin and KalMea (maybe even others that dislike Communism) stay the hell away from this UN organization.
Similarly letters will probably be the preferred way to get in touch with the Tinites. Their tradition dictates that they bring a large amount of their retainers with them on official business (like to the coronation of Babur, if you noticed) so the ones of any importance to other nations probably have an army for an entourage.

Unless you're willing to house and feed anywhere from 500 to 100,000 soldiers, inviting a Tinite official of some sort over for a talk isn't a good idea.
@Willy Vereb

In the case of my ambassadors to you they will go to to great lengths to exert effort and show what Tin wants to show

With others it's just a person to go to to send letters, ask questions, etc.

I'm not opposed to our leaders personally talking to one another but realisticaly that doesn't happen the manority of the time.

Hell to the no, imperialist scum!

Tin built whipping posts and gallows in the capital as an embassy just for you Commies! We eagerly await the arrival of your ambassadors

I must control them personally, to ensure they represent KalMea correctly :D

But seriously, I would prefer to have the final say over what they say and do

Understandable and honestly preferable for me as well. This way I can just post IC and let your ambassador reply rather than send a bunch of PMs to figure out what I should make the guy say in my own post.
