Back when dinosaurs ruled the Earth, I got started with writing online on the Spore forums. Man, those were the days. We're talking like 12 years ago 2010-ish!

I've been here on and off for almost as long, and have GM'd a bunch of different things to varying success.

Oh, and if you do choose to have an embassy in Tin, do you want to control the ambassadors personally or should I?
<Snipped quote by Cyclone>I can't see why not.
When it isn't about elven nobles being obsessed to show off how great they are, the leadership is pretty down to earth and reasonable.
Granted, I don't think anyone but a select few people can enter the Imperial Castle.
I have doubts even the leaders of other nations are allowed.
And seriously, that thing has to be part of our version on the Seven Wonders in the World.

@Hael

Well a Tinite ambassador might not have to be in your palace. They could have their own embassy building somewhere else in the capital.

I'm going to send you a PM saying why you should have a Tinite embassy
@Willy Vereb

Speaking of snooty scumbags elves, can I have an embassy for Yllendthyr in my nation? This question goes to everyone actually, since having an ambassador to talk to would greatly change how Tin might do or react to things.

That's ominous...

I don't like it!

Don't be. He's just going to give the KalSol an offer he can't refuse.

Hmm, well I think I've figured out what little Sultan Babur (Brother-through-the-eye-stabber) Genghis Khagan will do.
Are they really that numerous? From your sheet I had the impression that the Temple of Kal's Passion was tiny and hated, like the Westboro Baptist Church. Maybe a few hundred or couple thousand members, but not big enough to be a national threat.

How big/powerful are they?
Babur isn't a crazy burn-them-all zealot, he's at least somewhat reasonable. He also values KalMea's trade and military support greatly. That being said, doing nothing undermines the Ajdar Faith, and by extension undermines Tin's respect and his respect as Sultan.

If Tin had its way KalMea would simply execute/arrest all the extremists, starting with their leader.

Babur might be urged by advisors and nobles to demand that KalMea does this (or maybe even to tell the Ajdar in KalMea to rise up everywhere and kill the Kal's Passion people) but he won't do it. Instead he'll just clench his fists.
@Hael

C'est très bien!

Of course the Temple over in Tin will be going apeshit over this. I still need to figure out how in the name of the sacred Dragon the Sultan will respond to this...

@Mihndar

Will you introduce Nahku? I recall you saying there's a good chance that you might, so I've held back on a second post while I wait for yours. But if that isn't going to happen yet I'll just post something else about Babur and also have Tin respond to the Zanjir stuff.

@Raijinslayer

I really liked Ubileel. Sharing his thoughts and alcoholism problems (Babur would have a few words to say and a knife to go through the eye) really showed his personality, and his comments on the Navari showed a lot about your government.

S'alright, take yer time. It's just a bit unnerving that there are no arguments yet.
