Personal Style: Emilia is a lovely mixed ethnic girl with midnight black hair, touched with brown, and often in wavy tendrils, it usually drapes over her shoulders where she rarely ties up prefering to have her hair flow free. She's has brillant amber brown eyes and soft olive skin complexion. She can often be seen in dark coloured clothing, mostly black and leathers, which typically that makes her skin seemed to have an slight unnatural glow. Emilia has an impressive athletic body from where she works out. She stands at 5'5¾" and weighs 120 lbs. She is toned to the point of being lightly muscled but has some curves.

Personality: No one expects Emilia to be a book worm but it is true, she spends quite a bit of her time reading, and not just books, people as well. She is observed and patient, but also can be feisty and short tempered; but this has taught her to know a liar when she sees and hears one. Emilia can be a warm and friendly woman while at the same time, holds a fierce determination and incredible protectiveness about those she cares about, even if it may take her time to bond with a team. Mila will go to bat for you in an instant, and loyal to anyone she deems a friend. Even if they make a mistake, granted, she may chew them out for it.

Adventurous and Proud; Emilia is proud of her heritage and wears it on her sleeves. She always wanted more for her life growing up and was more than thrilled when she learned of her parents being agents of S.H.I.E.L.D but also was concerned with this new knowledge. Emilia also has strong morals and is unprejudiced, she has been shown to be exceptionally strong-willed and stubborn. When she's angry, or protecting her team mates however, Emilia has no qualms with starting a fight and or ending one.

Ever since joining the academy of operations, Emilia has embraced the life of S.H.I.E.L.D and while respectful of the rules, she is unafraid to break them if needed. Plus, Emilia couldn't care less about material things, like fashion, celebrities and posting her every move on some social network. No; she spends most her time training and learning what she can do to protect those she cares about.

Habits: Mila has a habit of pursing her lips often, especially when annoyed or having just proved a point, she may also bite her lower lip at times when nervous. Emilia has the habit of twirling one or sometimes both of her staves to help her think.

History

Why did you want to become an Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.?: Her parents was one of the main reason for joining S.H.I.E.L.D; Emilia wanted to become part of what she feels is the family tradition of help protecting those that needed it and getting the bad guys, this made Emilia push herself harder in the academy not wanting people to think she got in simply because of her family history with S.H.I.E.L.D. and her mothers recommendation, Another big factor for her was wanting to do make something more for her life, to be part of something bigger than herself and travelling the world is a nice bonus.

General History: Emilia was originally born in Derry, Northern Ireland and is the only sibling of the family, her father however is American. At the age of four the family decided to move over to America settled in New Hampshire where even at this young age Emilia hardly ever saw her parents as much as she would have liked often being looked after ‘close friends’ of her parents. She grew up under the watchful eyes of these babysitters where she took a 'tough girl' persona as she was getting older as a defensive tool to keep strangers and bullies at a safe distance, Life was anything but normal for the most part as Mila was often getting in trouble causing arguments within the house which was compounded by the fact her parents were hardly home because of their work, she was enrolled into the girl scouts for a short while. In her teenage years however, her mother had come home after being medically discharged from her work after an injury and had to deal with a traumatic experience when she was told her father had classed as missing presumed dead.

For a while the rest of Emilia's teenage years were plagued with troubles, although her mother was now fully back into her life, it was a struggling adjustment as Emilia was always getting into trouble several times until she was eventually arrested. It was at this moment that gave her a wakeup call and actually take more time with her mother. Emilia didn't get into trouble and kept her nose clean as she wanted to make something of her life, while her mother started to explain things about her work… well not the classified bits anyway, how she worked for a global organisation that was working to keep the world safe. It was her mother that kept her safe even if she couldn’t work herself anymore, her mother tried to channel her daughter's new found aggression and doing what she could to help Emilia with her studies and keeping up with her very active daughter. Emilia around that time had a scare when she was almost diagnosed with diabetes from the doctors, Fortunately she was lucky and it was only a scare but it didn’t really change her eating habits but kept up her rather active lifestyle.

Soon after Emilia decided she wanted answers from her mother, she was on a mission and had a fury about her every time she thought of him, her father, she wanted to know what really happened to him, unfortunately her mother really didn’t know, or was not telling her for one being classified and two, for her own daughter’s safety. It was around this time when S.H.I.E.L.D. was made known to Emilia by her mother, who put in a good word and recommendation for her to join the organisation, although not sure at first, Emilia was thrilled with the idea in following her parent’s footsteps and what more could one to make something of her life than joining S.H.I.E.L.D. to protect the world. It didn’t take long for Emilia to accept and join in at the academy of Operations at 17, working and training hard to try and prove herself ready to someday be a field agent herself, and maybe one day find out what happened to her father.

Aaliyah waited for what felt like eternity for some kind of reaction from the guy, although it was really only a few moments that had passed them by, he didn’t look like he was phased by how she reacted to him or the threat to get the police onto him if he continued to harass her. If anything though and to her surprise, Trevor simply remained calm and professional to the point of calling her miss Cruz, she never told him her name or anything about herself which was what sent alarm bells ringing once more, how the hell did he know her?

Either Aaliyah seemed to tense up a little when he got up and leaving, not before placing his card on the table. Aaliyah just stood there for a few good moments just waiting, not sure he was just waiting for her to move and then come back in, but he didn’t and eventually Aaliyah sat down on a nearby seat at the table where he put his card. Her head was in her hands staring at it for a few moments, she just wanted the day to be over, hell it was tempting to just break down in tears but she managed to refrain from doing so.

That is what she did for like a good ten minutes before picking up the card and placing it in her bag, whatever the reasons, it could be useful information… even if she didn’t know what to do with it right now. Straightening herself out, Aaliyah eventually left her work place, she was paranoid enough to keep looking around, she hoped that guy was not around before she got to her car and began making her way home.

Miranda barely made it through the door before the PI had made his way out of the front door of the house, luckily she sidestepped him quick enough as he went pass not to get knocked over on her ass as the guy headed straight over to Finley and began speaking her and showing the injury on his leg, so the house was unstable and dangerous… Great, now what were they supposed to do? She wanted to go in for Riley, but what if one fell through a floorboard or something?

It looked as though Heather was not sure on going in and even the horse riding Declan was heading into the basement with Oli and Fin, which just left Miri going in by herself or hoping Robin or Heather would join her in the house, but she would never force them or think bad of them deciding not to, even she was having second thoughts. Robin speaking up on taking the house kind of helped ease the second thoughts however and gave her a second wind in deciding to chance it in the house.

Despite the PI’s warning of the house everyone seemed to thank him and go on, almost felt like as if the warning was being ignored, Miranda wanted to thank him, hell even offer to drive him to the clinic herself as she felt bad just letting the injured guy go on in his own car and drive off, he was only trying to help, maybe she’ll thank him at a later time if she got the chance and apologize for not getting the chance to offer help before he took off. But that trail of thought was gone when Olivia had made her way over to Miri and gave the blonde a hug, one that really felt like it took longer than it did but Miri returned the smile. “I know; you be careful down there okay.”

With that in mind Miranda watched the others head of towards the basement before turning her attention back to the front of the house, this was probably a bad idea, even stupid… but if it gave a chance to find Riley it was worth it, she just hoped none of them would get hurt. ‘Okay Miri you can do this’ She thought aloud in her mind as she took a deep breath and made her way through the door, thankfully and what also put a smile on her face was the fact that Heather decided to join herself and Robin to check out the inside of the house, Miranda gently rested a hand on Heathers shoulder. “It’s okay, I’ll take the lead, you mind if I borrow that?” Miri softly smiled as she motioned at the flashlight.

Aaliyah still kept her distance from him when he walked into the room further and took a seat, it left her the perfect opportunity to leave while she could but then would he simply still follow her if she still didn’t hear him out? Alas she watched him carefully as he apologized and then went on to talk to her, well more like question her about the very things she had been experiencing and it made her thoughts race for a moment, how could he know so well?

However, it only took a few moments before she snorted in her attempt to refrain from laughing, looking a bit bemused at the man, Aaliyah covered her mouth a little as she could help but smile and cleared her throat and moved her hand away before she would answer him. "What do you mean by weird dreams? everyone has weird dreams, and other than yourself I saw one of the four horseman in my bathroom last night."

She continued to look amused at him as her smile remained as she notices him pull out a card, joking aside Aaliyah managed to calm a little, still weary of the man to keep her distance. "Look, I Don't know what you’re talking about, but I am going to have to ask you to leave, you’re not supposed to be back here." She pauses watching him, taking a more serious tone. "Oh and next time you get close to me like that I'm calling the cops and suing your ass for stalking."

Miranda did manage a smile while looking at the house, Robin did come out with something amusing, or at least something to try and lighten the mood for what they were about to do, fortunately it looked like the cops were not around which was great, just had this PI to deal with. Soon enough Declan had returned with a horse which made Miri raise an eyebrow that would have made The Rock proud, did he really go of just to get a horse and arrive in some style? Would’ve been quicker using the car if in all honesty as it was very quiet having just Finely for company.

Soon Oli spoke up about going into the heart of where the murder happened, the basement, true it made sense but would they really need six people to go into a basement? Splitting up into two groups of either size was probably best, it would give them a chance to check out more of the insides quicker and maybe see if the PI had managed to find anything that could be of use, although this really wasn’t her job like him, but she wanted to do something. So Finley and Oli were going to head for the basement it seemed they were dead set on that. “Okay, I’ll head into the house and check it out, hopefully we can still find something as there is no telling how long the PI has been here.” In truth she was hoping he hadn't found anything yet. But With that, Miri sighed and took a deep breath she approached the front door cautiously before she would creep the door open to look before stepping inside.

When Aaliyah came in to grab her stuff, she gave a soft smile to the cook that was there on break and gave a friendly wave back, it was a nice distraction from everything that has been going on, probably the only normal thing left that will happen today. When the guy went back to his phone, Aaliyah began gathering up her things and grabbing her coat as the guy left as his break had finished. Unfortunately for her, the peace and quiet of being alone lasted mere seconds.

The creepy guy that had been staring at her out the front was suddenly at the staff door; how did he even get there without being noticed or stopped? It didn’t matter though as not he had blocked the door and again was sending alarm bells ringing in Aaliyah’s head. He did initially startle her with his sudden appearance as it was certainly not expected, but the woman never took her eyes of the man, she was keeping her distance while being weary of what he was doing.

The guy spoke to her, raising his arms up, as if that would make her think the guy meant no harm, looks could be deceiving, soon enough the guy introduced himself. “I don’t care who you are, you should not be back here, doesn’t help your giving of a rather creepy stalker vibe right now.” Aaliyah spoke back, of course she is a little freaked at the predicament she found herself in, Sure she could simply overpower the guy and leave but then that leaves someone knowing something they shouldn’t. “Well I don’t have much of a choice considering your blocking the doorway. So talk quick, what does an alleged geneticist want with simple waitress?” Aaliyah enquired, she was not about to tell him who she was and still kept her distance from him, still a little on edge by his presence.
