Since thankfully nobody went Hexblade, I'll tell you my favorite build:
Human (Variant) w/Sharpshooter feat
Take 3 lvls Fighter & 3 lvls Warlock
Go Arcane Archer and Hexblade
Take Improved Pact Weapon to summon a Longbow.
And absolutely demolish with sheer damage.

Might actually go for Paladin. Kinda torn between that and Monk tbh. Maybe I should just flip a coin.
I mean why be one when you can be both? Just make sure to put three levels in monk for Kensai. (Wait oH nO I'm metagaming my own game! 0 - o)

I added Sandbox as a custom tag, so I want to encourage you to not feel like something needs to fit because if we finish the module I'm gonna be opening the world up to explore.
Alright I've got a few ideas for characters. Two are rogue concepts, one elf another gnome. I'm not sure how well the gnome one would work with this game though. Lastly a potential barbarian or possibly cleric earth Genasi.

@Lurking Krog So usual point buy of 27 points, or use the Standard Array if you'd like. We start at level 2.
