@Birdboy why would she help? Well I mean he did reach for his sword which now means this is a fight to the death. I also forget I'm an orc and a fighter so second wind is a thing.
You'll have to forgive my pessimism but I have a knack for making characters that end up hated and dying or making fool's of themselves so they leave.

Maybe I should start making a new character just in case.
Oh boy I cannot wait for the dice to hate me, if I fight alone I probably die. 7 ha reminds me of when I played that dragonborn. Wonder if I'm gonna get a repeat of that, call me pessimistic :)

Of course he wouldn't hesitate to give the kid a whooping, but only if he started something, and only then to put him in his place.
