Azerus didn't sit still, remain quiet or pay full attention. He continually fidgeted around on the spot while mumbling obvious observations, usually at the expense of another Chimera's features.

He had grown up surrounded by awful prejudice and hateful racism for what he is. Yet all his hardships didn't make him any more sympathetic to others of his kind, instead only further instilling a deep seeded resentment for those like him. He had long since convinced himself that suffering was necessary and all of his kind was deserving of it. He looked down at his own type with the same condescending spite and malice that others had treated him with. He cursed monsters for their interbreeding but hated hybrids the most. They were the abominations in between that blurred the lines. But most of his resentment fell to creatures like the one before him. Those that didn't know first hand of the darkness of humans hearts. The isolation of exile or the humiliation of subjugation.

"Yea sure bud, I'll meet you in there." he lied trying to ditch the oaf. He surely didn't want to upset the guy but he hardly wanted to get stuck with him either. As Azerus entered the square room he feigned interest in the food as he searched for a particular type of people. His people, arrogant, confidant, prideful, popular, human.

Azerus picks the least damaged tray after eyeing it with a clear disdain. Slowly he makes his way around the buffet being very selective and picky with his food turning his nose up at much of it. He deliberately picks food not near Berke but his chances of avoiding the small giant grow slimmer and slimmer by the minute as he struggles to find an in with anyone else.
Arden's lower lip protruded the top as he continued to pout. As soon as the display that caught him wide eyed and intrigued was over he went back to being miserable. The trip was tiring and he hadn't slept much the night before. Even now he wasn't allowed to run and play like the adults. Sure the dance and colours were exciting but standing still and merely observing wasn't his thing.

Hiding his short moment of excitement he quickly looks down to the leaves scattered across the floor. With a grumpy kick his foot disrupts their rest. Through the torn cloth patch covering his knee Arden spots a small glistening or red peaking through, reminding him of his earlier fall. With a balled up fist he rubbed his tired eyes and continued to look down at his wound.

His reluctance to participate in the conversation or enjoy the scenery was all part of his defiance to the situation. Arden was a highly energetic child who didn't care much for being told what to do. He had had a hard time settling in and making friends. By the sight of the two girls before him it was clear that for him it was harder then some of the other kids.

The old man talked and Ashe replied, meanwhile Arden just stared at the girls from behind. Ashe's hand holding her friends and her friend holding a rare star Fruit. It was worth the scolding and the scraped knee just to be able to bring the fruit to her. One day he would know it as a Paopu Fruit. For now it was just the object of her eye and Arden felt proud for having retrieved it.
"Alright little robot, I won't shoot her."
Anya says while pouting as she let out a soft sigh and loosened her grip.
She dropped the gun to her side and started to holster it on her hip when...

'BANG!'

The powerful little pistol went off. From Anya's side it was aimed right at the mechanised AI sending a bullet straight at its blue metal head.
Anya quickly instantly removed any doubt they might have about it being deliberate as she flung her legs up and rolled acrobatically over the bar taking cover.
Who's flying the ship? Where is he staying?
Carver has been going everywhere his ship/crew goes.
He might not get out of it but he goes with it.
@rush99999
Isn't manny going on the search and rescue mission?
@Mr Rage

:D One whinging six year old brat coming up.
"Aww, C'mon babe. Don't be like that, it's the quickest way to get you out of here. You wanna go back home don't ya?"
Ignoring the pistol pointed at her own head, Anya stubbed out her cigaret on the counter with her free hand. With a flick of her wrist the invisible screen she had been monitoring earlier became visible for all to see.
A 2D image was framed by a thin line, appearing as a part of the counter surface.
"I found where she came from, it's a god damn video game.
Sure enough there was a familiar map on the tabletop, named and labeled as described by Miri.
Her gun remained pointed at its target steadily throughout the conversation. Arm outstretched and unwavering. Anya was as calm and casual as could be. Her empty hand streaked through her hair as her fingers ran across her scalp and reset any wayward strands. A devilish smirk took her lips as her eyes fell to and taunted Jhin.
"On the count of three?"
Yup :)
@Mr Rage
How many years prior is this. (What's our age?)
So, character balance related question. Do y'all think Monsters and Chimeras should be required to give up attribute points for special physical abilities, like venomous fangs or stingers? Or is that a bit too much?

I don't mind the idea.
As long as it isn't too many points, and only for big things.
