Fuck. I took this test, and "missed three". That's not actually true, because I answered question 12 correctly, but it didn't register that I answered at all. So really I missed two, and they were easy mistakes that I knew the fucking answers to but fucked up and that makes me mad.

So redoing the quiz, making the same two easy mistakes but making sure it actually counted my answer for number 12 just to get the correct percentages, I did better than 93% of U.S. citizens, the same as 4%, and less than 3%.

Hey quick question.
Well, two or three, actually.
- Is it possible to just have a constant cost instead of a cost that only triggers when the power is used?
- Is it okay to have a constant power, or rather a constant application of it, in return for a constant cost?

Like... Could a character constantly generate an electrical field but always have the muscles in their arm tear at the slightest pressure, for example.
