He was having spiritual conflict that needed to be resolved before he could really participate in anything. Out of respect for privacy, I won't say anything that isn't public information or that he wouldn't tell you himself (not that there's really much of that), but he had to get both physical and spiritual priorities in order before he could advance in life at all. So he cut everything off and began again, starting from scratch. Now he's to the point where this is acceptable.

Well, it was my birthday, so I asked for wisdom concerning what comes next. I was reading through Psalms and Proverbs 28, and I came upon a couple of places that talked about getting God's actual word. I was reminded of the vision I received, which I knew for sure was from God, about staying with both the wheat and the tares together, and I was reminded of when I actually gave you guys up, which was an uncertain and confusing time. That vision was the direct impression of God, and the only relevant thing I've gotten since I gave you guys up that I knew for sure was from God, and so I took it as confirmation. So what I really want in pokemon go is the addition of the villain teams as playable teams.
Like, you can join the villain teams from any generation, and if you do it totally changes the game for you.
The pure criminal teams, Rocket, Galactic, and Flare get you kicked out of your good team from level 5, but the others only get you kicked out if you do bad shit.
Like, imagine that.
- Rocket. Can't send poke to Willow anymore because you're a criminal, but you can send pokes to the higher ups to get promotion points. They have to meet certain requirements like min cp and evolution form, which gets harder as you get promoted. But then if you're higher promotion level, you might get pokemon from lower level members and if they meet your requirements too, you can just send it up. Just like how field leaders get the credit for what the grunts do in the canon. Or any poke that you can't send up and don't want you can sell to breeding farms for candy of the poke you send with the number based on the poke's ivs, or you can send them to illegal fighting pits where they give you pokecoins based on their cp. And so the main way you get candy as a Rocket is by fighting and "stealing" candy. Like whenever you beat a trainer in the battle system once it's implemented or whenever you beat a wild pokemon if wild fights get added or when you beat a poke guarding a gym then you get three candy of that poke as if you caught it.
- Magma and Aqua don't auto kick you out of your base team but if you do the criminal options, like sending the illegal pits or something, then you'll get kicked out. And based on the progress of and actions of Magma and Aqua pokemon spawning around the world would change because they're altering the climate and stuff.
- Galactic can't send to Willow anymore but can send to illegal pits for more than other teams can, and their missions involve getting a lot of a specific pokemon instead of strong ones, and their actions allow new legendary poke events to happen at new places and times when they wouldn't otherwise, because they're messing with time and space.
- Plasma doesn't get you kicked out unless you try something illegal, and you can do shit related to pokemon freedom or some shit idk.
- Flare is all about selling pokemon for coins instead of candy.
- Snag'm lets you create shadow pokemon to boost their stats but other members can steal the shadow pokemon from you.
