Hey, you know what's annoying? Being self-centered. Getting mad at people for doing something instead of something else when they're just having fun sucks. Gotta love self-loathing, too.

No clue. Want me to ask?

Yes. -_-
Makoto simply waved away Penny's question. "Hi, Penny. Cool new limbs, do they feel okay? Don't worry about why I know your name, it's just a habit of mine to learn it before I say 'hello.' Anyway, you should really focus more on those." she said as she pointed off towards the coming monsters. "Your railgun thing would be really useful right about now. I can be your spotter if you need.
Makoto smiled inwardly, this was perfect. She'd just come back from a small fight with Penny in a sidelong timeline, learning about her abilities in the process. That electromagnetic canon of hers had hurt quite a bit, so she was sure it would be a nice introduction for those creatures before they got in proper range. Makoto's tail was hidden behind her as she accelerated the healing of the last of her wounds, and she made a mental note to not fight any of the girls around on such an empty stomach again, with how close Penny had been to beating her before she could return. Especially the one who noticed that other time user. It was too obvious that a normal magi couldn't see her, it would take a Dark or Monster Girl to do it. But as long as she didn't slip up, there shouldn't be any problems while she was here.

Makoto sped herself up and followed the Earth Bastion through the portal. She carefully managed the speed of her senses to fully take in the experience of the shift. It was rare that she managed to get to the Overcity, after all. In the process she found herself fully aware of a ripple of time magic very closely nearby. It felt similar to what she felt from her hotel, but different than anything she was used to. Deciding to keep an eye open for it, she finally returned herself to normal as the Bastion landed.
"It's beautiful..." she felt herself gasp, words escaping her as she looked around the area, her Awareness and True Sight allowing her to see perfectly fine despite the darkness. She felt the ripple of time being altered almost immediately upon arrival and carefully followed the source with her gaze. She seemed to be a black haired girl in a dark outfit. Makoto briefly wondered if that was cause to believe that the girl was a Dark Magical Girl or a Monster Girl before deciding it didn't matter. She'd keep the girl on the edge of her consciousness as she went, but otherwise decided to completed ignore her unless necessary.
With a large jump she landed on the deck of the Earth Bastion and took a seat on the railing to wait for her new entertaining "friends" to arrive.

There's not. I don't deny that I tried that when that was a problem, but gave up long before we got to this point. Besides, pointing fingers (to anyone) isn't really the best solution right now, given the current situation.

I'm pointing at literally everyone because nobody has been online lately.

That's still a problem fixed by posting more. What's gone on is that the environment has changed; in any collaborative environment, it's easy to pick up the slack for a single individual, but once that culture becomes more widespread (i.e. I can afford/it isn't important for me to put in today), it ends up putting the weight onto others who still have the initial drive and push. But over time, even they get worn down. The solution is to fix that culture and environment, and everyone push each other to keep up with the project, assuming everyone still likes to be with each other.

Maybe if everyone actually got online and there wasn't this stigma against only being in the ooc...
Where is everyone? WE're seriously dying all the sudden and it's sooner than expected.
