@Firecracker_ Having taken psychology courses for my safety and security program, I have to say it is a lot of fun once you get past the initial 'here are 300 theories that are already disproven but still important for your grade'. That said basically.. anything goes in psychology. Sure there are some limits, but there are a lot of theories (especially when you delve into criminology and crime related psychology) and a lot of them overlap and counter eachother.

So basically any 'slip up' you make can be related to your character just having a different theory than a real psychologist.

Of course.. that has it's limits.

@Sep As for what I want, well, interaction is the life blood of an RP. I'll be fine with anything as long as there is interaction. Also you need to give me a chance to have my character be brave and sacrificial. Death is always a good plot tool. :)

@Buddha Indeed, I liked the giant hologram and the command stations all looking in that direction. While I am using art, I don't like taking stuff from games/movies if I can avoid it. Just ruins the immersion a bit, at least for me.

I think I prefer Orange's rendition, anyway. It wouldn't ruin the immersion for me but that's just because I know finding good pictures for a RP is fucking annoying and difficult. Like, shit, how hard is it to find a picture of a normal ole' house? Well, very difficult apparently.

@asanono I'm a 6'1 'blonde' (my hair gets progressively darker) guy that looks as Northern-European as we can get. Yeah, I'm very Dutch.

Another interesting word in the Dutch vocabulary is 'rioolwaterzuiveringsinstallatiemechanicamonteursbedrijfsadviseur'. Have fun with that one.

The one you found is from Xcom, a game about fighting aliens and renaming characters to your friends name so you can have your friends die horrendous death.

Truly an amazing game, but perhaps not suited for a spaceship RP.
