I do however have to say that since you said in his bio he has done things that would put an adult in jail that means he would almost definitely be in Juvee. A child/teen won't get away with things just because they can't go to jail.

The penalties aren't as harsh though, and counseling is a more common result of poor behavior in a child. Besides, circumstance, circumstance. I'm not going to needlessly expand his history because of off-handed criticisms.

Oh! That's surprising! I'm actually used to people questioning me about my over-the-top characters so I tend to get a little snippy when that happens, but I'm glad you like how Larry does his thing. I'm imagining this picturesque Disney Channel style sitcom, everyone's happy, everyone's flirty...

And then the bully suddenly gets up to go attack someone's parents with a shovel. Now THAT'S comedy.

Corll chuckled and stood up. He flexed his arms out, elbow joints popping. He leaned directly over Allison, looming behind all three girls like how an eagle hovers over its nest.

"Fine then, but I'm not gonna screw your mom. I'm gonna beat her ass up with a shovel. See you during visiting hours at the hospital. I'm going to your house right fucking now."

Incredibly, Corll actually began carrying through with his threat, which under normal circumstances would have been scarcely credible. He left the bleachers and began striding purposefully away, bad intent in his eyes.

And of course, exactly because Allison had been hoping for nobody to notice her, the worst guy in school totally did. She'd be able to sense someone taking a seat directly behind her. Hot, foul breath steamed past her left ear as Corll whispered to her, his tone mocking, voice ragged and crackling from tobacco abuse.

"I bet you like school, bitch... Well, I like your mom. I know where she lives."

I fixed the problems with my character.

FISTFUL OF STEEL (Mr. Rakkan Vs. First-Degree Donny)

Donny hadn't attacked Rakkan because he disliked supernatural beings. Donny wasn't a racist. He merely removed potential threats and did his job as best he could. He was an equal opportunity asshole. As soon as the gun left his hand, he had reached for another weapon as he ran. A switchblade flickered into his right hand, which in turn for the briefest of moments passed over the watch on his left wrist. Were Rakkan to have a keen enough eye, he'd see a strange black ring that had appeared on Donny's right thumb. These movements were as slick as oil, performed with well-practiced ease. At the peak of his head start, Donny lunged to the side and groped at the silky black hair of a fleeing woman on his left. She was young, tall but clumsy in her high heels. In a trice he'd have swung her around in front of himself as he skidded to a twisting stop, his right hand passing over her head. A faint glint in the air. Tiny beads of blood appearing on her neck. The switchblade would be aimed at her right carotid artery, and the razor wire hidden in his watch barely pressing against her windpipe. He could kill her in an instant. Even if Rakkan was forced to reign himself in right up against the woman, he'd not be likely to stop Donny from slicing her throat if he so chose.

Donny wasn't a racist. he had no preconceived notions about all strange creatures being ruthless. He had observed how Rakkan had been willing to help find a lost object for a stranger, how the alien had spoken in a dignified and educated manner. The freak was civilized, and if it was civilized, it probably valued the life of others. How much? It was time to find out.

"Stop yuhsahlf right they-uh friend, make a move closah an' she dead as uh Tallahassee whore. Naow back away slowly, abaowt several paces..."

If Rakkan obeyed and backed a fair distance away, then Donny would suddenly shove the woman towards him before turning full around to run again, this time with a potentially better start than before. The wire would still be around the young lady's neck. If Rakkan allowed her to stumble or fall in order to run down Donny, she'd certainly die. He'd have to choose to either catch his opponent, or save a life. Maybe both, if Rakkan was particularly quick and clever in how he went about his business.

Considering Rakkan reacted to getting shot with shrieks rather than falling over, in addition to Donny having previously experienced facing a speedy supernatural opponent that could survive not only a bullet to the chest, but a grenade detonating at point blank range (his match with Gweyr here: http://www.roleplayerguild.com/topics/93671-pistol-grip-pump-gweyr-vs-donny/ic), he probably has more of an inclination to quickly assess the situation than Rakkan does. Rakkan wasn't at all expecting to be shot, whilst Donny being the savvy tactician that he is had already planned ahead. He performs his turning shot to not only conceal his weapon, but allow himself to already be in a position to flee the scene of a crime or in this case, an enemy that won't go down easily.

But, Donny is only /trying/ to lunge away, making an attempt. Let's say in this scenario that he's not quite fast enough to do so. I mean, Xenomorphs are fast as shit.

How about Donny doesn't have time to escape Rakkan's reach but manages to shoot the arm that is grabbing at his throat before the gun gets snatched away? Donny loses his best weapon and the element of surprise, and Rakkan loses the use of his right hand.

I just now edited my last post to accommodate for that possibility.
