Yeah, that's always been the big question, eh? I think you'd have to downplay the Nova Corps a la Guardians of the Galaxy. Make them a regional, largely-unpowered peacekeeping force. Let the Lanterns be the big and flashy ones. Like the NYPD vs. the FBI almost. But with energy blasts.
Richard Rider as a Lantern seems a fun, if obvious, choice. For that matter, Sam Alexander presents an interesting twist. "Wait, the new Lantern of Sector 2814 is a human... child?!" Sinestro'd be pissed.
Hal was better as a villain, and the Parallax copout was cheap. #truth2018

If I hadn't gone for Cap, I was going to give Carol Danvers GL another shot. I see the combining of the two universes as a golden opportunity to explore which Marvel characters might've donned a ring.

Could be worse. You could be @Eddie Brock, who's CS isn't up for review until 2 in the goddamn morning where I live. (Thanks, Eddie! )

Look, I can't help that the SHIELD servers only have a tiny window of vulnerability once a night. If I could've gotten the file out at any other time, I would have.
Well, stretch that shoulder and you won't have a problem!

Y'know, as bad as the Clone Saga and the Symbiote infatuation were, I'll still take 90s Spidey over modern Spidey. At least back then, he wasn't just a face in a crowd of knockoff webslingers who are all written to be better than him, crashing on Mockingbird's couch because Slott and Bendis decided Mary Jane was better served standing around in the background of Iron Man's book waiting for her turn to pat Riri Williams on the head and tell her how special she is, and being a dopey punching bag for Deadpool.

It's a tossup for sure. It really comes down to whether you prefer your gaslighting to happen in-universe ("No, Peter, you and MJ were never married. In fact, you guys can't even stand each other!") or out ("Sorry, the Spider-Man you thought you were following was just a clone.").

My pile of 90s Spider-Man comics says otherwise.

Your defense is bringing up the worst era of Spider-Man -- nay, any -- comics? :P
Am I the only Spider-Man fanatic that doesn't sing the praises of The Spectacular Spider-Man cartoon? I swear I've had this conversation 500 times.

Well, that's a bit of a logical fallacy, right? I mean, one can't be a Spider-Man fanatic and deny SSM's greatness, so...
You get to live another day, @Lord Wraith.

When it comes to Spidey, big fan of this one.

I swear to God, if I open this link and it's not Spectacular Spider-Man...
