Name: Vert
Gem: Verdelite
Appearance: Short at 5' tall. Has very pale green skin, long, shaggy, green-and-yellow-green streaked hair, and very dark, deep green eyes. Wears a dark green cloak with what looks like yellow-green lightning bolts along the bottom edge. Wears a light green tunic and leggings under the cloak.
Gem Placement: Underside of her left wrist
Gem Item: Large goggles, such as welding or flight goggles
Power: Electric Slide- Vert can transform into a surge of electricity to move rapidly and to attack her adversaries. Incredibly powerful, but also incredibly hard to control.
Other: Vert's feet never touch the ground while she's awake. She's always floating, somehow, though she can't achieve true flight yet- only hover about an inch or two off the ground.

In other words, good luck trying to catch a lightning bolt.

@Vocab Unless you're willing to have Charoite follow her around ALL THE TIME, there's a fundamental flaw in this plan. Especially since Vert's kinda hard to follow when she really gets moving.

Also, she might notice how weird she feels whenever that purple-y Gem comes around...
