Can you tell me whether the blood and flesh of the dead things feel warm or not? You know, cause Allereun's gotta do his medieval autopsy.

His pulse finally came back to normal, and Allereun could see those beasts as what they were: stacks of meat. Slowly, he got out of the hole in the wall, and brought out the torch with him as he walked up towards them. They were piled up in the doorway, almost blocking the way out, but the apothecary steeled his senses and stepped on them, jumping out into the brightening night. The battle outside, it seemed, had similarly been settled. No injuries on anyone, so that was good. It appeared that there was no betrayal from that female stranger as well, and that, of all the things they were concerned about, it was cleaning their weapons.

Well, it wouldn't do to be in a state of constant alertness, would it?

Focusing on the corpses, Allereun stepped up towards one of them and placed one hand onto its wounds. Was it cold? Was it warm? It didn't seem like its blood was 'fresh', and there were still so many oddities present there. Well, whatever.

“There was a sixth monster,” Allereun told Lyrisa, “So I don't believe your mission is quite complete, but this is a good catch, nonetheless. Good fighting, everyone. And Fiore, just wipe the blood off onto your shirt, if you're worried about the state of your blade.”

It was a joke, probably, but Allereun had his dead-pan expression on once more, as he continued, “And can someone help me roll this corpse so it's facing upwards? I would like to slice it up while I can, seeing how we'd be unable to simply bring one of these dead bodies back with us.”

Name: Chrysanthemum 'Chrys' Daze
Age: 16

History

Unlike her sister-in-law, Chrysanthemum Daze didn't have anywhere close to as colorful as a childhood as June. As a matter of fact, the majority of her life had been eventless and normal. Her mother worked overseas as some sort of 'investigator', while her father was in pharmacy. Taken care of by her rather virile, adventurous grandfather and her godly handsome older brother, she was surrounded by strong masculine figures for the first five years of her life. The Daze family lived in what could only be considered a countryside resort, despite how much time her grandpa spends in the massive garden, and she was surrounded by nature and animals as a child.

Back then, her hair was a regular dark brown, and she liked to keep it short, because summers were freakishly hot back then. In elementary school, she, like other girls her age, avoided boys and kept to their own circles. Not because she thought what they were doing was odd or stupid, but because all the guys that she knew of in her family were just oh-so-much better than them, that interacting with boys was just a waste of time.

Despite all that though, she still had the bearings of a tomboy, and regularly enjoyed dominating in PE classes. And when her first, early growth spurt hit, she towered over pretty much everyone else in her class, becoming a beanpole of a girl during the last year at school. That year was the year of Chrys, who brought the girl's basketball team to the nationals. Not that anyone cared, seeing how it was only elementary school.

It was only when she was 13 that her older brother, who had gone off to live by himself during her elementary years, finally revealed that he had gotten married... six years past. Needless to say, Chrys felt like she had just discovered the 'other woman' in her brother's life, and the first few meetings with his lovely wife was...awkward.

June and Chrys slowly warmed up to each other though, mainly because her father-in-law gave her the most badass looking imitation sword ever during her 14th birthday.

And like that, even though June was busy with her teaching job and her brother was busy with his doctoring job, it was a fine old middle school life for Chrys.

Then, when she was 16, she woke up one morning and found that her hair and eyes had become a sparkling white, shimmering in all the colors of the rainbow. Like diamonds.

According to her grandfather, it was a magical 'utility' curse thing that revealed the elemental aptitude of all the females in the Daze family, provided that they were magical. Then, bringing out some stuffy witch hat from a few Halloweens past, he had placed it on her head and said that she'd be a witch now.

The next morning, she got mail from some witch school, and was promptly carted off by her father-in-law, who also revealed that he was a Satan-worshipping loan-shark-gang-leader-warlock.

And the next, next morning, she found herself in Grey Haven, and was greeted by her sister-in-law, who said that she was also a witch. And worked there. As an enforcer.

Needless to say, things got awkward again.

Personality: Chrys is a manly tomboy who prefers to keep things simple. She's a positive, optimistic person, if not a bit self-centered at times. She enjoys winning by herself, and it could be said that, in school and in sports, Chrys would not be satisfied unless she's carrying more than her own weight. A dependable person, her wish to help people could be seen as nosy and self-gratifying, but generally, people don't voice their opinion regarding that. After that one incident where her father-in-law drove her to school, no one wanted to offend her.

Base Magic Element: Air, but is more talented in Light.

Because Riley didn't interact with any other females, only males who don't understand the intricacies of a woman's expressions.

Also because of female intuition, probs. But she's just assuming that he's homo for Escellar, not that she's a female in a dude's body.
