Quick question. In the fantasy world, how common are people of higher levels? Are there natives with lvl 120? Or is something like lvl 80 the top of the top?
Everyone thinks that 1 post a week is a reasonable thing to ask of RPers.

Then it's one hour before the deadline and no one has posted.

And it's tentative cause it depends on who else expresses interest and what characters are madeeee.
Expressing interest tentatively. Probably gonna make a speedy spear gal.
I'm still in the RP, yeah.
What language do we even speak in New Heights? Do students need to pass a language proficiency test before they get admitted?
Being quirkless isn't a visible thing though, is it? Especially when laws in society forbid the usage of quirks in everyday, public life.

I'd hesitate to make broad statements about the treatment of mutants and people with 'evil' quirks in society, when all we have as a sample size are people who just had to deal with shitty kids their own age.
Naw, Mutants are different in that they're just born to be freaks of nature. Ojiro always had his tail, Koda always had his rock-ish face, Tokoyami always had his Dark Shadow. That's why Aizawa's Erasure can't erase the fact that people have too many arms and such; it's just a part of their body.

Essentially, mutant traits are passed down genetically and such, so things get pretty weird. I'm guessing that any additional abilities will properly manifest at the toddler age, so it's like... tokoyami is born with the bird head, but at the age of 4, he gains Dark Shadow as his 'real' Quirk.
Unless Fly Guy's Quirk is more of an active transformation rather than a mutation, he would always have been born like a Fly Guy, rather than suddenly sprouting all that weird shit when he was a toddler. At least, that's my understanding of Mutant Quirks.

Also Lyra is weak af. At the very least, she more or less deserves to be where she is.
Imagine if the Bot Ten was half composed of true fliers, and Hiroki's relegated as the sad dude who can only fake fly.
Also, would imagine that you just toss a flash bomb at Dietrich, discombobulate him, then kick him in the groin while his Quirk is down. Increased durability not extending to one's senses and all.
