The Red Hoods: Initiates

I do like the idea of having individual players going into the game without much knowledge of the other characters being played. Lends a bit of authenticity to the greeting and bonding element of things.

I agree though that it becomes harder for the GM to judge a CS... unless he or she has them submit the history via PM. Writing samples help too.
