“Well, besides being stuck in Edolas for about ten years and found out that the time in Earthland only passed by only a few months in my return. I would say hectic and still is. In the past few months, I’ve been trying to track someone that used to be with a group that I was with in Edolas. The guy I was searching for, Shutler, stole some research and papers about the Meta powers that Taris created. Taris is this lady in Edolas that’s a genius who tried to creating a synthetic magic users for the magicless born Edolasians. To keep that story short, she was successful and I was one of the few that passed her tests. Oh and back then I had amnesia, so I didn’t know I had already magic. But thanks to her now I can absorb any light sources as another way to generate magic and use source of light as a way fight, become, or see with. And I’m rambling again.” Wes scratched his head for a moment as he tried to retrace his thoughts.

“Okay, to keep the story short. I was searching for Shutler for a few months, found him here in Crocus earlier today, captured him, and the Magic Council currently has him in custody. But that the Shutler that I caught was only half of him. Now I have to figure out where the other half is hiding. But finding that answer is going to take awhile.” As he finished, Wes couldn’t help but stare at Mark who now seemed to have a nice place to stay, perched on. But that hat, doesn’t seem as fitting for Angelo. Should I tell him about the hat not really suiting him? Sure it’s just my opinion. But if Angelo takes it into consideration and later decides to change the hat, then Mark probably won’t have such a nice perch to stay on. It was during that silence that Wes quickly think of something else and asked. “So now that you have a hat for Mark, where are you off to now?”

As Zarkun said, talking during a stressful moment might help relieve some stress than keeping it inside. And at least you know that there is a surface to look for than nothing. Knowing that there's something than nothing doesn't sound too negative.

I haven't actually thought about what Mayt is going to be like in the future.

But he's definitely going to end up being one of those guys that are under-confident in their abilities, but is actually fairly tough. I figure I might do a bit of occasionally having him 'unlocking' an ability while in a group, followed by a weird sudden personality shift to accompany the memories.

Okay, sounds interesting.

I've also been thinking now that it seems like most of Mayt's development is driven from something that's wasn't planned by you to happen in the RP. The Iron Engima characters' development already seem to have a plot planned out of what would or will happen to them. But for Mayt, it seems like his development is just based on whatever happens in the RP and where he's at during that time that will effect his character.

Also, I remember you mentioned this months ago. But when I first read Mayt and Sasha's quest together when the RP started. I actually started shipping them a bit and when I heard you say that he has a secret crush on her still, I was like "yes! The shipping is true. Sorry Lazarus". Although Sasha and Lazarus are already a thing together, I do like the idea that Mayt has some feelings towards Sasha.

Since Mayt hasn't been around for awhile and you're currently working on the future arc related to Iron Engima. Do you have any plans in the future for Mayt? I would think maybe, mostly because part of me is curious about the things hidden and locked away in his mind.

Okay

Well actually I've been quite sick recently, but getting better. But I'm doing Homework and it's getting to that part of the semester where I'm getting sick of it. lol sick pun.

And part of me what's to get back into learning GameMaker once this semester is over. But sometime during my free time I have been practicing a bit with drawing, specifically of the pixel art variety.

Although I'm still reading through the collab as I'm trying to catch up in the IC, I've been enjoying the battle. But after reading through the OOC today, I couldn't wait and had to see at least who won. Sorry Phoenix Wing, but I was cheering for Frenzy since the battle started lol

Wes and the rune knights eventually arrived at the stadium and found the infirmary. From there, the rune knights placed Dawn on a bed next to a girl and left to continue their next task. For some reason, Wes felt that the two look a bit similar, but there were no point in asking since both were unconscious. Although they were still unconscious, they seemed great together and were best that they got some rest with what happened to today. With that thought in mind, Wes closed the door as he left the infirmary and made his way outside into the bustling city of Crocus.

Although Wes was able to catch Shutler earlier today during the battle within the dome, his search still wasn’t finished. Shutler’s other half was still out roaming the world somewhere and Wes didn’t have any leads on where he could be hiding. While he thought about this, he found himself in marketplace and noticed someone familiar, Mark. However, the hat that the person chose to wear didn’t seem to really suit them. But who am I to judge. I’m usually wearing this poncho and bandages. Wait, is that… Angelo, Wes hasn’t seen him for years or any Phoenix Wing members in months.

It’s been months since Wes left the guild. After leaving, he wasn’t sure how most of the members felt towards him. Except for a few that spoke to him before he left, saying that they weren’t particular happy about it. During his days as a guild member, he didn’t spend much time in the guild hall or speak to most people there. Always being reclusive was his nature and he wouldn’t be surprised if old members didn’t remember him. There was Angelo, but they only went on one quest which would be months ago for Angelo. But he wanted to know how the guild was doing and if it was better without him. He looked up and called Angelo, “Hey, Angelo! It’s been awhile. Are you and the guild doing okay?”
