Current People are torn apart in the status bar ? Not me. I am heavier than iron, splitting me apart will release dangerous levels of energy.

I got money, I'll just buy the whole prison including all inmates from the state, but not before placing a bet on the financial markets that crime rate will massively increase very soon and suddenly.

Colleagues told me I'd look like a viking. I'm not sure whether that's a compliment, a warning, something derogative or all of these things.

I'd change the name from 'President' to 'Presidentist' to troll the nation. If a press conference is too noisy, I let a piece of chalk screech on an old whiteboard in front of the microphone.

Why doesn't the US government order the invasion of their own country, North America got plenty of natural resources, too! *looks at ICE and national guard activities* Oh wait, they already are...

Welcome to my profile page!

Who the hell is this person behind those many miles of fiber optics and copper cable ?

  • I'm a 34 year old guy.
  • ... who's working as a software developer
  • ... and enjoys roleplaying as a casual hobby to distract himself from ongoing stress

And into which hell will I descend with you participating in one of my roleplays?

  • I'm a fantasy addict: medieval high and low!
  • I'd consider myself to be a low casual roleplayer, 3 paragraphs per post on average.
  • My schedule varies. It might happen that I won't be able to post at all for a week, but then again it might happen that I'll reach a sweet spot inside which I can go on a posting rampage. I'd say one can expect 1-2 posts a week from me, depending on the lengths involved.
  • English is not my native language, but so far I've not encountered anyone who had had trouble with me over that :)

Want to RP with me ? Shoot me a PM, but don't shoot me!

Thanks for visiting!

:O

Noooooooo!!! We'll make sure to kill ourselves so we can all make new characters to start with you the next time

Kill our own characters ? Okay. We could let our party go back to that swamp and just put themselves down and drown.
Is this food ? Is this food ? Is this food ? Is this... How many times had the lizardman asked this simple question since he had joined the party ? An-Hasst felt resentment arise in him about the fact that it was just so difficult to predict which things would turn out to be worth counting in the future and which not. Such an ability would make life so much more enjoyable sometimes...

Before picking one of the Le'ednal berries out of the Captain's leather sack, An-Hasst responded with almost the same kind of salute. It was a quick and fluid gesture without much hesitation in it. The Skayleigh himself had not yet been in the military, but a large enough number of his family members were. It was next to impossible not to pick up some kind of a soldier's education in the Ahal clan and since they all were of half-elfish origin, there were striking similarities in style.

He divided the berry with his front teeth, sucking in the one half and pushing it around inside his mouth until it had hit every section of his tongue he could imagine of while holding the other half between his thumb and index finger. "Curious sensation. It's a bit... spicy, isn't it ?" He subsequently consumed the other half, this time at a much faster rate. "You should try these if you don't already know them. I'm not from here, so for me this is new." An-Hasst addresed Argon who was standing right next to him. "So yes, this is food." he added in a slightly teasing manner.

He could hear Beren in the background. Something about another addition... Oh dear. Did this mean that this captured woman was going to join the party ? Another Andred! He quickly sunk his huge fingers into the small sack and extracted another berry, even though 'calming down' had - unfortunately, maybe - not been on the list of things this creation of nature could do. And the clarity of thought ? Given that Andred and Kaelic people were pretty much enemies this benign effect had potential to backfire in his case.

The Skayleigh managed to patch things up and express his appreciation towards the nicely armored wood elf in front of him. "I thank you for this offering. I'm sure they will be of good use." He bowed, allowing the much smaller wood elf to look at his face without accumulating pain in the neck. Probably.

Vaughtar

Mikkel vanished ? The ugly, dead body was gone ? Perfect! Of course Vaughtar didn't spend the tiniest moment on considering speaking this out openly, but he really had not been eager to pick up this frozen, obviously magically infused body. Twain's magic was disturbing enough. Munimis was a wicked world, but he had not seen anything like this while he had been there - and he was pretty sure that he wouldn't see such things any time after he would have made his return. That was... if this ever came true in the first place.

Taking his time to look back at Charles to check if the man was still halfway angry at him before doing anything else, Vaughtar then started to pick up the heaviest and bulkiest parts of the team's equipment he could find. Alongside Shanon who seemed to struggle with the freezing weather he probably was the one most suited for the job. With two large crates filled to the brim under his giant arms he started moving away from the castle, down the mountain slope alongside the others.

And then it happened... It almost seemed as if someone had managed to insert explosives into the already ruined building's walls without experiencing the need to drill holes into them before. The 'explosives' themselves however had to be very, very strange as well: One could see cracks reaching the surface, apparently originating from several points deep inside the solid stone itself that had lasted so long under these harsh conditions. They divided the major structures into large chunks of debris just like an inside-out explosion would do, but the chunks themselves continued to be subdivided into smaller pieces even after their initial separation from the big whole. The process ran at a much to slow speed for any type of detonation as well, easily observable with the naked eye. It continued to cascade until the entire castle had been split into a myriad of dust particles. They had no real chance to settle down and form a nice big heap following the flow of gravity, but instead immediately started to be blown away by the icy wind. What would happen if it turned and would thereby engulf the team in silicate ?
@Ellion I am pretending to be here.
Great, coz SOMEBODY...@Fetzen decided to play on my error of words I have to now find reason to justify it coz Kyzler as an experienced hunter wouldn't make such mistakes...
*grumble grumble*
Nearly done ;)

What error are you talking about ? ...and... How am I supposed to see that you've done an error and didn't mean it the way it is written ?

Sorry for ruining your post.

"At the bottom of a stake pile ?" Jared arched an eyebrow and sat down onto a vacant table next to the one contaminated with the gnome corpse. He didn't care that much about the table not exactly being designed for a man his size sitting onto its rim. "Doesn't hot air usually traverse upwards ? I'd put her on top of it, not beneath it. She'd miss all the fire..."

Well, that was... an evasive maneuver. Jared was nowhere near Ky's obvious conviction about this Rose, but since he was in the middle of an entire tavern filled with people sharing it... he had to put up a brave front.

"Abi ? Can I have my second beer, please ?" the man raised his voice towards the bar. He had paid for it, but not yet received any. A somewhat inacceptable situation, although it probably was due to this stupid witch girl interrupting. Speaking of which... "Maybe you should make a little test run with her before you try to catch and fry the big fish." Jared smiled sheepishly towards Kyzler.

"Since when are you in the hunter's business, if I may ask ?"
Gonna try to do that tomorrow. That will probably be the first thing getting ruined in Vaughtar's vicinity while he is not responsible for it :o
You still with me, Ky ?!

Oh dear... religion... The way Ky was moving his hand as if he intended to check if he'd been nailed to a large and very symbolic piece of wood himself... Did the other hunter really have a deal with that bullshit ?

Jared wasn't the one that would take to you less because you did something he didn't per se, but a firm belief in religion combined with the will to actually do all that stuff highly religious people usually did was suitable to increase his annoyance level. Holy crosses and holy water were nice stuff to hurt witches - that's what he had heard once. However that was it. Should someone else bother about actually making them!

While Ky was looking out over the room as if there was nothing else to do, Jared ultimately waved his hand only like one or two inches away from the other man's face. "Hellooooo ? You there ?" He was grinning slightly. "Who is this rose ? Is she around here or what ?"

On one hand, Jared wasn't so convinced about all witches being bad. Well that bitch that had ruined the tavern certainly deserved it, but that happened with non-magic people as well. On the other hand the presence of a very powerful witch as 'way beyond her league' had indicated could maybe explain the gnomes' recent behaviour. It was a reason to take interest in this.
It's Monday. In some places the work day has started while in others it's sleep time Sunday.

Like here at my place, for example. *already had to leave bed*
Short organizational question: Do we have to explicitly write in the OOC here which of the job our hunter(s) are going to accept or is it sufficient to somehow point this decision out IC ?
