Zeruel VS "Beast" Titanica VS Henry

Zeruel dodged out of the way of Henry's halberd with inches to spare, causing Henry to begin stepping forward to go for a stab directly at Zeruel's head(?) and get his blade back. However he stopped and raised his shield once Zeruel's eyes began flashing, firing several lasers directly at Henry which were promptly blocked. Suddenly Henry noticed an increase in power on his monitor, said increase was powering up his Halberd to ludicrous levels of cutting power. 'Holy shit it's as strong as my Cheater's Blade!' He thought as he looked at the name of the power, Traitor's Blade. How fitting. Henry vaguely noted that there was a demon on the ceiling who was trying to collapse said ceiling on everyone. This meant nothing to him, all that mattered was Zeruel's death.

Zeruel began attacking Titanica once more, stupidly grabbing the beast's tail to try and block an incoming tail strike. This worked as well as could be expected as she lifted him up instead and began slamming him into the ocean over and over. Zeruel fired off an eye blast to push her back but that's all it did. Meanwhile Henry was at work creating rockets all around him which began firing off at Zeruel to get his attention. "Don't forget that I'm around!" Henry yelled as he bashed his shield into Zeruel to stagger him for a few seconds. Immediately after that he stabbed his halberd forwards into Zeruel's torso to try and skewer him like a shish kabob, which would be made much more effective by Miyu's amazing buff. Good job bodyguard, good job.

Ace was already preparing for a showdown when Dragon Heart suddenly threw him into the crowd, almost knocking off his hat in the process. What the fuck, he was supposed to be the good guy! As Ace got up and regained his bearings he noticed the other guy had beaten down Dragon Heart and was running away, not only that but Dragon Heart was just gonna let it happen! Ace stomped towards Dragon Heart angrily and had to hold himself back from slugging the older Epic to the floor like the coot he was. "The next time ya do some addle-headed shit like that I will beef ya, hero or not. Ya understand me partner?" Ace didn't bother listening to whatever response Dragon Heart may have had, running towards his motorcycle to chase down the coot who caused this mess.

"Oh blazes no, I'm not lettin' ya get away that easily!" Ace yelled in anger as he jumped on his motorcycle and started it up, already turning towards where he saw Blacklight running towards. He wasn't gonna be contributing much in regards to the turtle, so he might as well catch a criminal while he's around. "Out of the way folks, I got a bandit to beef!" Ace exclaimed as he went speeding off in the direction Blacklight ran, firing in the air to let people know to get the fuck out of the way. "There's no how some low life bandit is gonna get away me and my hoss!" He shouted in the direction of Blacklight as he began to speed up to catch up with the criminal scum.

Name: Ace Cassidy (Self Given Name, Real Name Unknown)

Freak Label: Ace

Age: 19

Faction: Freak

Ability: Ace fingerbangs people, literally. He points his fingers at targets and glowing energy bullets fire out of his fingertips with pinpoint accuracy. That's pretty much the extent of his powers, however he's gotten pretty good with his "guns" being able to shoot one bullet then fire another bullet at the first one to aim it in a different direction, shoot moving targets while driving a motorcycle, and even shoot a man's gun out of his hand before he can even fire.

Mutation: His fingertips are gun barrels, as where there would normally be a fingertip there's just a hole for bullets to fire out of. His index and middle figers are very stiff and can't bend, but the other fingers and thumbs are fine. If you look inside it just looks like a gun barrel with no bullet inside, until Ace fires. Then a glowing blue bullet comes out and he blows your brains out for looking in his fingertips.

Weakness: If Ace gets touched by nylon rope he can't fire his guns, it has to be nylon in the form of rope specifically too. He's not gonna be disabled by a lady in stockings.

Personality: Ace just wants to be a cowboy, acts like a stereotypical cowboy in almost all situations. Kind of an asshole cowboy though, more like a bandit really, except for his need to help out his fellow freaks. If you're an Epic or normie he's gonna treat you like shit for the most part until he gets to know you. Freaks like himself though, he get's along with them off the bat, treatin them to a drink and maybe playing a game of horseshoes.

He's not completely old fashioned though, he enjoys modern conveniences such as motorcycles and electronic devices. He just adds a little western flair to everything he does.

Appearance: Ace's normal clothes and his costume are one in the same, a dark grey duster and black cowboy hat along with black cowboy boots and black jeans. He is about 5'5, has silver hair, and blue eyes. Ace is kinda pale because most of his skin is covered at all times. His most distinguishing characteristic is the scar over his right eye, looks like he got sliced with a blade and it barely missed the actual eyeball.

Background: It was a hot summer day in Texas when a 18 year old boy woke up in the middle of a field tied up and next to a jet black motorcycle with the keys left in. He had on a white t-shirt and some black jeans, nothing to tell him who he was or where he was from. After about half an hour of struggling to get himself free he succeeded and stood up to face the only other thing around. He hopped on the motorcycle and rode it like a natural, all the way to the nearest town. As he pulled up to a local tavern full of people dressed funny he was asked where he learned to ride at such a young age by an old coot with greying hair. The kid shrugged.

"I don't know partner, just hopped on the ol horse and rode off into the sunset." The old man laughed and complimented the kid. "Well wherever you learned, you're a real natural ace." The kid nodded. Ace was a good name. He reached out for a handshake when suddenly the old man staggered back with a disgusted look on his face. "What in the hell is wrong with yer fucking hands!?" Ace looked at his hands and noticed his fingertips were certainly different from the old man's, his had holes in em. Ace shrugged as the old man suddenly got in real close to him. "Listen here kid, we don't take kindly to Freaks around these parts. So I suggest you skedaddle on out of here before I rough you up real good."

Ace narrowed his eyes as the old man was way too close. "I don't know who you think you are buddy, but I suggest you back off before I make you back off!" He poked the man in the chest hard when suddenly a gunshot was heard throughout the tavern. Ace's pointer finger was smoking and there was a hole in the old man's chest. The room was silent as Ace got up and started going through the old man's pockets. A minute later and he had put on the old man's hat, boots, duster, and he had taken his wallet. The guy's name was Cassidy. "Well that's a fine name you got there. Don't seem like you need it anymore unfortunately, so I'll just take it off your hands." Ace laughed as he said this and walked out of the tavern with a vicious grin.

He looked at a drunk man hanging around outside the tavern and asked them a question. "Where are Freaks treated the worst in this lawless wasteland?" After the man rambled on for a bit about Epics, Freaks, and The High, he mentioned the name Epic City. So that's where Ace set off towards, to bring law and order to a town of Freaks and Epics.

@thewizardguy, you're making assumptions again.

1) How many innocents have rifles or guns in their houses for self-defense? And again, what's he supposed to do? Crush mothers, brothers, children, parents because they might be involved with the Kryptonites?

2) And didn't he just say they were trying to preserve life? The Ark against the coming Deluge? It's the same thing stopping him killing Guilt: his morals.

It's hard to say who's being the dumber one here. Ember being, well, Ember, or Ignition trying to off a child right next to a Guild that's practically on high alert.

What can I say, he's not a very patient dude. Although to be fair it was never stated that Ember's back alley hideout was near the guild at all. So I am left to assume that his back alley is somewhere else.

@thewizardguy, it's not that they're impossible to assault. It's because they're dispersed. Would Guilt expect the Island to kill children because their mother was working for the Kryptonites? Collapse a university because the Kryptonites recruited in the cellars beneath the library? I'll have this in the reply, but I figured it was worth saying now.

@floodtalon, the harpies and the Dragon/Blacklight fight are taking place in different parts of the city. Pick one or the other to get involved in.

But I did picture that horse-riding bounty hunter from Cowboy Bebop with your post. Andy, I think...

Vincent was still tailing the Vulpix, sincerely doubting any "special" pokemon from the Stargate could ever be this dumb. He honestly thought a snare would catch one of the Swords of Justice off guard? If Keldeo actually got trapped in such a stupid and obvious trap Vincent would vow to never go faster than walking pace ever again. Suddenly Vincent felt a presence next to him, he turned his head slightly and acknowledged Mizu's presence. He was here to inform him that the Vulpix was not their target, but Vincent still needed to kill him. Wow. Before he could respond Mizu wished him luck and disappeared into the forest, likely off to get his own target.

"Waste of my damned time..." He muttered to himself as he slinked out of the alley to stalk the Vulpix to a good killing spot. After a few minutes the Vulpix disappeared into a back alley, the Amaura that was with him earlier now gone. Probably got annoyed by the dumb "trapmaster" and left. Couldn't blame her really. Vincent crawled into the alley behind Ember raising his tail and let an evil grin slip onto his face. At the very least he could vent his annoyance by killing this dumbass.

"Ya know it's really too bad. I think you should be killed by your own stupidity, but instead it's just gonna be because you were in the wrong place at the wrong time. Sayonara kid." He spoke in a low gravelly tone as his tail glowed purple and struck out at the Vulpix.

As everyone was dealing with snappers and harpies a distant figure riding a motorcycle could be seen approaching at a rapid pace. As the figure got closer one could make out the figure wearing a cowboy hat and duster, also he was not slowing down at all. It was only a few seconds as he screeched to a halt, civilians moving out of the way in a hurry so as not to be ran over. "Howdy partners, I heard y'all got a varmint problem?" Ace asked with a smile as he put down his kickstand and got off his motorcycle. Suddenly he heard a scream as one of the Epics knocked a bystander into the giant turtle which promptly killed them. "Ya know what? I think I was mistaken, this problem is a human one."

One of the other Freaks nearby had the turtle problem pretty solved as he lifted the beast up with a mighty hand of flame, so it was up to the sheriff to take care of "Mr. I Like To Knock Folks Into Dangerous Varmints". Ace raised his hand to the sky and fired once to get everyone's attention. "Alright you low life scum! I don't know what your quarrel is with each other, but if you keep bringing these poor innocent folk into your mess I'm gonna shoot both of you! Now either you get the hell out of here or you help kill this nasty varmint!"
