Most terms are. Unless God defines a hero, a term like that is relative, just like most names for people.

Then why bother classifying a collection of beings as heroes?
<Snipped quote by Fractured>

Uh, I think still the "giving up stuff for somebody who needs it", from the perspective of the somebody who needs it.

So it's an entirely personal term?
<Snipped quote by Fractured>

You know, that's a good question. All heroes have flaws, and I think that's why it's hard for anybody to consider himself a hero.

<Snipped quote by Heroic>

Lame. Are they basically villains?

Then what makes a hero?
<Snipped quote by Fractured>

Indeed.

You're always welcome if you're interested.
Considers joining once again, albeit with an initial plot and character this time.

Well, a long time in this thread anyway. Maybe not elsewhere.
<Snipped quote by Fractured>

Sure. But I’ve never looked. Can’t really go back either.

I guess it's a bit of a perfect storm.

Dane: ah! The formidable Prism. Its ncie to finally have met you. Ive heard and seen wonderful things about and involving you.

Apparently you're not the only one.
<Snipped quote by Fractured>

Like what? How would you find such things?

Does the IA have no references to anything outside of itself? There are beings and checkpoints you can visit to find other noteworthy places throughout Existence.
<Snipped quote by Fractured>

Puh. As big as Existence is, I’d never run into anything.

While I think that wandering is more fun, there are leads you can follow.
<Snipped quote by Fractured>

I genuinely wouldn’t know where to look. I’ve never been outside the IA this long before now.

Never a better time to explore.
