Right, contained infinities. That also makes it easier to conceptualize.

A high-level crime lord from the most brutal time in human history survives through adaptation. Alexei was never afraid of governments, or morals, or gods. The world was for those who took it, and the same applies to Existence. And, of course, some part of Alexei just wants to watch the multiverse burn.

One multiverse. Technically Existence is basically an Omniverse, even if it isn't called such that's pretty much what it functions as, so there are multiple multiverses. Potentially infinite maybe? But I don't know how the scaling in that regard works.

Yeah, you're right. For the purposes of OOC talk, we'll call it infinite. Makes it easier to not worry about where the limits are that way.

Alright, villains are totally fine, so that'll work. For a lot of Tier Fours and up, bullets alone probably aren't the most effective, so keep that in mind. Otherwise, we can get you started once we figure out an entrance.

Anything on motivation now that they've realized that they're part of a much, much bigger world than they thought? Or have they realized this yet?

Even universes with a "multiverse" are parts of isolated "clusters" in MR, and someone isn't truly considered interdimensional/Tier Four until they can go between any universe and any cluster.
