I think having only one huge body of water surrounded by land is rather interesting. We may want to have a numerous rivers and lakes in the rest of the world, though. Right now it seems as if everything but the coasts of the seas is awfully dry.

@Legion02, when I think of an Apex Predator made by the God of Death, I imagine some stealthy animal who tails you for weeks before it bites your neck off.
I don't think Hunt is a part of the Domain of Death. If it was, you could argue War is also a part of the Domain of Death, or climbing ladders is a part of the Domain of Death because you can fall and break your neck.
