"Sure." Omega said as Shiver departed. Omega then listened for Jessica who replied. "I was just seeing if you could help me improve my technique of my power. You know, add more finesse. If you're busy though, I can wait. That's if you're still up for it." Omega made his request. hehe hadn't had a conversation with Jessica in some time and she was extraordinary with her use of magnetism. Why not learn from the person with the best grasp of their abilities?

"Tesla?" Omega said as he sat up. "I don't know what name for you to have. how about we figure out your other power first. Maybe we can base it off that." Omega suggested as he got off the bed and used his TK to cloth himself. "Hey Jessica, you here at HQ or out and about?" Omega asked over comms. He then smiled at Shiver as he used his powers once more to slip on his bracers. "You have any idea what power you may have. Maybe you can phase like Tia." He said to Shiver.

Omega raised an eyebrow at Shiver's question as he was taken aback. Did she just call me out? Omega then smirks.

"Not sure you could handle me with you losing your super strength and all." He teased before the lights turn off I'm the room and he kissed her. He would try to be delicate

"Omega... 99.9% chance you will..." Sol tried to inform.

Omega didn't know what to think when Shiver spoke to him. It was hard for him to focus as he relived his past with the brief telling of it. When she asked how the orphanage expected him to get a job, he chuckled.

"I don't think that was the point." He said with amusement. Omega didn't comment on him being picked by Shiver herself, and it helped that the subject changed quickly. "Voltage, nah it doesn't flow. How about Battery Pack." He joked before they teleported to Shiver's bed.

It was now that Omega realized how close he was getting to Shiver. It was a weird feeling seeing as barely a week ago, he and Wicked were sharing the same sleeping space. Though it was only once, it wasn't something he could simply ignore. He even went as far as wondering what Tia would think.

"Today? I actually did a lot today. Killed a giant monster, rescued anot airplane full of people, went to go see an old business associates, came back here, then went flying to blow off some steam." He looked around the room abd caught sight of a picture Wicked. "I wish I could have been here to fight her. Man that would have been perfect." He thought outloud.

Omega couldn't help but chuckle at Ro'kun, the guy was a goof in his eyes. Omega did recognize the man as formidable. When Ro'kun departed, Omega focused on Shiver and took a breath as he felt that he was going to tell a long story. He didn't even know where to begin.

"A long time ago, when I was nine, I discovered my powers. As great as they are now, they were the worst thing I could have gotten then... The orphanage wasn't fond of what I could do, and with me being unable to control my telekinetic ability, things hot complicated. They had to put me out... I had to eat, so I stole. It was easy since I was stronger than most people. I was caught though and put into a detention facility with others like me." Omega sighed as he felt like he was rambling. "I made friends, we escaped, got contracted into a group and eventually I ended up here. The end." Omega said as he skipped over a great deal of the story.

He could already see Shiver not being happy about what he just did. He looked up at the stars for a moment.

"Almost all of my friends have died, either by the enemy or by becoming the enemy. Even with the latter, I honor the memories we had once shared. It's how I'd like to remember them, because I'd want them to do the same for me. So if I could give someone a funeral, I would. I wouldn't have destroyed Wicked's body after her death. You and Tia may think differently from me and I'll respect it... I just don't agree."

Most of Omega's day was spent on stopping petty crime with extreme prejudice and asking Sol questions. So far he learned a lot from the AI. She wasn't built by the Etrisians, but was being hunted by them. She wasn't sure for what, but she could only think that the Etrisians were trying to find a way to reverse engineer her to make more AI. Omega's com link picked up on Shiver's message. At first he didn't want to bother, but when he gave it some thought, he answered.

Omega knew he was complicated and not like most people. He was a soldier, a thief, and more often than not, a weapon. In a way he feels that is why he gets along with Drifter so well. He can see her detachment and difference from the others, yet unlike him, she seems to try a bit harder despite her being in such a situation her entire life.

"Don't worry about it, I'm not trying to go anywhere anytime soon. I was frustrated... and nothing is bothering me. I just... I'll tell you everything if you can meet me on the roof of HQ."

"What the..." Omega let out as he saw electricity shoot out of Shiver's hand and into the television in her room. He wanted to comment on her newfound power, but he decided to focus on what Shiver was upset with. As she sat on the couch, he decided to tell his side of the story. "Listen, I'm sorry for not being so caring, it's just how I've lived for... a really long time. I used to do horrible things and was paid not to care. If I did, I probably wouldn't be here. It made me great at what I do, and it keeps my TK in check. And about the Wicked situation. Killing her, now I can get past that, buthe completely destroying her body afterward? I know she wasn't your mother in that moment, but you could have at least preserved her body for a funeral so you can at least honor the memory of the woman she once was."

Omega couldn't look at Shiver as his own words were getting to him. Sadness displayed on his face for a brief moment before he balled his fists and anger appeared. Everything in the room trembled for a moment before he spoke again.

"And if you want me to leave so badly, then kick me out! Don't you have that kind of pull?! You know what's the shittiest part about this fucking team? I actually tried to pretend to be one of you. You're just spoiled kids with no self control!" Omega shook his head as he walked out of the room headed out to go flying. I'm better off on my own!

As Omega rounded the corner to Glitch's lab, he saw Jessica and Pixie talking to the man he wanted to see about these bracers. With a frown, the man turned back towards the elevator. Omega lacked patience, so he figured he could come back later. As he rode the elevator down he looked at the piece of equipment himself. It speaks, so why not ask it about itself?

Omega walked towards his room, only to spot Shiver hurrying from his room and into hers. He raised an eyebrow as he stopped at his door. With a sigh, he walked to Shiver's room and knocked.

"You just missed me, but what's up?"

After blue portal opened up at the top of the HQ with a stern look on his face before seeing the carnage Wicked had caused. He arrived just in time to watch Tia destroy Wicked's body, and winced at the sight of it.

"Talk about overkill..." He said to himself as he floated down. He spotted Shiver being healed and let the doctor do her thing. "So now what? You just killed off one of the most powerful people in the world, and didn't even give her chance to have a decent funeral...." Omega shook his head as he crossed his arms over his chest. "There are only two things that I can see happening. Someone is gonna need to take whatever position she had... that might not a big problem, but Wicked could have some friends that may have not agreed with what you just did. Not saying you're wrong, but..."

"Overkill.' Sol said out of nowhere which made Omega chuckled.

"Yes, exactly.... Can't wait to meet the agency though." Omega said sarcastically as he walked away. He looked at Shiver for a moment as he passed, but continued onward. Let's see what's left of R&D.

@FunnyGuy She was because that was what the agency said. She decided if they were going to try and kill her team she wasn't going to go easy on them after Shiver and Kain got hurt badly.

So Evergreen might as well make a report to the agency since the guidelines they set in place aren't being followed. That could be interesting. Maybe it can cause the agency to manage the team a lot more strictly with micro managing.

I think it would be interesting to have a team psychologist to debrief to after a serious incident oreport just as someone to confide in.
