To Hell and Back

Larcen was able to line up pretty easily with Alex's Harlot and the nano repairs got to work, prioritising the most serious damage to the plane, Larcen was able to have direct remote control of the main nanobot so he could address the repairs himself.

Hmm looks like you took major damage to your air brakes, some minor leaking around the wing camber too, engine seems okay, if not a little overheated, when's the last time you had this thing serviced robins? I know maintencne isnt cheap, but you're NYC security now.....what AH SHIT, bloody hell Ken!

The nanobots managed to repair the Scarlet Harlot only by 8% Before Ken Yi's EMP struck and knocked all of his nanobots out. They didn't get a chance to tune each others weapons to friendly fire so Larcen was effected all the same as his nanobots stopped working and simply dropped off.

Fucking hell Ken, thats coming out of your pocket mate......what the fuck?

Brrratatatatatat

Before Larcen could finish ranting, the JD1 had peeled off from its patrol route with it's superior throttle and started spraying hard at Larcen, doing 25% damage to his craft and chewing up his tailwing. He punched the dashboard in anger and pulled a gutsy somersault, but because of his low air speed due to the repair attempt, his bird began to stall, he was out of the line of fire but vunerable as he fought for air balance.

Ummmm little help?! Alex? Hajar? Can you shake him off?!

Meanwhile Hajar had just successfully shot down a pursuing missile using her Rear Gun, the explosion was spectacular and the shockwave did a tiny 2% damage to the Bomber. The Flak Guns were in an awkward position and couldn't get a clear shot on the large craft but tried shooting in the general direction anyway for minor success, the bomber took a further 6% damage from some loose flak.

JD4 had turned his thrusts on to FULL and started to sprint away from Ken Yi, dipping in altitude and weaving round a large building where a flak gun was covering his path. The Flak Gun took a few shots at Ken Yi's Hu but they were wildly off the mark and only managed to graze for 3% damage. However the JD4 had now joined the pursuit against Hannah in the Focke Wulf and even though she had pulled a hard U-turn to evade the JD6's missile lock, she was now being tagged by 20mm cannon fire for a further 8% damage, there was now dark grey smoke coming from the Focke Wulf and the JD6 was pulling a tight rudder turn to re-engage.

Please go first. I need to know if Hajar shoots down that missile or not.

that..... wait, that was an argument? Are you arguing that I "call blacks lazy" and/or that there has been no immigration or reproduction of African-Americans for any reason other than cotton slavery?

Because I had assumed it was humor. But if that's serious, there's all KINDS of shit I could say about it.

I mean if you respond to a confederacy meme with a totally irrelevant false-equivalency gawker article, it seems like you were the one trying to make an argument, not me bro.

But by all means tell me about those lazy blacks, sounds like a fascinating mdk rant in the making.

I've always enjoyed the aesthetic choices of Germanic forces

But in all seriousness, your characters have brought a very nessecary flavour to the Sky Warriors Universe and inspired the Facist and Fragmented Western European Coalition idea to begin with.
Most people in this thread are right wing, so I guess it's easy to see me as a leftist.

So in Gawker the other day all the evil leftists were complaining that if illegal immigrants get deported they'll have no one to work in their fields or clean up their house for slave wages

Whataboutism (also known as whataboutery) is a variant of the tu quoque logical fallacy that attempts to discredit an opponent's position by charging them with hypocrisy without directly refuting or disproving their argument, which is particularly associated with Soviet and Russian propaganda. When criticisms were leveled at the Soviet Union, the Soviet response would be "What about..." followed by an event in the Western world.

Subtract all the racism, and confederacy is pretty awesome.

Always a treat, Dynamo.

hmu when you are done memeing.

Yes I'll definitely hit you up, if there is one thing I am lacking on this site, its subjective disagreements with Gowi.

Disagree with the bolded. Mostly.

I see the problems with Andromeda, but I don’t think the quests, exploration, or the UI are one of them. I also don’t really value bargain bin subjectivism like “it’s not fun and it’s dull” considering those are meaningless buzzwords that really don’t have much insight to them at all. But yeah, Andromeda is a mess and it's certainly as a whole the weakest game in the series due to a lot of factors with only a few of these being relative things I agree with that contributed. Ultimately, Andromeda’s problem was it was a fucking frisbee. What I mean is if you look at the developmental cycle beyond social media snark and vitriol it was pretty worrisome. Inexperienced members of the development team, being tossed from one team to another to another to another over the course of development, lack of polish before release, and other issues pointed that this was going to be a mediocre final product. Social media degenerated that even more. The memes exaggerating the quality of the game did more damage. Bioware did not alleviate anything or have any foresight. It is really disappointing that the social climate is affecting games more and more when developers used to just do a few interviews and trailers for press and focus on their work but now we have entanglements like twitter, youtube, and such ruining any momentum. Good criticism is great, but reactionary kneejerk reactions make me very bitter towards my fellow gamers.

So fucking glad I got out of gaming journalism.
