Bio

Well hello.

I guess I should introduce myself, huh.

I'm Gardevoiran, just some schmuck going to college and working towards getting a degree in Fine Arts.

I do commissions and what-not, and you can ask me to do a commission for you through my Discord (Gardevoiran #1429) or up here through RPGuild PMs, and I receive donations and payment through my Ko-fi page. Clicking the box right below here will take you to it.

I'm a nerd. I play Pokemon religiously, I dabble in some anime, I write up here, and I love watching incredibly awful movies and just making fun of them. Specifically things like "Leo the Lion" and what not.

I don't have much else to say, so I guess I can leave you guys with a really bad joke.

"What do you call a cow with two legs?"
"Lean beef."

Anomaly
Near a crashed VTOL

"Little dizzy, but alright!" Anomaly unbuckled her seat as she got close to a window of the VTOL, allowing her to see outside the VTOL at all of the thugs and gangbangers going around and causing mayhem and ruckus. Wasn't really great, to be honest, but she did notice someone running. Somebody afraid of what Septima could do, and that gave Anomaly an idea.

A ghost hand flew out from the side of the VTOL, soaring through the air before colliding with the back of the runaway thug, storing his emotion of fear within Anomaly's... yeah she didn't know what to call it yet. She always assumed it was a cloud, so she'd assume the same here. As she began to feel the very passive effects of that thug's fear, she looked over to the other people in her squad. "f you guys need someone debuffed, I'm ya girl!"

[+1 FEAR EMOTION]
I'll start this off tomorrow when I get the chance. Band's got me all tuckered out.

Eh. Maybe tonight. Not entirely sure.
Anomaly

"A hospital. I was sent there after a run in with some woman. She controlled smoke, and she... killed a friend." Xoxi's face teared up as she spoke the last few words, followed by her taking a deep breath and holding back tears. Now wasn't the time... at least not for her. "I-I'm not-- HOLY SHIT!" Xoxi rushed to the window and caught the glimpse of the flaming pillar in the sky, her mind instantly racing and her emotions resorting to a chaotic panic. "What the shit was that?!" Xoxi raised her voice as a ghost hand appeared outside of the window, pointing to whatever that flaming pillar was. "Please tell me I'm not the only one to see that? Anyone?"

Little did Dragon know that the pillar was an excellent question-dodger, allowing Xoxi to not respond about a drink and not be impolite about it because it was impolite to refuse a gift in someone else's house. Maybe. Was it...?

"Eh. Depends on th'item. Typically you'd want t'look fer things that were one-of-a-kind t'that person," Lillian explained as she followed behind Miyu, her brain picking at any alchemical knowledge she had. "Demon stuff is typically more specific, in my experiences. Angelic stuff is rather broad." Her experiences were actually quite often, as she had a guy back in Hyperion that was able to get her specific ingredients. Now, though, she didn't have that guy. "Lemme see what'cha have later."

Bonesword
On a contested Machina Border...
@The 42nd Gecko@Awesomoman64

"Superstition is different from experience, Inquisitor," Bonesword calmly stated as he sheathed his blade. The Machina were keeping things on lockdown, he had some time for chit chat. Alexi brought up how souls were important in the grand scheme of things, which she wasn't wrong about, not by any means. "Souls are incredibly critical, don't get me wrong, but in my experiences with necromancy they've been nothing but trouble. After all, I was like you two once," Bonesword explained as he patted the hilt of his Shroomblade firmly, making himself feel more... secure. "Now Marianne would rather do literally anything than deal with me."

Then a random question popped into his head. "Alexi. How good are you with a sword, anyway?"

Alright. I'll type something up tomorrow. Right now I'm sleepy and not feeling great.

If you could, please try and move a CS to the char tab. It looked good in the PMs.
"We're trying to get this done quickly!" Ursaren asserted as he continued moving the rubble out of the way. It wasn't long now, and yet the old man felt... unease. He didn't feel right with this, it was like something was telling him that what he was doing wasn't a good idea. It felt like something was telling him to go primal and start fighting. Let Old Ursa go to town on all of these people, maybe just to go and fight the dark elves himself. What could they do when they had terribly made weapons?

The old man moved another rock before he felt that same feeling pound at him again, punching him in the gut with his instincts again. "Nrgh..." Ursaren took a few steps back, sitting down on a nearby rock, sturdy in the ground. "I... I need to sit for a minute... I'm feeling unwell at the moment." Ursaren looked actively dazed, unable to look straight or think straight due to his clouded thoughts. It was like Old Ursa wanted to escape. To get out. Unfortunately for the bear, Ursaren wasn't willing to let him run free so easily. He'd been through this before, and this was no different.

His best guess? Something didn't feel right in this forge, and whatever it was could be found behind that collapsed passage.
Farce - A Car
@Spiffy@Xandrya

"OH SHIT THAT WOMAN!" Gaia shouted as she rode shotgun in Judah's car, being caught off guard by the motorcyclist that just knocked out some random woman with her foot. "JUDAH JUDAH HOLD UP I'M GETTING INVOLVED!" Gaia put on her mask as she unbuckled her seatbelt, pulling Carlotta out of her bag and staring down at the woman. Someone was getting involved here, and despite how bad this might turn out, it may just be a good thing in the long run. Maybe not. Probably not. "... I honestly don't even understand Gaia sometimes. She just does what she does, really." "That's why I'm good at what I do. I don't waste time thinking!"

Ping.

Where do you want to start? Do you want to go all the way through the Believer's den, or do you just want to start like halfway through?
The Narrow Path - a 1 x 1 Setting

The Pitch

A lone man stands in his tower, centered in a city of monsters. His servant, a dark green goblin, bounds up to his side, cradling some kind of scroll within his hands. "M-Mashter!" he calls, his coarse voice scraping against the ears of the man. "It hash been located!" His voice is eager and proud, and the man turns around, a bright white smile careening against his aged and sly face, tanned with years of mastery over many realms arcane.

"You best not lie to your master," the man demands to the goblin, his eyes narrowing upon the pitiful beast with a dark scowl. "Surely, you remember what happened last time one of your kind decided to play with my emotions..." As the man grazed over the word 'your', his voice shriveled, as if to shun the goblin for what he was. After all, the only good kind of goblin was an enslaved one. The runner up was simply a dead goblin.

"No mashter Yashar! Honesht!" the goblin held up his scroll to Yashar, the unraveled scroll revealing the location of an ancient artifact, and it's ancient protector's remains. The Believer's Den housed the items that Yashar was seeking, and upon the sight of the ancient crypt, the old wizard's face contorted to what was best interpreted as a wide smile. "That's where Sinclair's remains have been all this time..."

"What ish my next command, mashter?" the goblin asked, his head tilting to express his curiosity and eagerness.

"... fetch me that mercenary as your last command, then come straight back here with them," Yashar's voice boomed in his tower, his gaze returning to overlook the city his tower was surrounded by. "You mustn't dawdle. Go on."

The goblin nodded as he ran off to go and retrieve the mercenary, whomever that was. It'd be a fact that said mercenary would be paid handsomely for his or her participation on this task, but alas, they must be willing to get their hands dirty.

Here's the dealio with this 1x1. I'm planning on you being said mercenary, hired by Yashaar to protect him as he fulfills his task in the Believer's Den. Whatever that task is, you'll find out within time, and whatever your decision will be at that time is up to you.

Will you assist Yashar in his quest, or will you find your fate at the bottom of the Believer's Den?

Side Stuff

A few small details I'd like to note...
1) A few of my characters will be appearing in a more fantasy-esque interpretation. You may very well meet Jennifer Light once again.
2) You drive this setting. Through your decisions, new paths are opened, and new destinies are awaiting.
3) You can very well carry unfitting spells if you want, so long as you make it fit. If you're a rogue carrying something like Fireball, you can say you have a magic cannon that shoots fireballs.
4) Gnomes are existent, and they're really techy.
5) Humans may be called "Tall Dwarves". There's no difference, just different slang for different nations.
6) Civilized Cities and Monster Cities are very different. A human may be treated differently in a Monster City, unless accompanied by a monster.
7) Were-animals exist. While most are unable to control their primal side, many are still able to function despite these downsides.
8) Necromancy is normally taboo, but under the right circumstances it is incredibly useful.
9) Dragons are like gods. Do not fuck with dragons.
10) Goblins are the worst and should be treated like dirt.
Anomaly

"Shit. Sorry." Xoxi felt the need to apologize, even though it was just a minute thing.

The teen stepped through the portal behind Alex, awkwardly standing behind the hero like she wasn't there. Anomaly felt rude for barging in, but then again, she was invited to wherever this was. A living room? It was clearly someone who had a power problem, but Anomaly couldn't figure out who. Maybe Dragon? Looked like him in the very few pictures he had up. Eh, she'd ask later. Now didn't seem like a good time, what with Alex tearing up.

A ghost hand appeared behind Anomaly as she waved to the other girls in the room. "H-hello..." she muttered, uncharacteristically for her bombastic personality. She had to cheer up, but right now, she felt like it'd be easier to just be calm and not start something disruptive. There was a time and a place for acting like that, and now wasn't that time. "I-I'm Xoxi." Anomaly didn't react to her automatically saying her name and not her persona. What else was a persona but a cover for your name, after all?
