I guess my comfort zone is "eccentric side character."

Subaru Nakajima - on the move!

Subaru read through her Device's report, nodding to herself as she traced the access shaft down into the lower levels. "Okay, partner, tell dispatch I'm on the case."

Closing the holographic window, the agent had one last word with the medics and gave both Bullet and the well-meaning knight a farewell wave before setting off.

Lower Yggdrasil - Shady Clinic/Crime Scene

Three things stood out to Gerhard when the local constabulary arrived. Number one was their dress and equipment, the like of which he had never seen before. He watched them seal off the building from outside with yellow tape, and a man with a box walked about taking what he could only assume was pictures. Their manner was strange as well, in that they hadn't beaten him and carted him off yet. He'd been bracing himself for a knock about, but they seemed content to shackle him and post guards upon his surrender, a pair of large men holding nasty looking metal stick that crackled occasionally with electricity. They watched him like hawks as he sat on the sidewalk, primed to take him down should he even think about suddenly changing his mind.

The seconds thing he noticed was when a nice, smart looking young officer ran from the building and deposited his lunch and probably last nights dinner on the ground. Pale faced he took one look at Gerhardt and wandered out of the alley to catch some air. Gerhardt grimaced when he imagined what that young man must think of him after seeming that mess in the elevator. At least the blood on his clothes had completely faded. That, at least, made him feel less dirty. But even the other officers, veterans from the look of it, seemed wary of him. He heard one of them refer to him as "a real Outworld style butcher," whatever that meant. Things like this didn't happen often in this place.

Third was, of course, that anyone had shown up at all.

To him this all but proved his hypothesis: this was another world. Truly another world, not just another blood soaked nightmare like what he was used to. This was polite society. They did not stand for what he had done in there in polite society. He would perhaps hang for this, but that was not important. What was important was getting someone to listen, and they were more likely to listen if he cooperated. So far as he could tell this world was unspoiled, and that was worth anything to protect.

He saw the man that had ordered him shackled step outside the clinic, rubbing his temple with his fingers, and called out, "Sir, about the plague..." but the man just held up a hand to silence him. "Inter-dimensional diseases are above my pay grade. We got someone from the UMMA coming, you can explain it all to them."
Sorry, something sudden came up. On my phone, won't be able to post in any real way for the rest of the weak. Just ghost puppet me if need be.
As Gerhardt ransacked this clinic looking for anything useful he really began to regret not leaving one of those men alive. It would have at least made it a little easier to get his bearings, because he couldn't tell what was useful and what wasn't. Until, at least, he stumbled upon the ice box.

There was no ice inside. Damned if he could tell what was actually keeping the contents of this small ice box under the makeshift counter cold, but that wasn't as important as what was found within. Blood. Blood in clear, bag like, sealed containers. Each one labeled in black across the front Yharnam Blood, followed by a number that looked like a date if you really thought about it. He pulled one out to examine, but there were dozens more. More than enough to, say, contain all the blood in a mans body. The multiple dates on the bags confirmed to him that more than one hunter had fallen prey to that bushwhack waiting in the basement. He sat down on the counter to think.

So, they'd ring the bell and summon a hunter from another world. They'd inject him with some sort of sedative, then set about drawing blood from him. Whether they drew enough to kill the hunter or just slit his throat after, death would take him from this world and back to his own. Then they would take the blood, bag it, and use it to perform Ministrations in this clinic. They showed familiarity with the usage of blood but there was one bit of ignorance that gnawed at him: it wasn't necessary to chill Yharnam blood. It would keep at any temperature. Surly anyone who could concoct such a scheme would know that? In addition, why call hunters when there was easier prey out in the city? He looked around at the building again. There were no open windows and yet the room was lit, light coming down from panes in the ceiling. He'd never seen the like of this room in Yharnam. He made his way to the door, weapons at the ready.

He stepped out into a narrow alleyway, stalking down it until he reached an opening and stepped out into what he assumed to be moonlight. This was a mistake, he realized, the moment he stepped felt it on his skin. Warm. Blissfully warm and radiant. This wasn't light given off by the moon. He'd been in the night so long he'd forgotten it. Forgotten what it was like to stand under the sun. He looked up to search for and, when the blinding light allowed him to see once more, found only a city that he had never seen before. A city not swallowed up in a nightmarish eternal night. A city where the sane still walked the streets. A piercing scream alerted him to this fact.

He spun around to look at the woman who screamed, weapon raised just in case she lunged for his throat, only to realize that he was the threat here. He looked down at himself as people started to gape and saw that he was still absolutely covered in blood. If he waited it went away in time, either by dripping off or, knowing blood, finding its way within. It wasn't an unusual sight in Yharnam, but he was beginning to catch on that the bell had led him somewhere much farther from the city than ever before. Him, and the blood. He holstered his weapon, pointed to one of the people on the street, and commanded in a strange accent "Contact the constabulary, there's been a murder."

A UMMA bulletin went out to any agent in the area, informing them of a suspicious, dangerous looking character in the lower ward who really didn't look like he was from around here and who was ranting about some sort of disease having been introduced to Yggdrasil.
@Gentlemanvaultboy

"U-um, the spear guy? I'm not sure who you mean... But it's nice to meet you, Alfreda." Annalise said. She looked at the chicken clucking around Alfreda's feet. "Um, are they your pets? They're very cute," Annalise added.

"No, they just sort of hang around." She said, then her eyes popped as she remembered the chickens. "Guys, no. Get out of here. You're not supposed to be in here." She bent down to scoop each hen under one arm and awkwardly tried to open the door. As it swung open it revealed a collection of beady little eyes attached to sleek feather bodies. A few more chickens took this opportunity to run in and start exploring. She put the two she had down on the ground and tried to head the rest out, who did their level best to ignore her while looking around. Alfie made a tiny frustrated sound in her throat. "Bread, throw me some bread. Top cupboard." She said to the room, pointing to one of the cupboards she was to short to reach.

"Who's this?" Annalise asked, gesturing to Alfie. She smiled at the girl, trying to show that she was friendly. "Um, hey, I'm Annalise. What's your name?" Suddenly she realised she was probably treating her like a puppy or a 3 year old. "U-um, sorry."

"Alfreda." She said nervously, then, more boldly, "Did you see the spear guy? I saw him. He's here."
@Skitter: I've got no issue with the character, but he seems like he'd be the type to be a bit wary of anything named "Shadow Eternity".

@fer1323: Yes, there is.

I wanted to say something about that but didn't think it was my place. There's no way Masayoshi Hazama doesn't peg an organization called Shadow Eternity as the villain.
@Slypheed
Hunter looked to Adrianna. "Ya, We may miss lunch, Never seen so many people come in one day. Must be a record. I'm going to go get some food, Feel free to join me if ya want or head to the gym. Either way I'm hungry." Hunter started to walk off to the kitchen.

"Hunter!" Alfie called, banging the spoon three times against the side of the pot as he walked in. "It almost scorched. Why were you gone for so long? Where you dealing with that armor weirdo? He pointed a spear at my head..." The small girl clams up as two more people enter the room. She hops down from the stool as the two chickens draw closer to her, as though to comfort her via their ever present clucking. "Hi..." She says in a small voice as she edges toward one of the kitchens corners.
@GentlemanvaultboyThat certainly won't scare anyone shitless, a pissed-off owlman tearing them out of a pod they have no idea how they got in.

He's just tearing off the doors. And most of the sides. A scraping the walls like Freddy Kruegar, because seriously screw these people.

He'd probably key this space ship if he could.

Just tell me who the people are and they can somehow, magically, due to the great Starchy one, end up together! Also, I'm putting the groups together now and I understand that you guys have made particular friends and have people you prefer to RP with so I'll let you guys have your own say. Just throw up who you want to be with here or at least message me and I will hope to accommodate you!

Random me. Owlman is dismantling every Matrix pod with extreme prejudice.
<Snipped quote by Gentlemanvaultboy>

Then can we collab, like, right now?

Also, my Internet is wonky, so if I don't show, that's the reason why.

Alright, sure.
