The screaming had stopped. Was the battle over? Had they lost? Were they surrendering, or had they simply been captured? No, not captured yet. The man had threatened him should he fire his gun again, but Cecil still had his gun. So the ball, as it were, was in his court.

Cecil got up to his knees, but kept his gun obediently pointed toward the ground.

"What.." Cecil swallowed, realizing suddenly that he was addressing the man with the sword, "What are, um, you going to do... with the tru... with us?"
I feel like for healing to work there has to be some "life" element to the color, and neither blue nor black have it. Black moves lifeforce around, and does some healing that way.

I think a "healer" whose art revolves around stealing from an enemy to heal a friend is a reasonable character, though.

EDIT: @RedDusk Blue brings the physical element to the healing. Anatomy/physiology knowledge and all that. Like the stitchers in Innistrad.
I'm interested, but it looks like you might be full up.

I'll ask a question anyway: Can I assume that the "new" Tarkir timeline is the only true one, as is officially canon, or are we allowing for pre-timeline-change Planeswalkers to have escaped the shift?
This rp is sadness.
I don't know how many are left.

@TheUnknowable @Galgarion@Ciphra@PlatinumSkink I need to know if you're still here. If not, I don't mind I just don't know how to proceed.

If Unknowable leaves, I'll have his character deposed by a previously unnamed acolyte, in true Sith fashion.

If everyone leaves, iunno.
@ApoaloFrom what I've seen everywhere on this site, three times a week is pretty respectable. But it's up to you whether you want to try to undertake it. I don't think we're rebooting, so much as a handful of us are moving on to something new.
I usually think of a GM's primary job as being the plot guy. In most cases I'm not worried at all about players getting unruly or anything, I'm just worried about keeping the game going. I also think of them as a sort of keeper of secrets. You need a GM if you want effective plot twists or surprises.

Even in NYAMA(a three player rp with Eyeris and another long gone player) was mostly collaborative, but I always had something a bit closer to my chest.

A GM can also be a good partner for one of the other players if they want to keep a side plot shadowy for a while. I've added details to the plot at the behest of either player, with the other not knowing.

I digress.

We're definitely moving to older players, I think. I suppose the question is how old. Who wants to be in school, and who wants to be out? And is anyone vehemently opposed to either?
I'm here, feel free to ping me repeatedly too.

I'm not sure what I'm going to play. I need to read things a bit more thoroughly.
I assume we're going to write it off as a miss.

Cecil was not prepared for any of this adventure.
