Oh hey, actually, can I say something about Joshua Ray yet more specifically his 'Apollo' NC?
I'd like it if very few people, if any, actually knew that it had the ability to eject armor in combat. At least, the other New Anchorage and enemy pilots. I just have a really cool little scenario in my mind where it looks like an inter-NC fight could go either way, until suddenly the Apollo goes into emergency mode and begins assuring that the New Anchorage pilots were going to win.
Of course, that's a bit of a pipe dream but still.
Yes and No – the majority of pilots at New Anchorage should have not much information on this unless they’ve read an advanced dossier or know about it. However I think people like Michael Graham will know, and if you’ve ever used this ability pre-IC it might have some awareness wherever you were from/what corporation you might’ve pissed off/etc.
I revise maybe once or twice. But I'm a boss.

After talking to Reaps like three days ago, I think I have an idea for a post. No promises, though; I've been bad at holding myself to them when I say I'm posting one night or the other.
Cassowarysaur better be as dynamic as you say, LHG. I've got expectations now.

Without a Mech CS alongside it I cannot give much of a proper review, but I can tell you that a lot of what I see here is a unfortunate mess. Alongside the grammar errors and fluidity of the descriptions there is also a backstory that is pretty “out there” even for the anime sheen I’ve given NC Quest as the new (forum version) GM. Whilst I would have no issues with the ruthlessness shown by Margaret, there is the whole “my house collapsed on me, I woke up in the hospital, she taunted me before kidnapping me, and THEN I was ALSO tortured before being saved by my father’s friend.” – Like, I’m not trying to rip your CS to shreds here. We have a lot of minimalist sheets in this game and some more detailed ones so this isn't a case of it not being detailed enough... but this doesn’t give me a lot of confidence going forward.
If you are serious about this character, I recommend reading it over with your own eyes and creatively figuring out a way to get the character you want without having to take a hatchet to the whole thing. If that’s something you want to do and are not disheartened by my reply, then I’ll look it over again.
It does make a worrying precedent, but as I am also “weeaboo trash” I have no issues with anime faceclaims, obviously. I’ll review it on the exception that it was posted in the CHA tab as a honest mistake, but um… yeah.

@boomlover - LHG is on the money about how starting mechs work. I'd also like to remind people that I will only review finished sheets that are confirmed as done (mech and pilot). I can give thoughts on the WIP process but I think we're getting close to starting for real.
On that point, I’ll be closing the game to new applicants. Anyone who has posted interest beforehand in making an application can still continue to do so— I’m flexible with people. But with accepting Nuts that brings us to ten pilots! Commander Graham sure did his job, huh?
